Most Helpful Positive Review handy tool
Apparently I need 4 hands to apply false eyelashes. Even with this handy little applicator. I can definitely see how this would come in handy for someone who is already skilled at eyelash application. I found that I still could not get the positioning right. My daughter even tried without success.
Most Helpful Critical Review Really Doesn't Help
I ordered this at the same time I ordered my first set of magnetic lashes but find it much easier to apply them with my fingers. I tried and tried to use this tool when I was learning to apply the lashes but the tool actually made it more difficult. I could get the lashes to attach to the tool but it was almost impossible to get the bottom up under my lashline. When I was able to get it under there and sandwich my lashes between them, they kept sticking to the tool rather than each other. They also came off the tool constantly which drove me crazy!! Every time I would get them to stay on the tool in the right place they would just fall off or stick to each other before I could get anywhere near my eye... soooo frustrating!! You are much better off just using your fingers or non-metal tweezers.

Just avoid this lash applicator it makes it ten times harder to apply magnetic lashes.

Good idea but just too clunky to work with.
This does not work

Avoid the cost and hassle. These are not worth it at all

This product made it more difficult to apply magnetic lashes than using my fingers. The lashes stuck to the tool and made it more difficult to apply the lashes.
Works well with the magnetic lashes

This helped while learning to put on my magnetic lashes

It wasn't really user friendly. Easier to put them on yourself

They don't stay on your lashes and it's really hard to get them on.

I could not get this tool to apply the magnetic lashes no matter how hard or long I tried. I ended up putting everything back in the box and stuffing it in a drawer. I haven't worked up the courage to try it again since.

This was a waste of time luckily I paid less than $2 did not work at all. Very disappointing
Agree with everyone else

Disappointed. The lashes stay on the tool.
Wasn't with the money

Not good quality and didn't help the eyelashes stick

Probably just me, but I had a very hard time using this. Even when I could figure out how to place the lashes, I couldn't figure out how to make them attach to each other and get off the applicator. I'm not the most coordinated person so you may have better luck. It was cheap, so I will hold on to it and keep trying.
This was a waste of money. Going back to glue on lashes.
Rosie from Pueblo Colorado
This product is a great concept but did not keep the lashes lined up and the lash did not stay on toward the inner corner of the eye. The lashes kept sticking together on the applicator.
This tool made it so much easier!

Normally these ardell lashes take 30 minutes to apply, and your hands get all cramped and tired. The first time I tried this tool it worked in two minutes flat! I only applied the top lash to the tool, and the secret to any magnetic lash is holding it uncomfortably close to the corner of your eye. So hold the bottom lash with your hand steady, right up under your own lash and come really close in with this tool and bam! insta lashes!
Does not work

This applicator did not work for me. I could get the false lashes to adhere to the top and bottom prongs, but then when I tried to apply, my real lashes would get in the way and push the false lashes away from the magnetic strips on the applicator. This is a really bad design because the prongs are so close together, it's impossible to sandwich your real lashes without pushing the falsies out of position. I tried to push the prongs further apart but the plastic is not very flexible.
If you're considering getting the Ardell magnetic lashes, don't get the old kind with the upper and lower lash pieces. Get the new kind with just one set of lash pieces and the magnetic eyeliner. That works so much better.
Ehhh not really the best

I thought it be easier to apply with this tool. But it is just as hard :/
Would buy again!!!

This has made placing eyelashes way easier for me !!! This is a must have !!!
What a waste...

I was so hoping that this would make applying the new 'magnetic' eyelashes easier. Nope. The lashes stick to the applicator and are extremely difficult to get them to stick to each other. This is going back to the store as a major "fail". Don't even waste your time buying it...
I wouldn't recommend it.
Kimmie from Cincinnati
Overall, difficult to use.
Idk man, works for me

Just bought magnetic lashes for the first time today along with this tool. I honestly don't know how anyone uses these lashes without the applicator. It seems to work better on one eye than the other because of the way it's angled, but I've been practicing for a little while and it's not so bad. Just give it a couple tries. 10% luck, 20% skill, and 25% concentrated power of will = BOOM! MAGNETIC MAGIC!

Very easy to use! I cannot wear lashes due to not being able to apply! But this applicator DEFINITELY HELPS! I love it
Work, but not curved enough
Heidi from Dallas TX
The magnetic lashes I bought came with the applicator. Unlike other users, mine has not broken and appears well-made. If I slide the lash on from the side, I do not have any issues with the lashes stilcking to each other instead of the applicator. If you leave it fully open As you approach your eye and set the top one along your top lashe line, then gently bring them together, the lashes connect quickly to exactly where you placed them.
The problem I have is that my lash line has a tighter curve than the applicator.
I think the magnetic lashes are brilliant. I have issues with reactions to glue and I don't like the gunk it leaves behind. The applicator makes applying them quick and easy (after getting used to it), but one-size fits all just doesn't work in this case.

Magnets will not grab lashes at all, so=worthless
Doesn't really work
Steph from Westerville, OH
I bought this to see if it could help me apply magnetic lashes i had previously purchased (and can't put on with my fingers or tweezers). The magnets on this applicator are not very strong. The magnets on the lashes are stronger and i can't get both lashes on each side of the applicator without them attracting to each other. I put it away after a frustrating few minutes...will try again. Luckly this applicator didn't cost too much. Maybe someone more adept can tell me how to use this!
