Most Helpful Positive Review My New Staple Vitamins! I am on my second bottle (I wanted to wait to properly review it) and I am so happy with these vitamins! I have been using hair growth vitamin supplements over the last 2 years to counteract my stress fueled hair loss issues, and I have found these to be the easiest, affordable, and most comprehensive working vitamins on the market. I don't care for gummy vitamins, they don't absorb well for me, and my other go to brand Viviscal is difficult for me to swallow and I used to take a separate folic acid vitamin for healthy hair growth since Viviscal doesn't include it in their formula.
When I found out the Mane Choice's Healthy Hair Vitamins included not only my daily dosage of folic acid but other vitamins for hair and nails, at a great price, I decided to try it.
Best. Decision. Ever. I have significantly less fall out on and in between wash day, my hair is shinier and holds its styles longer and so far, I can see about 1in worth of growth in my overall hair length and my nails are growing faster too after 1 month's supply. I am so happy I can't instantly find the sections in my hair where there was thinning, and so grateful to see results faster than I have with other hair growth products.
Most Helpful Critical Review Caused breakout I took this product twice in the morning with food . I didn't notice much difference at first then after about a week of taking them. religiously. I started to experience hormonal acne. When I typically would never breakout. No more than a pimple at around the time i was going to start my period. Taking the vitamins was the only thing i was doing differently... I continued to take them until i finished the bottle hoping my body would get used to them but my breakouts never calmed down. I have stopped taking them now and my body is still no recovered from the vitamin overload.

I got these are started taking them, mine you I'm 25 and have not had any experience of getting hair, I started taking these and about a week and a half in of taking these 2 times a day I started having new froth come in grey, not sure why it's causing this. Will stop taking.

I bought this for my room mate and my step mom as well as myself. They both stopped taking it after a week. Room mate got dry skin, step mom got breakouts. My skin was getting dry after a week but my hair was growing crazy. So I kept taking it, what's the worst that could happen? I developed severe eczema from taking this for another month and a half after showing symptoms of dryness. But my hair grew. I wanted to grow it to do a bun. Half a year later I'm worried I'll never use a ponytail again, my forehead is so stricken by dryness redness and scaliness. I wish I wouldn't have tried this supplement. But if you don't show a reaction to it, it DOES grow hair.

So this worked great, probably within two weeks I saw growth because I had recently cut my hair and it grew faster than usual. I bought two when they were half off because other reviews said you'd see results in two months and I used up until half way through the 2nd month when I realized it was making my birth control ineffective. Magnesium really messes with birth control and even though it was only 12% it was too much for me. I'm planning on finishing them up by not taking them everyday. They do work but watch out if you're on birth control don't take them too often. Took a star away because it would be perfect without magnesium.

I did the BIG CHOP on my nautral hair April 7, 2020. I started taking these pills. Since I can't post a picture allow me to explain. I took a picture on that day and my hair was to the top of my eyebrow and now today my hair when stretched is to my nose. I wish I could post a pic. I have wore acrylic nails all my adult life I am 56 years old I now have nails strong nails. I just wish I could have 10 perfect nails at all times like you have with acrylic but they grow back. I love this product... Love it!! I keep a extra bottle on hand at all times. I wish they would run the sale again buy one get one 50% off I'd stock up again.

I will be buying this again. My nails are longer and healthier than they have ever been. I'm not sure about the hair on my head since that's a bit hard to track (I have a ton) BUT all other hair is growing longer and thicker. I had to pluck my mustache for the first time in ever.

I added these to my supplement routine when they were on sale a few months ago and I'm so happy I did. My super dry ends are now shiny! I haven't added anything else different. I have gained major length. These have everything you want for hair growth and health. I have no issue with the shark cartilage as I've used Viviscal for years which is also amazing but I think they do slightly different things for your hair and for your body! Mane Choice is more of a multi vitamin for your hair that also has most things that a basic multi vitamin has. This has added shine and length that I didn't get from Viviscal although my strands thickened. I also lost some weight since starting MC without trying which is also fantastic!
Back again on my 3rd bottle. 5

IM OBSESSED!!!! EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO GROW THIER HAIR TAKE THESE PILLS. I'm starting my 3rd bottle today and have been taking comparison photos about every two weeks. I wish I could include photos with my review because from June 18th to today July 21st my hair has grown probably a solid inch, maybe even more. Again as stated in my last review, I straighten my hair everyday! So over an inch of growth in a month is impeccable. Must have.

These pills didn't do anything. Luckily I didn't break out, but my hair also didn't grow any more than usual. A complete waste of money. I took 2 full bottles and returned the extras that I purchased.

I'm working toward the end of my second bottle and I'm so impressed! I've been tracking my progress with photos and let me tell you how amazed I am. I have course, thick, frizzy hair so I straighten every single day. Yes I know.. 👎🏽 but I've been doing this since I was 10 and I'm 24 now. Anyway my hair has, and probably always be (so I thought) straw/stringy with severe damage and breakage. I haven't noticed a hair length change that exceeds 1/2 inch in years due to breakage. I stumbled upon the mane choice back in May, and started with these pills and a hair mask. I've continued with the line, and as mentioned I'm approaching the end of my second bottle. Not only has my hair grown, but it's WAY softer, STRONGER and healthy. I'm here back ordering my 3rd bottle. The last photo comparison I took was from day 47 to day 52 and I have a 1/2 inch of growth in two weeks!!!!! It definitely takes that second bottle to see a change. I wish I could include photos in this review!!!!

