Most Helpful Positive Review Best Dryer it's only been a month, but so far this is the best dryer I have ever had for my wavy hair! When my old more expensive dryer (which I loved at the time) died after 2 years, I decided to look around. I read all the reviews. This one had mostly positive, but a few unhappy ladies.
I decided to give it a chance and I'm so glad I did! This transformed my hair and brought it back to life.
i think there are two things that will make or break this for you.
1. Product - I use a curling jelly, a wave cream for moisture and a strong gel. This is the first dryer where my hair wasn't crunchy when I was done drying.
2. Hair Type - if there is too much heat coming out, my hair wilts. Having all those openings in the diffuser is what helps my hair. Also having a final cool shot at the end to seal it off. This is the first dryer that I have been able to fully dry my hair with, again I think because of the source of room temperature air mixing in the diffuser.
I definitely recommend!
Most Helpful Critical Review Broke after a few months about this hair dryer after reading all the reviews for all dryers on Ulta that include a diffuser. I decided this one seemed good based with on the reviewings and price. looking back, after this is broken after just a few months, I wish I would have just bought in a nicer one. from the beginning, after the first use, I thought it's weird how this doesn't seem to get hot enough and therefore doesn't give me the volume I want. and now it won't work when I plug it in. I feel like it was a huge waste of money. my hair dryer before this with a diffuser lasted about 7 years to compare

The infiniti pro conair it said 3 piece set and it doesn't come with the concentrator for focused airflow.
Nearly impossible to put diffuser on and take off! 1
OkieFromMuskogee from Muskogee, OK
It took me 4 minutes to finally attach the diffuser and about 1 minute to take off. I was afraid to was going to break either the diffuser or the dryer itself. Not worth the struggle. This would be a great dryer and would've received more stars if it weren't for this.
Great diffuser! 5

I have thin curly/wavy hair. This dryer with the diffuser attachment really helps define my curls!

Awesome hair dryer for wavy hair! 5

Easy to hold while drying your hair. Gentle heat does not blow out your waves and curls.
Super disappointed 2

I brought this with the hope that it would be better than my last "basic" conair blow dryer and diffuser. This specific diffuser is deceiving, I thought the "fingers" would have holes on the tips (you know, for faster drying at the roots...like a normal diffuser...) but it doesn't have that. AND...I lose a lot of air where it connects at the dryer itself. Seems like it not a great seal once it's on and it pops off at least twice once it gets too hot. I will be returning this asap.
Good at first 2

This hair dryer was really good at first and then all the sudden it stopped working. It does get very hot and that was no issue at all. I tried the reset button time after time and it still did absolutely nothing. Not worth the money.
Very powerful & easy to use 4

Very nice! Quicker drying time & soft touch!
Not impressed 1

Got this blow dryer hoping it would dry my hair a little faster and wouldn't damage my hair. Unfortunately it still took forever to diffuse my thick curly short hair and left my hair looking dry and frizzy. Had to return it!
Not a great diffuser 2

I bought this hair dryer to diffuse and enhance my curls since I hate wet hair. This diffuser does not dry my hair closer to scalp, because it blows air all around it doesn't get deep into my scalp and actually makes my curls look dry and frizzy versus nicely defined. I do not recommend this for longer curly hair below shoulders.
Naturally wavy hair energized! 5

This diffuser is da bomb! My fine hair is bouncy with much less frizz than the standard fingers/frame for a diffuser.
Better than everything else available now for curly hair. 4

I have curly hair that is sort of fine...not too fine...but there is a decent amt...and every other dryer and diffuser combo I've tried thus far makes my hair frizzy/flyaway and undefined (except for the old fashioned 80s style Conair diffuser you can no longer find and whatever dryer they had that fits that...which you also cannot find). It takes me longer to dry my hair when I use this, but I like that my hair looks better and I am hopeful that it is less damaging than a diffuser that is solid plastic and has more contact with my hair.
Decent dryer 4
Susan from Erie, PA
I rarely do reviews but I have thick hair and really like the diffuser and how quickly it drys my hair.
Not happy 2
Subiebabii06 from Streator IL
I am definitely not a fan of this hair dryer super heavy. Left my hair super frizzy and did not do much for my curls. I don't feel it's strong enough blowing the hair therefore it's just taking longer to define my curls so causes major frizz. I would not recommend if your looking to use it for the diffuser. I liked the idea of trying something different but sometimes it's not beneficial
Better for straightening hair than diffusing it 2
Jess from New York
Honestly it's an okay dryer. It heats up quick, has lots of settings plus a cool shot button. So if that's what I would have bought it for then it would've gotten 5 stars. But, I bought it to diffuse my hair and my cheaper Revlon Infrared dryer did a better job and was a lesser price. My hair is just past my shoulders and not crazy thick but decently thick and this dryer (with my hair towel scrunched and the dryer on High for 30 minutes) barely created a gel cast/dried my hair. I think I should've just splurged and gone for the DevaFuser & dryer.
Great Diffuser 5

Great diffuser and I highly recommend. I love the shape of the diffuser attachment and doesn't fall off when being used.
Small & lightweight 5
Carla from Yonkers, NY
This is such a great blow dryer! It's a bit smaller than my previous Conair blow dryer & is certainly lighter! Also, it's quieter as well. Perfect replacement for my old one 👍🏻
Great for the price 4

I am not a professional stylist and I firmly believe in a quality heat protectant so I feel you can do no wrong with purchasing a blow dryer for occasional use at home. Does it's job well and a good bang for your buck. Would not recommend however for a professional stylists.
Just ok 3

Looking for a new hairdryer within budget and the reviews got this one. Like it but my hair would be slightly frizzy after using . Then used my daughters T3 dryer. Wow. I'll be returning this and pay more money to get a better dryer.
Love this hairdryer! 5
Lauren from North carolina
I have curls and rarely dry with a hairdryer because even with diffuser attachments they always leave my hair frizzy. This dryer doesn't! It has three heat settings and two speed settings.
Unbelievable 5

I use this product every single day. It drys my hair much faster than any other brand. I am so in love with my Conair InfinitiePro hairdryer.
Great! 5

Much less frizz and pretty quick drying time (I have very curly hair). Recommend!

So I went and bought a decently priced dryer to try and start diffusing my hair. Combined with my Shea Moisture oil/gel and a low warm setting, I didn't know my hair could really curl up so much. I did diffuse upside down but was disappointed with the volume. I love my hair having a poofy curled look but I probably just need to play around with the dryer and perfect a technique. This dryer made me realize how much I love my hair rather than air drying.
Perfect 5

I love this hairdryer! It works great and looks so pretty, and for the price, it can't be beat!
Best dryer for curls ever!! 5
gobluesuz from Columbia,SC
Absolutely love this dryer/diffuser combo! Doesn't blow my curls all over even on the higher setting and leaves my hair soft and frizz free... Not overly dried out like with my other dryer with same voltage. The buttons are easy to reach and it's not very heavy or cumbersome, For me and my curls, this is hands down the all time best performance from a dryer/ diffuser yet!
