I LOVE Lipstick Queen's super hydrating products! Not only are the colors fabulous and perfect with so many skin tones, but the lipsticks are SUPER HYDRATING! Feels more like lip balm than lipstick, which I love. I'm not a big fan of matte lips, even though I know they're the thing right now. Too dry. I don't want peely lips.
My skin varies from fair in winter and spring to medium in summer and fall. I tan pretty easily but can also be pretty fair with freckles. (Greek dad/ Scotch-Irish mom) This shade looks great with my complexion matter what season. I don't like to wear a lot of make up. Just the essentials. This shade is perfect for just about any occasion. It's my go-to color.
Saw this on QVC and like the idea of it being universal. Bought it online from Ulta and tried it as soon as I opened the box and was disappointed, the color doesn't stand out, just looks like lip balm with slight tint. Not for medium to darker toned complexions, I get the same effect with my rose scented Vaseline.

Was really excited to use product, but when I opened the package the lipstick was damaged and stuck to the top of cap, hoping to hear back from customer service to get it replaced.

Now, I know that cameras and computer monitors lie about colors, but they don't usually lie this much. My monitor shows Jean Queen to be a very neutral, slightly muted medium pink. The description says "a gentle step up from nude" and promises that the color suits all skin tones, etc. Well -- no. On me it is a bright geranium pink, not neutral and not in any way muted. I don't look good in bright tones at all, not even when they're sheer -- this one makes me look jaundiced. The positives are that Jean Queen is very comfortable to wear, glossy and fragrance- and flavor-free.

This looks super hot pink on me which is fine but it's not what I was expecting. I get a decent amount of use out of it. It's super balmy but not very moisturizing.

I love this one and have a tube at work, in the car, and in my purse. The color would work for almost everyone. It is not drying and has a nice finish.

This is a perfect your lips but better color! It'll enhance just about any lip I'd think and give it a nice pink flush. Super shiny and moisturizing as well! I absolutely recommend it!!

I love most of the Lipstick Queen lipsticks. This particular shade is a pretty color, but feels like a lip balm, not a lipstick. I've used almost the complete bullet, so that should say something!

I've had Medieval for a while so I decided to give Jean Queen try. It gives such a good wash of color hat looks exactly like my lips but just a tint prettier. It's also super moisturizing.

on my mom the lipstick is a very pretty light burgundy and on me it is a beautiful pinky red... like my love where have you been all my life?" my mom loves her color and I'm in love with mine. I really think it's perfect for any one who just wants a layed back kinda makeup. best ulta purchase to date

Love this color on my medium tone skin, its shiny with a slight orange/peach tint. Makes my lips look shiny kind of like I'm wearing gloss. I also enjoy the packaging. I own a lot of Lipstick Queen products and I have not been disappointed thus far. My fav of all time is the Seven Deadly Sins lip gloss in the color Vanity, I think they may have been discontinued which is such a shame!

I have several other Lipstick Queen lippies and liners. I usually love them (except when they break at the base. Ugh!!). My skin tone is very fair with pink undertones. Hello Sailor is perfect for me--it turns into this beautiful shade of magenta on me. Jean Queen turned out to be too peachy pink on me. I tried to exchange it for another HS but Ulta isn't carrying the line in store any longer near me at least.
If you tend to have more pink undertones, I'd skip this one & go for Hello Sailor, Saint OR Sinner in mauve. They are all devine!! 😍💕

This color is beautiful, a subtle mix of coral, red and nude. pH lipsticks usually turn bright, tacky pink on me and most run into and stain my lip lines, this one does not. Its glossy, sheer and very wearable. I tried it from a Black Friday sale but will definitely buy again, even full price.

A simple nude to wear everyday. I consider this my go to nude lipstick.

Love this brand! Frog Prince was my first LipStick Queen purchase and I love it, but Jean Queen just might be my new favorite. Love the color and it feels great on my lips!

Not normally a reviewer, but Jean Queen did not color well at all. It turned a translucent fuschia shade on me. Felt nice, but color was so not in my (wide) range of colors that work, even my husband agreed. Will try other colors from the company.

This feels like a balm, so moisturizing and lightweight. The color is a perfect medium pink nude, very wearable for just about anyone skin tone. It does wear off fairly quickly, within a few hours, or less if you eat or drink anything, but it makes my lips so soft that I like reapplying it. Even though the color doesn't last all day, I still highly recommend it due to the way it makes your lips feel and the great neutral color.

Feels like chapstick but give great color.
I love Lipstick Queen's actual lipstick. This is not one of them. This product looks and feels like a balm. It's not long wearing *at all*, which is my biggest complaint. I need to reapply frequently. The color is nice - a medium pink/rose color. Nothing intense, easy to wear.
I can't recommend this lipstick because of the longevity issue. That's a deal breaker.

Went to Ulta to try and score Medieval but of course it is sold out. Decided to try Jean Queen instead and was pleasantly surprised to find a great everyday option. Very moisturizing on lips, goes on easily and can be applied without a mirror (making it great for touchups). The color is just a bit darker than nude and really brightens my complexion while still looking natural. I'm on the wait list for Medieval but in the meantime I am very pleased with this selection, my first foray into Lipstick Queen's line. I can see what all the hype is about.

A friend told my about Lipstick Queen - love it! I used my first tube until it was completely gone. Replaced it with the same color. It goes with everything.

Overall liked the color but just wish it stayed on longer

The color is way more pink than mauvy, and I was disappointed. The one I got is like a bubble gum pink and pic looks like a nice wine/mauve color. :/
