This ointment is the best for cracked dry skin. It also is wonderful for babies to avoid diaper rash. I get dry cracked skin on my hands and this really heals the cracks.

      LOVE THIS - TATTOOS

        Comments about Aquaphor Healing Ointment:

For all individuals with new tattoos, this is your go-to product. Do not waste money on the garbage tattoo balms they sell at the parlors, get this. Either the big tub if you plan on getting a lot of skin tattooed, or the small tube. It is unscented, works well with sensitive skin and provides enough moisture to the tattoo so that the skin does not get itchy or irritated while healing (especially during the peeling process).

            Comments about Aquaphor Healing Ointment:

I was using this ointment for years. Once I switched to Cerave and back to this, I noticed a few differences:

Compared to the Cerave this did not sink in, like at all! I used it on my severely dry legs and I would have to wait for ever for this to soak in. Not only that, but after it soaked in my skin would become unbelievably itchy, like real bad. After comparing this to the Cerave ointment I noticed that Aquaphor has alcohol on the ingredient list, which must have been sucking all of the moisture out of my skin? I made the switch to the Cerave healing ointment and have never looked back. This was very greasy and did not soak in well. I would not repurchase this.

            Comments about Aquaphor Healing Ointment:

I use this product daily-once in the morning and right before I go to bed- to treat my eczema that erupts on my hands. Having tried multiple lotions, ointments, and creams, I can honestly say nothing has ever worked for me like Aquaphor! No irritation occurred whatsoever and the results of this treatment were almost immediate. Although this treatment is similar in texture to petroleum jelly, it melts into the skin in under 5-8 minutes -unlike petroleum jelly that stays greasy for hours. 10/10 best treatment I've ever tried in my life.

                Comments about Aquaphor Healing Ointment:

                I love this product.
Every winter when my skin starts drying out due to dry air and cold weather, this product saves my skin! I apply a thick coating to the area in need right before going to bed. When I wake the next morning, all of ointment has been absorbed into my skin and the afflicted area is almost as good as new.
