I got these because I tend to have puffy eye bags & sometimes I get headaches around my eye area. I put the eye masks in the fridge so they're nice and cool when I put them on and they've worked pretty well! The only complaints is the size & the glue they use to keep them on the package. I have to lay completely down in order for them to stay on. As for the glue part, I tried to wash it off but it still left residue on them. So I'm only able to use one side of them.
