Most Helpful Positive Review I Am a MAC Girl!💋 I own 5 of the MAC Girls palettes & LOVE all of them. They are all greatas far as;: pigmentation; application; wear time,; crease resistance; blending; color combos & more. Perfect for beginners and vets alike. Great for younger girls to get great qualify MAC shadows in their hands.. Some shafes do have a little fallout, so you can either do your eyes 1st , or just use a big fluffy face brush to kick it off. A lot of good shadows have some fallout & its not a good reason to not purchase. MAC did great with these! Sleek, sturdy & travel friendly!
Most Helpful Critical Review Risk Taker Palette The MAC Girl's Palettes had a lot of buzz/hype surrounding them online and it was fun choosing which one I wanted. I chose Risk Taker bc the colors seemed the most different, unlike the 8 or 10 other palettes I already own. I will say this, the colors in this palette are gorgeous! The two glittery shades especially, they remind me of MAC pressed pigments. The hot pink color is really different too. And I also surprisingly really, really liked the highlighter! It's a light gold, not too in your face or glittery, a good subtle highlight. That all being said, the quality of these eyeshadows is not at all what I expected. First off, the kickback of these in the pan is crazy! I just touch my brush lightly, powder everywhere! Like crazy everywhere, I saw other reviews online saying the same thing. They are very, very delicate. I accidentally hit the large neutral shade with the little plastic paper that comes with the shade names on it and it shattered it so easily. Most of the colors need to be applied wet with fix plus to get any decent payoff. I still like this palette bc the colors are so pretty and unique, however I would not repurchase.

I'm a risk taker in real life and I absolutely adore the looks I make with it. It's easy and versatile at the same time. Wish black was matte though.
Risk Taker 5

Great pigments in the Risk Taker palette, the large white color is not just white, rather it has a lovely gold/peach slight shimmer
All in one eye shadows 5
Leanna from McAllen, TX
The far right side has a nice eye shadow base that has a bit of shimmer which I start with. The colors are good for all outfits and allow for variety by including a rosy and darker grey color as well as the browns.
Disappointing 2
Noni from Texas
No pigmentation! Really disappointed with MAC. The colours are beautiful but only if they had the pigmentation.
This is my first mac palette, and makes me afraid to try their other palettes.
Brands like colourpop are much more worth your money
Not Good 2
Anning In Love from Orange County, California
Bad quality and no pigment. It reminds me of a cheap drug store palette. The only good this is the design and the brand name.

Low pigment, not whats expected from MAC 2
Liz from Ocala, FL
This pallette is not true MAC quality. I have bought individual shadows before and the go on like a dream. This pallette is terrible!! Low pigment, huge fallout, and no staying power! I swatched on my hand and it rubbed right back off! I like MAC but this isn't worth it.

very powdery, not very pigmented, lots of fall out.
colors pop 5
Barely Learning how to use make up. from colton,ca
the colors popped really nicely. as my daughter would say "they were super pigmented." They went on really smoothly and i did not need that much on my brush for the color to pop.
Highlighter is great, some shadows ok 3

I'm mainly keeping this for the highlighter, which I love. I can do a nice glittery smoky eye too, but you have to use a setting spray with the glittery shadows.
No Risks Taken 2

This palette is the furthest from a risk. I got it for Christmas and I am so disappointed with it. It is so boring but is called the risk taker palette I think that's what gets me the most. I was disappointed as soon as I opened it up because I was expecting more than one bright shade. On top of that the pink has no color payoff. None of the shades are super pigmented but the bright pink is the worst. The highlighter is underwhelming too. Not happy with this palette.
Zero pigmentation 1
Girly gorl from Uk
This palette is the worst shadow palette ever. I've had pound shop cheap brand palettes with better pigmentation than this. Even with a wet brush there's no pigmentation, shimmery tones are clunky and make your eyes look so wrinkly and the fall out is just horrendous. The colours look nothing like the pan when applied and would not recommend to anyone

Eyeshadow 1/10, Highlighter 10/10 2

I bought this palette on sale, if I didn't I would've returned it. The eyeshadows are not pigmented and truly do not show up. I believe part of this is because they're pressed to hard into the pan. Literally you can coat your brush and still nothing shows up. However, the highlighter is fantastic, and I use it almost everyday. Still doesn't make the palette worth it, but it's better than nothing.
First MAC palette 4
Jessica from Wenatchee, WA
I use the matte neutral and silver glittery shade daily. The other shades aren't used often but they do blend out. The hot pink is stunning but not bendable. The application is patchy and inconsistant.

Love these palettes 5

I recently purchased the two newest MAC Girls Palettes when I saw them available. Love the other 6 and had to have these 2 too. Risk Taker is more cool toned with pinks, mauves and purples. The highlighter is gorgeous. This is a great addition to my collection, glad I picked them both up.
