Most Helpful Positive Review Best wing ever.
I bought this out of desperation on a trip after I forgot my eyeliner. I wear a heavy wing everyday and this liner Does. Not. Move.
Seriously, the best I've ever found, goes on smooth, stays all day long and truly still does not come off (even after a shower) and unlike most liquid liners it doesn't irritate my eyes.
Most Helpful Critical Review A cat eye that will get you through the apocalypse
I bought this waterproof liner in an effort to take the smudged cat eye caused by allergies. Upon first application I managed to make one of my wings looks like it was ready to take literal flight. I took out a q tip and dapped in with water and tried to adjust it, no budging. Quickly remembering that it was water proof I think to grab my drug store brand eye make up remover, I then proceed to scrub with no result of it even fading slightly. At this point all my concealer and foundation has retreated away in fear of the on coming slaughter to my eye lid so I grab a make up wipe. Nothing. And by nothing I mean I had no make up left of my whole face now EXCEPT the two winged eye lids. Time to pull out the big guns, Clinique Wipe the Day away. At this point my eye lids are raw and considering packing the bags under my eyes to run away while I sleep. Again nothing, not even a flake of movement. At this point, I'm in pain, crying, googling if there is any form of agnostic prayers, canceled plans, and I'm pretty sure my lids have asked me to start calling them Puff Daddy. When I finally accepted that I will have to call a plastic surgeon and have my eye lids removed and live a life of looking like I see dead people permanently expressed on my face, I glob on vitamin e oil and go for a nap. By time I wake up it was much easier to wipe off but my lids were so raw they were not happy about this. So here I sit. Watching Peppermint on Showtime and every one asking if I'm sick because my eyes are so sore and caked with vitamin e. I am perplexed as to how to rate, 5 stars because it actually does what it says so i cant fault it for that. Or 1 star because unless I plan on trading professions and entering into the tattoo make up industry and using this product, I probably won't use it again at least on delicate areas like the eyes.

This eyeliner is soo cheap yet it lasts all day and I even went swimming with it with little damage to my wings. Impressive for the price.

I had to see my ex and I completely broke down and cried today. Only to find out he's having a baby with the girl he cheated on me with. I cried a max of 6-7 times today and my eyeliner has not moved or has it run off!
I wish I could give it 0 stars

Please don't buy this just go find another. Don't be like "oh 3 stars isn't so bad" NO it's so tacky it sticks to everything, NEVER FULLY DRIES!!! And IS NOT WATERPROOF WHATSOEVER. This is my least favorite eyeliner you're better off buying the elf one for like 2 bucks.
Linda from FL
This eyeliner did not budge after a tough work out. It is just the right shade of dark brown.
I don't know what kind of voodoo this is but I love it.
Geek Out of Water from Harrisonburg, VA
The brush/wand for this liner is some kind of voodoo and I love it! Is it a triangle? A diamond tip? I don't know what it is, but it makes a perfect wing every time, and I've got really challenging eyes to draw wings on (45yo, texture and fine lines, and slightly hooded lids with a deep crease). Be prepared to look like a raccoon when you wash it off - the formula is super black - but it removes easily with a cleansing balm or oil (I use either the Hada Labo cleansing oil or the Good Molecules cleansing balm. Both work fine with it). I haven't been caught in a rainstorm with it so I can't speak to whether it's waterproof or not, but it has stayed put through my allergy-ridden watery eyes, so I have no complaints. Good stuff.
It really is waterproof
Mera from Nunya
I use this product daily. This is the only eyeliner I have bought over and over again. I get many compliments like how does your eyeliner not smear, what product do you use for eyeliner, etc. It does take a little longer and is a little harder to take off but I don't mind.
Prissy from San Antonio TX
I went to the beach and pool to test it and it is true waterproof. No smudges. I was very surprised especially for the price you pay
Worst one ever!
Eurus from Guyana
The formula was super sticky when applied and transferred to my eyelashes. Super sticky and did not get defined wings. It's really difficult to remove, even if you use coconut or baby oil. The residue lasts for about 2 days. Sigh. A disaster.
Not for hooded eyes
Mckayla from Michigan
This would never fully dry and even when it was semi dry it became sticky and I have hooded eyes and it would transfer, smug, and make my eyelids stick together!
Sandi from Las Vegas,NV
Read the reviews figured okay work a shoot. Ugh regret it! It smeared within a couple mins. Trust me don't it's not worth it.
Favorite eyeliner hands down -- TRULY WATERPROOF
Lily from Philadelphia
I've been using this eyeliner for over a decade -- my most favorite! Takes a while to learn how to put it on (and once it's on your face, it's ON THERE) but once you learn how to put it on well, it's amazing. Just take it off with coconut oil or baby oil.
I looked like a panda who lost a fight with Mike tyson!

