Comments about Philosophy Hope In A Jar:

I've used this product for over 20 Years. I'm 52 years old and I look as young as I did when I started using this product. I will not be without it. I should own stock in philosophy as much as I've purchased their products.. I love them all. If your on the fence give it a try you will absolutely love it. I can't say enough good things about them.

Comments about Philosophy Hope In A Jar:

Has a nice, light souffle feel that goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly. Not greasy at all, won't have your makeup sliding off half way through the day. I have combination skin, tends to be a bit oily in the T Zone. I also have sensitive skin that easily breaks out when using most moisturizers but not with this one. I wouldn't recommend this product if you're looking for a heavy duty moisturizer, again it's very light, which is what I need. I would give it 5 stars except the smell is not my favorite - but not so bad that I don't want to use the product, especially when everything else about it works great for my skin!

Comments about Philosophy Hope In A Jar:

This is my 3rd jar, I catch it on sale half off twice a year. I've found it to be an excellent summer moisturizer for my oily/combo skin. It has a soufflé-like texture, applies like a dream and absorbs quickly. The finish is nearly a matte. I wouldn't recommend this for winter if you are on the dry side and live up North as I do, or for use in a drier climate. It's a nice basic moisturizer which works well during the humid months of summer here in Michigan. Our winters are bone dry and I use Clinique Moisture Surge Intense during those months.

By far, this is my favorite moisturizer. I've been using this product for years. I have oily and sensitive skin - but this cream is perfect for everyday use. Not too heavy, not too light. I enjoy the scent as well - kind of woodsy.

We would recommend allowing the products to completely dry before applying the next product. You may also need to reduce the amount of each product that your using being that you are layering.

We would recommend using the Purity Made Exfoliating Clay Mask to assist with reduction of the look of large pore, the removal of blackheads and deep cleanse. Then using Hope in an Jar moisturizer would be a great way to complete the regimen.
