Most Helpful Positive Review Too each her own liner
Some like it some don't. Not saying its the best drugstore liner (I'm still experimenting) but it has been a definite repurchase. The fact that it's mechanical, you get a good amount of product and sets matte to the point that when I tightline its a little extra effort to remove at the end of the day is good enough for me. I will say that the black one is a bit creamier than the brown but tends to smudge to the lower lashline more (I still like it but need to be careful of racoon eyes). The brown stays put but is a little stiffer so might be necessary to warm it up with your fingertips before applying otherwise it'll break off. If u have sensitive eyes and I'd say stick to a creamier formula. They're just good for every day, my UD ones are too high maintenance with the sharpening and sometimes too creamy for what I'm going for.
Most Helpful Critical Review Big Dissappointment
There was nothing "smooth", "glide on", or "intense" about this eyeliner. It did not apply evenly as it pulled, skipped, and crumbled. And the color was FAR from anything I would consider "bold" or "intense". It looked grey and blotchy instead of black.

Black is nice but avoid the brown
Laura from Chicago
The black version is nice, it goes on very smooth and creamy and very dark. However it definitely smudges on my oil lids. The brown version is worthless even drawing on my hand as hard as I can I can barely get any pigment.
Really nice eyeliner

This product works very well for me and comes in several great colors. Got a dark brown but am going to try dark gray.
great for tight lining

This does not go on well, the tip breaks off
If I could, I wouldn't even give it a star ....
Ifyy from Ulta Beauty Elkridge
I'm known for my perfect wings and I ran out of liner so I went to an Ulta in Elkridge, MD. I purchased the liner and tried it on the next day. I was literally tugging my lids because the color wasn't showing as much. If you want a perfect black liner on a budget, stick to the old faithful Maybelline Lasting Drama by Eyestudio Gel Liner. You're welcome 🙏🏾

This was hard to find in other stores, but ultra had it, love that it's retractable, needs no sharpening. Goes on real smooth under eye or above eyelid.
Will buy again

Very good quality but it would be better if we could get this at a lower price

I got the deep brown color from an Ulta store. It did not leave any color when I tried to put it on, and even when I used it on a paper towel, it was having a hard time leaving any trace. Not to mention the cap cracked when I first opened the package. The eyeliner stick actually broke when I tried to apply it with a bit more pressure. 100% bad experience.

Not smudge proof
Aks from Texas
The color is darkest black. And since it is retractable, it is easy to apply.
However,I have very oily lids so the product smudges within an hour of application and it is not very long lasting either. Please don't buy if you have oily lids.
Great eyeliner for oily skin!

Stays on all day! But now that my skin is becoming less oily with fall weather, it is becoming crumbly to apply.
Where has this been all of my life!!

Stays on all day! And no training video needed to use!! Love this!!
Rich, creamy and blackest black
MrsMac from 76310
This eyeliner is the holy grail! As someone who has a love/hate relationship with gel liners, this is the answer to my issue. It has a smooth and rich formula like a gel but doesn't smudge. The tip makes it easy to put it where you want it without making a mess as an angled brush can do and the retractable container makes it convenient. And the best part is it is truly blackest black.
Jenni from Florida
This liner doesn't transfer onto my eyes, it just picks up the shadow that's there. I go to rub the shadow off and then try again, and it still only picks up more and doesn't create a line. Even after trying to warm it up, it's too stiff and won't transfer to my eyes. Others have said theirs broke and crumbled, but mine has not, even though I've had that problem with other liners. Every time I try to use this liner, I have to go use another one because this one just doesn't give any line.

I love this eyeliner. I had been looking for an eyeliner that I could twist up instead of having to sharpen, and I stumbled upon this. It works so well, is super easy to apply, and doesn't smudge or run.
I would definitely buy this product again

Perfect waterproof liner

I've been looking for a WP eyeliner for awhile. My eyes tear easily and most liners run. This does not and I love tha5 about it.
The only liner I use
Cyndy from Wauchula, FL
I have bought this over and over, it's as black as it gets, it's the only liner I use now ♡
Exactly what I was looking for...

Easy to apply!
Worst eyeliner, will not purchase again
Steph from Corpus Christi
Bought the eyeliner only a couple of weeks ago and it has broken a lot since then. I even tried to put it on as lightly as I could, but it would still snap until it all ran out. Waste of money, do not buy.
I would not buy again.
Amanda from Amarillo
Tried putting on with and without eyeshadow hard to put on and not as dark
Love it, would buy it again. Stays on long and makes eye lo.
Mirnie from Lakewood, CA
I recommend this product. Love it!
Never would I buy this again
Silvad from Fair Oaks, CA
It broke immediately as I put it on my face and it would not sharpen
Give it a try

When I first tried on this eyeliner I loved it. It was a bold black so smooth. But then I noticed that it would irritate my eye contacts. It really made my eyes sting. No eyeliner has ever done that. I'm assuming it's one of the chemicals that they added that gives the appearance of "Matte". Also I noticed that it smudges a lot. It wouldn't last at all on the eye.
When it came to removing the eye liner It was very difficult. I used cotton balls, makeup wipes, everything but I'd still wake up with eyeliner smudged.