I was so excited about this product. I'm always looking for an eyeliner that doesn't smudge. I read the reviews and thought that is sounded fab.
This eyeliner didn't just smudge, it was all over my eyes after less than an hour.
So disappointed 😥

I love this eyeliner but you have to be very careful to not mess up or you will not be able to fix any mistakes. Very hard to take off but I just rub and rub with soap at the end of the day it comes off. I hate the applicator so I switch it with the applicator from the original wet n wild black eyeliner they have it works and screws on pretty well to this one.
I don't understand all the good reviews
Becky S. from Brandon, FL
I bought this out of desperation before a trip. It is NOT smudge proof! It easily came off with the lightest touch of my finger. Not to mention, if you open your eyes too wide you get this super awesome black streak above your eyelid. Two thumbs way down.
!!!HOW TO REMOVE!!!
joemama from joemamas house
It's a really good product. It is VERY waterproof. I've seen a bunch of reviews and complaints about how difficult it is to take off and I've been using this product for two years and what manages to remove it is BABYOIL! so yeh basically just use baby oil, thank you for coming to my ted talk:)

This eyeliner is a godsend. It's crazy waterproof, this stuff will NEVER leave your skin unless you're using a makeup wipe. You can get killer precision with it too. If you're a beginning, beware. The brush can be a bit difficult to handle if you're new to it. To this day I'm known as "the girl with the really good eyeliner". I have never used a better eyeliner in my life.
Never Comes Off...Ever.

This product is definitely true to its name. Water, oil, earth, air, nor the mighty Avatar themself will be able to save you from this liner's perilous grip. While it can be a bit difficult to apply due to how wet it is (helps to wipe some product off the applicator before applying), the tip does allow you to create a slick wing. if you make a mistake, however, you might as well draw yourself some panda eyes and call it a day. This product offers no mercy. One wrong stroke- one small twitch- and you're legally bound to your eyeliner for at least two business days. Manage to get some product on your eyelashes? Not only will your eyelashes look like spider legs when you attempt to put on mascara, but you'll have to rip out your eyelashes for any hope of removing the liner residue! On the real though, avoid this product if possible. Great price point, but please don' put your eyes, skin, and eyelashes through this traumatic experience to save a few dollars. Might as well get a $3 NYX pencil liner and finesse your way to a fleek cat eye with some tape and a concealer brush.
Jen from Baton Rouge, LA
This stuff is nothing more than a bottle of disaster and despair. It makes a huge mess, and forget about simply wiping away any mistakes. Not gonna happen. You're not getting this off w/o putting your eyes through torture.
Don't buy it
Debo from Not comfortable, giving that out
This is the worst product ever do not buy this it smudges and it is so hard to get off one minute it's perfectly fine next minute I blink and it's all over my face I did my make up and then I put my eyeliner on this eyeliner and It got everywhere and ruin my whole make up look I'm so mad I don't even know Why I wasted money on this
Worst eyeliner ever
Sundevil4lyfe from Flagstaff, AZ
I never write reviews but I felt compelled to warn others about this product. Love the idea of a waterproof mascara but did wet n wild miss the mark in producing a useable product. All the times I've put on this product, it smears everywhere! It's not easy to clean up either. I try to go in with a q tip and it smudges all over my eyes, ruining my eye makeup look. It isn't very precise either, makes a big gloopy mess. Just a terrible product. Avoid, not worth ruining your eye makeup look!!
La Isla Bonita from Midwest
The eyeliner is super thick so I would have to scrape the sides to get the excess off. Even lightly applied it gunks onto my eyelashes so when I blink, it ends up smearing everywhere. Then it's difficult to get off your skin so you end up with a streaky mess.
I personally love it
Jen from Capitola
I have double lids they tend get oily. My eyes also cry alot but this sticks through that. You have to really let it set and dry in order for it work. If you get to much product clean it off on the edge of opening. It does come off for me, I use the garnier micellar water that has oil and removes waterproof makeup. The way it dries, it feels a little tight but it doesnt flake for me. I do avoid layering too much on, you dont really need that much anyway due to it being so pigmented.
- I would recommend this to a friend but it depends on the person, you have to have a lot of patience.
Amazing but the felt tip is thicker than a bowl of oatmeal
Alexis from New York
Okay so this eyeliner is waterproof and almost makeup remover proof too. I got this because my eyes water at the corners a lot and all my other eyeliners would smudge but this one doesn't smudge at all it's so good that my makeup removing wipes aren't enough to remove this I have to use baby oil or olive oil to remove it and even then it takes me like 3 or 4 wipes. The felt tip has got to go its extra thiccc and too big to get close to the lash line so I use a line brush or the applicator of another eyeliner. For those who have trouble removing it I suggest using an oil versus micellar water or your regular remover its quicker and less of a hassle also use a wet tissue to avoid making your eyes raw from rubbing with rough dry paper
PieNicole from PA
This eyeliner is awesome and most definitely waterproof. I am not a fan of the applicator, so I use a liner brush. It comes easily for me (with Good Molecules cleansing balm)
Immy from NY
It smudges all over my lids and hard to take it off. The applicator tip is very hard to use. I tried to love it but every time I tried using, it gave burning sensation.