I started taking these pills on April 16th. It's June 26th and I can finally leave a review after 2+ months of using this product.
So, at first I didn't really notice any difference. Maybe I wasn't paying attention because I just added it to my daily routine without policing it. I literally just took 2 pills a day consistently and forgot about it.
But after the first month, it started to really work because it caught my attention. I guess the first month was when the pills started fixing things on the inside before showing it's effects in the outside, which is why I didn't really notice any difference until after the first month. Because, y'all first of all, after the first month, I realized I was cutting my fingernails every week now. No joke. My toenails usually take waaay longer than my fingernails to grow, but sis, I promise I've been cutting my toenails more too. I don't even think it takes a week anymore I find myself cutting my nails so often now.
Now for the hair growth, I measured before and after. My hair has grown an average of 1 1/2 inches (2 inches in some parts). You might think this isn't a lot but my hair grows slower than that usually (about a quarter to half an inch/month without the pills) so this was huge. My hair is definitely much stronger and is definitely shedding a lot less (and my hair sheds A LOT). I have compared the ends of my hair to the roots of my hair and I have noticed the strands at my roots are much thicker and coarser.
I was at bra strap length when I started taking these pills but I have passed bra strap length now (so I am convinced I am well over 2 inches). Man I don't even know what to say. I am on my third bottle and I have two more bottles on the way. I don't think I'll ever stop taking them. Honestly, just buy it.
Also, I accidentally shaved part of my eyebrows. No biggie, they grew back so fast. Matter of fact, I have been growing LONGER, COARSER hair EVERYWHERE. And when I say everywhere, I mean, every.where. This product just works. I've rarely seen a comment about anyone saying it doesn't actually work. The negative comments are mostly about one ingredient but this product actually does what it says it will do. Periodt.

I've been looking for the right hair vitamin for me for a long time because nothing seemed to give me the results I was looking for. Overtime my hair has gotten thin and brittle. When I started to take this product I thought the changes I was noticing were placebo effects, but soon realized my hair feels thicker and healthier than ever before and I'm very pleased. :)

I am all about the ingredients, and this multi has replaced my old one. I don't care about shark fin cartilage, if it was a dolphin or whale that would be different. I don't care about pill size either ,if I want to use something I take it without whining or giving low reviews. I will update on growth , but as far as vitamin content, this is a good multi!

I am not a vegan, but if I were, I would NOT be happy about the shark cartilage ingredient that is way up there on the ingredient list. However, I am not vegan, and I have nearly finished my current bottle, and have just reordered TWO MORE bottles. This supplement is the real deal, loves. I have taken numerous supplements, from HUM to Dacha vitamin c, and many others in between- and I have never seen results like I am seeing now with Manetabolism! My hair is thin, falls out like crazy, and barely grows. My skin is dry, and my nails are literal trash. These supplements have improved all of that! My hair does still fall out in the shower, but in no way to the extent that it had prior to taking this supplement. HUM nutrition sounded wonderful, and I was on a $50/mo regimen, including the beauty powder, and two other capsule supplements. After many months and hundreds of dollars- I have not seen results even close to what I have seen this past month taking Manetabolism! I take these first thing every morning, and they never upset my stomach. Because this supplement includes Vitamin C, I can now stop biying the C supplement I have been buying, which is a total "W"! Also, I am near 40- and have always struggled with acne. I have seen a marked improvement in acne/clogged pores/closed comedones while taking this, so I personally disagree with claims of this supplement causing acne. You MUST increase your water intake, and since recently having lost 30lbs on my weight loss journey, that has been easier for me than it may be for others. I know drinking water is not easy for everyone. I was that chick for years, but it is important in conjunction with any dietary supplement to ensure proper absorbtion of the beneficials. I also must admit that I can count on one hand how many 5 star reviews I have ever written. To me- five star reviews are handed out to products way too often, but I am an honest and thorough reviewer, and this product is well-worthy of my five star review. I highly recommend this incredible product to anyone who is NOT VEGAN. Plus, I would rather eat the shark, than the shark eat someone else :)

I did the big chop on April 7th.. my natural girls understand this plight we take to become fully free of the perm! I did my big chop and measured my hair it reached to the top of my eyelid more or less. I measured my hair May 9th and my hair is to the bottom of my eye. You'd have to see the picture to get a better idea. it seems that it has grown as much as 2 inches. it's softer, longer, stronger and much more healthy. I love this product. and while being quarantine I took off my acrylic nails and even my nails are stronger after being so damage from wearing fake nails. and I don't have any of the side effects other have mentioned. I just stocked up while it's buy one get one 50% off.. it's more expensive at my beauty supply store.

Decided to take advantage of my downtime with this quarantine and once again put these super vitamins to the test. I had taken them before but never got around to tracking my results with them regularly.
The sizing of these capsules are slightly larger than usual vitamins, so if not a fan of taking big pills, opening the capsules and/or dissolving them in water or a smoothie are great alternatives
While wearing a protective style for two months, I went through a whole bottle and as result my hair seemed much more fuller and thicker once I took my braids out. My nails as well grew pretty long and stronger than they're usually used to growing.
A lot of people have complained of breakouts during the taking of these vitamins, and fortunately that didn't seem to be an issue on my end. The only issue I can bring up is sometimes I tend to become extremely gaseous, especially right after taking them. It last for about half the day, but I guess that's the casualty I'll have to suffer for health and beauty LOL
