Most Helpful Positive Review Glow from within look Pacifica, I am begging you do not discontinue this! I bought 3 so I won't run out. This is similar to a product Pacifica sole years ago for twice as much. Perfect glow and makes my over 50 skin look amazing!!
Most Helpful Critical Review This is bronzer... Okay, so it might be my bad that I didn't realize that this is a straight up bronzing lotion. It's listed as "power shimmer body lotion", which I took to mean a SHEER, colorless lotion with shimmer in it. But that's not what this is. I have neutral-toned fair skin and this is really noticeably dark on my skin. It's also not particularly shimmery. I had planned to use this on spots where I wanted a little extra shine (like my decolletage), but if I do that then it is very obviously a different color from my other body parts. It also doesn't blend in very well, leaving my skin looking blotchier than it is naturally. Nothing special about the moisturization or the scent. I am giving two stars though because I think this COULD be nice on tanned/medium skintones, maybe even deeper skintones. But on my light skin it's just so obviously fake, and not what I was looking for.

Will give you a glittery shimmer-you will feel ethereal. The scent is just okay, I would not buy it for the scent. I mainly wanted something that made me sparkle and this was it. If you want something with a faint sparkle this is not it.

I had no idea it had a light-medium tint! So beware, if that's not what you're looking for then you may want to rethink buying this. I am medium-tan complexion, so I was a little dissapointed to see that this was lighter than my complexion and worried about staining my clothes. BUT NOPE. Friends, this lotion is tinted but helped BLUR the small imperfections on my legs, like mosquito bites. It worked to even my skin, and added a beautiful shimmer to my legs. Overall, the product is great but beware because it is tinted light-medium (it's far from fair and deep complexions).

I am retired and play in my flower gardens. My tan is uneven. This lotion goes on smoothly, then quickly dries, leaving a dewey shine to the skin. It has just a hint of color to my pale even skintone.

Very pretty gold shimmer! Other than that will be a one time purchase for me. Not worth the money for 5oz. Product is very messy and I recommend gloves when applying to avoid streaks. Don't recommend on paler skin due to the fact it's very orange. Doesn't really smell that great either.

I love this shimmer lotion! I use it everyday. It gives the self tanner I use (St. Tropez) an extra glow. I get compliments about how natural my tan looks a lot and I know this is part of why. I wanted a lotion that makes you shimmer and glow, but not glittery- which is what Victoria's Secret shimmer lotions are like. This just gives you a beautiful bronze shimmer. I mix it with vanilla scented body lotion and apply to my whole body, to make it last because I use a lot of it. It isn't super moisturizing, but that's not why I use it, and mixing it with other lotion helps. I apply it to my face without mixing it with other lotion usually, or sometimes I mix with Pacifica dreamy youth. It does have a unique smell, but I like that it's not overpowering or strong perfume smelling. I would recommend!

I love the happy smell I have the shimmer spray and also the rollerball.this smelled different ,I really like the glow and bronze look but I can't get passed the smell it smelled like it was stale it smelled like plastic I was really disappointed

I bought it because I liked the smell of the perfume but it doesn't last at all and it's really more of a tanning lotion. Not what I was expecting because it's sealed and there wasn't a tester.
I probably won't but this product abain. 3

You definitely need to wear gloves when applying due to hands being covered in shimmer and tan tint.

this was not a subtle bronze, it was an all out orange thick difficult to blend bronzer. Not subtle. maybe okay for some festival event or something but not a day to day

I love this stuff! I was looking for a light shimmer for a wedding I'm going to be in. This is perfect. If you rub it in real thin theres no bronze effect but you still get the shimmer. If you put it on thicker it will add a bronze effect but I'm not looking really looking for that.

Love the smell. Shimmer is fine. A little too bronze and brassy tinted for fair skin tones. It was very difficult to blend, by hand and with my best quality brush. Overall, not my first recommendation for a glowy body shimmer. It got a little patchy after hours of wear.

I keep getting fooled by Pacifica's beautiful packaging. This is the third item I've bought from this brand, and I've hated all three. In this case, I thought I was buying a shimmer lotion, but no, it's definitely self-tanner. I'm fair skinned, and this applied streaky and left my skin looking dirty instead of shimmery.

This gives a light bronzing look and doesn't come off on everything! No coconut which is AMAZING because it's near impossible to find a lotion without it, especially a bronzing one (and when you're allergic to coconut, that's a big deal). I used this every day on vacation and even wore white and noticed nothing coming off on any of my clothes (obviously it needs to absorb 100% before putting clothes on). There's no crazy strong smell and it feels wonderful on the skin!
