Comments about Philosophy Hope In A Jar Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 20:

I purchased this because I am a big fan of Philosophy skin tint in a jar, thinking that this would be easier to dispense with the pump bottle. Nope. I'm an original "less is more" makeup wearer. The description said light to medium coverage, and to me, this is a full coverage makeup if there ever was one. It is however very light and airy feeling, just a bit too opaque for skin my age. I mix a dab with a silicone based primer, and I'm much happier that way.

I bought this by mistake since I use Miracle worker foundation. This seemed drying and almost sticky once applied. Very disappointing. Love most philosophy products especially the Hope products but not this one of them

              Sheer/light coverage, good moisture

              By Cherry

              from Seattle, Washington

Comments about Philosophy Hope In A Jar Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 20:

I like this foundation, I enjoy it's scent as well as the level of moisture it leaves. I layer this with the Renewed hope in a jar skin tint from Philosophy. I would not enjoy this product as much without layering it with the skin tint to get the level of coverage and color tone I desire; it is very light-sheer coverage. Shade #3 has a grey-ash undertone. Be wary of the moisturizer or primers you use with this product, as it will not layer well with certain formulas. Overall, it is long lasting and is a great base to apply blush, highlight and contour to.

This is the best foundation I've ever used. People think I look years younger.(Love it) First I put on a creamy moisturizer and then the Hope in a Jar foundation and then I finish with a bronze blusher!! It looks very natural and gives a youthful glow!!!
