Comments about Ardell Magnetic Lash #110:

I don't wear false lashes specifically because I have very sensitive skin and don't want to run the risk of irritating my lash line with lash glue. These were a great solution to that issue for me. I did have to mess with these for about a half hour after I got them. I have a smaller eyes, so I ended up cutting them so that they're like 3/4ths of a lash rather than a full lash, and they look really nice. If you put a coat of mascara on and let that dry down first, they'll stay on just fine, but they're still easy to take off. They aren't too hard to work with once you get the hang of it.

      Waste of money

      By Bbitties

Comments about Ardell Magnetic Lash #110:

I've done false lashes with glue, no problem. I've done lash extensions and loved them. I thought I'd give these a try. What a colossal waste of time and money. 1) You should not have to cut a product in pieces to use it. 2) the whole point of wearing these is to NOT have to wear mascara. 3) these might work ok if the magnets weren't on the same side of both the top and bottom sections. These just slip right off as they don't have enough hold. The curve won't match everyone's eye shape and while these were close, they weren't perfect. I get a more natural look right on my lash line with glue in a fraction of the time I spent with these.

I actually LOVE these. I will say, to properly apply, try cutting the bottom piece of lash into 3 sections. This lets you apply each magnet individually. I wear these all day, minimal makeup or heavy makeup and they look great. I struggle with glue quite a bit and never wear falsies...until now!

Comments about Ardell Magnetic Lash #110:

I was so excited to try these, that I checked my local ulta looking for these specifically during my last three visits. They finally carried them last week and I was eager to try them out. I love ardell 110s, and thought these would sound like a breeze. They have a very neat concept, and the price point seems appropriate... but the product just falls short. Like many others, I played with the full strip for about thirty minutes, to no avail. Rather than put them back in the box and return it, I went against my better judgement and cut the strips thinking it would make it easier to apply...which it did. However, once I got the lashes on my own, it's very difficult to get them close enough to your lash line, so they just stick out and look ridiculous. After another 30 minutes messing with it, I got them very close to my lash line, but they do not follow the curve of your eye, so they look like a straight line of eyeliner with lashes on it. Additionally, they were quite uncomfortable and the bottom strip poked my eyes each time I blinked. It's a neat idea, but don't waste your money until Ardell gives their product a second (or third) try. If I hadn't cut the lashes, these would be going right back to ulta.

Comments about Ardell Magnetic Lash #110:

Okay!! When magnetic lashes first made their debut (what like a year ago?) I was super excited but they were $70 and the reviews were super spotty. So when these came out I immediately got them. My first attempt I spent about an hour messing with them. I could get them on, but not well. The lash line never lined up and the magnets would cling prematurely. The best I could get was just ok, even after I trimmed off the inner corner section. Then I read about a hack that blew my mind. Cut the bottom lashes into thirds, or fourths if you don't need to trim them. Lay the top lash on top (a heavy coat of mascara makes them stiff enough to accomplish this even if your natural lashes are short) and place the bottom segments on one at a time with a pair of tweezers or lash applicator, starting at the outer corner and using your other index finger to gently press the lash against your lash line. I was about to call it a wash and throw them out, but now I'm obsessed!

            Trash. Save your money

I bought these when they were first released and they're trash! Save your money and stick with the glue. And I have a hard time applying false lashes due to my natural lashes being super curly, I'd rather do glue than these lashes and that's saying a lot!

Comments about Ardell Magnetic Lash #110:

They look great...IF you know how to apply them! I tried to apply them as a whole strip and it was nearly impossible....SOOOOOOO much easier if you take some little scissors and cut the bottom lash into three sections. I just take two pairs of tweezers (grabbing the lashes midway towards the tip - not near the magnets, for obvious reasons) and use one to position and keep steady the top lash, and then I grab each of the three bottom lash sections with my other pair of tweezers and apply them one by one. Also, BE SURE TO APPLY A FEW COATS OF MASCARA FIRST...the texture gives the magnetic lashes something to hang onto (doesn't have to be perfect, a little clumpy is ok). I think these are SO much more comfortable than the lashes you glue on...it literally feels like I'm wearing nothing and unlike the glue ones, these don't make my eyes tired by the end of the night. The only negative it that I wish they came in some more Huda-esque, less basic styles. Altogether, though, a total win!!!!
