How to Use

I'm a lifelong Real Techniques lover, and this set is excellent on its own, and even better as a complement to the other eye set. This lays down color really well. I use the larger one in the crease especially; the edge sort of makes a cut crease effect for you, and you can flip it over to sm0ke (the word is caught by ulta's filter? ok i guess) stuff out pretty precisely for such a large brush. The smaller one I have found great for applying inner corner, lid, and browbone shimmer, though I also use it for tight application. I could honestly do my entire eye look every day with just these brushes. If they have a weakness, its in blending things out softly, which is why I like to use them in conjunction with the other RT eye duo.
The cut makes it weird to blend out, I don't reach for these at all.

Very nice brushes for the price

Not only are these sleek and pretty, but they apply eyeshadow beautifully.

These are beautiful brushes - they apply make-up very well, super soft and well made.

I love the larger brush . It's great for applying eye shadow in the eye crease. Small brush great for applying a highlighting color on the eye lid

I haven't really used these for my eyes but I am definitely buying another box because these are perfect for blending my concealer on blemishes since they are dense and short bristles that keep color in place.

I purchased because I saw an older video of Wmily Noel and am thrilled I did. These brushes have a unique slant that really works for my eyes

I bought two sets: one for cream, one for powder. I just love these. I can even use the narrow end of the smaller brush to apply defused powder as eyeliner, and even my on eyebrows to some extent. I am a small person, and at 67 I'm not bigger than I used to be. As well, my eyelid skin is not taught anymore. I have plenty of eyelid real estate, but am just a small person. These brushes fit perfectly.

Real techniques has the best brushes on the market, application of my eye shadow with them is flawless....treat yourself to this brand of brushes.

Bought these based on a friend's recommendation for my hooded eyes. I love the lid brush. It applies shadow so well and it's easy to fit around the contours of my eyes. The small brush is a bit difficult for me to work with. I'm not sure if it's my eye shape or what. I'll keep trying with it. They've held up to washing so far in the two months I've owned them.

I already have several of the insta pop eye brushes and LOVE them, so when they were on sale for 40% I purchased this set. I highly recommend them. They apply shadow exactly where you want it without any mess. I have zero fallout when I use these brushes. The price, on sale or not, are extremely reasonable. These brushes have become my go-to eye shadow brushes. I've had some for over two years, and with washing my brushes after each use, they still look new.

New product so far very happy.

I love the curvature of the bristles - it really eases the process of applying eyeshadow. I like the smaller brush especially for packing in colors I want in the corners of my eyes. I tend to use the larger brush for outer shade. I use these combined with eco tools brushes, and I like overall how they work together.

Easy to apply eyeshadow.

These brushes are perfect for doing detail work like smoking out the lower lash line.

These are great if you don't know how to control your eyeshadow like me.

I love this brush set. I have higher end brushes, but these are my go to for applying my eyeshadow. I use the bigger one for my entire eye, and the little one for doing my crease. They don't shed, they clean well, and there is virtually no fall out. In my opinion, they are just as good if not better than some of the more expensive brushes out there. I would definitely recommend this brush set.

These are perfect for delivering real color payoff without having to go over the same spot multiple times; the tapered design with the somewhat flat edge really helps accomplish this. They are very soft and surprisingly dense for eye brushes, which I think that also lends to the good pigmentation I experienced. They feel very sturdy.

These are great brushes

I bought one pair on sale and loved them so much that bought two more, just wanted to make sure I have back ups in case Real Techniques decide to discontinue them. I have excellent quality eye brushes but love these the most. They are best for the eyeshadows that are two powdery and using other brushes cause extreme fallout.

I love these brushes. I used them on eyeshadow palettes I already had that had a ton of fallout before. I tried these with dip in and a light tap off the excess. There was zero fallout and a ton of color on my actual lid. Nice quality as well. Better than Eco tools and better than BH cosmetic brushes.

Great quality and application! I love Real Techniques
I'm so glad I decided to try this brand out. These instapop brushes are GREAT for packing on matte colors!! I use the all the time. They haven't shed at all. They are great quality. Will be purchasing more Real Techniques brushes in the future.

I hate the feel of these brushes
