Most Helpful Positive Review Good for hydration This is a really great hydrating toner. It actually feels more like an essence than a toner — it's more syrupy than your average toner, most of which are more watery and thin in consistency. It takes about two or three minutes for most of the product to absorb into the skin. This is fragrance-free, alcohol-free, and cruelty-free, all of which are added bonuses. It's also pretty affordable and the bottle contains a lot of product. If you're looking for a toner that will the hydration you need, you'll probably be satisfied with this. I'm giving it four stars, because, while it's good, the ingredients don't offer any benefits other than hydration and wound-healing support. I have other toners that provide good hydration as well as anti-aging and brightening benefits, so it doesn't feel fair to give this one the same amount of props.
Most Helpful Critical Review It's A Great Hydrating Toner ...but for a product with it's highlighting ingredient being propolis, I expected more. Propolis is know to be a powerful anti-inflammatory and wound healing agent and I saw neither of those benefits with this product. It makes for a wonderful hydrating toner, a bit more viscous but still light [on my normal to dry skin anyways] but I wanted to try a propolis product to see what it can do for my skin.
I'm halfway through the bottle and about a month into using it and I've seen no significant decrease in inflammation and my hyperpigmentation spots, which the wound healing aspect would've helped with, aren't lightening significantly. I'm gonna try another product with propolis to see if this product is the problem or the ingredient doesn't really do much for my skin.
I'd say get this for winter to have a great hydrating step in your routine, or if you have REALLY acne prone skin since maybe then you'd see the difference. Or try the Benton Aloe Propolis Gel if you're fortunate enough to be oily.

I am a skincare junkie, have tried a lot of toners and this one is a game changer! The colder months are rough on my 49 yo skin which would usually be red, sensitive and very dry. As an dental hygienist, my face takes a beating using a mask all day. I apply on damp skin and tap/press into my skin. This instantly soothes and plumps skin. After using this for two weeks, my skin looks healthy with a natural glow. Will purchase over and over!!
Really great! 5

I am just starting to really get into skincare. I thought I only needed to treat my acne and everything else would fall into line. However my skin was a mess. I figured the propolis line was a good start into moisture that wouldn't break me out (Thank you Beauty Within).
I love it! I noticed an improvement in my skin almost immediately. I still have breakouts but my skin feels so much nicer. I also suffer from dermatillomania, and used the toner the night of a really bad episode. It was like a miracle the next morning, my marks and redness was greatly reduced.
I use the propolis light cream as well. I haven't been this happy with my skin in a long time. ♡
Basic Toner 3

I've been using this since September and so far not a big difference. It definitely gives me glowing skin.. I only know this because my boyfriend thinks I'm sweating after I use it lol, but I break out the same, and there's still inflammation and redness when I do.
Some hydration but sticky 3
Bean923 from Arlington, VA
I found this product to be a bit sticky and not hydrating enough. It didn't seem to play well with my otherwise great night cream (my face would feel waxy when I applied both), and after giving it a shot with daily use my skin still felt oily yet dehydrated in the morning. It imparted a little bit of immediate hydration after cleansing but I feel like that was purely because it was a liquid, not because the ingredients were working. My skin is notorious for not wanting to absorb products so this might be just the product not agreeing with my specific skin chemistry.
this is a great hydrating toner 5

This sinks in and gives you a glow -- it calms and soothes the skin and doesn't seem to break out my dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin. It works well layered between a first essence and a treatment essence, and it really seems to hydrate well.
Hydrating 4

Very hydrating compared to other toners i've used, it does plump up skin.. might need to use a little bit longer to see full results

I have incredibly sensitive acne prone skin. I'm also prone to hormonal cystic acne.
I've been using this and the propolis cream for close to a month now in addition to the rest of my 10 step routine.
Usually the week before my period and the week of is my worst break out period.
This time around I only had one major zit (which could have been from my face mask) and a few minor zits. The major zit was healed within a few days and is already fading and the minor zits receded in under 24 hrs.
I had 0 cystic zits. Which is frankly miraculous. I usually have at least 3 that can take up to a week each to clear.
Will definitely keep purchasing this line from CosRx.

So bomb!😍 5

So I've been getting into Asian skincare lately, and so far so good. I'm so glad I found this! It's so bomb! I truly believe this would be a great toner for all skin types. I have combination skin; more oily on the tops of my cheeks and under eye area, and more dry on the perimeter of my face. I'm also prone to milia in my oily area and I haven't had any issues. My skin feels hydrated but not clogged and heavy, even before I apply my moisturizer. I feel like this would be PERFECT for me to apply in the winter under my gel moisturizer, for a little extra hydration without my oily area getting clogged or feeling heavy. Try it, I promise you won't regret it👌🏾.
Nice hydrating essence 4

I've tried several hydrating toners/essences, and while this isn't my absolute favorite, it still delivers. I love honey in products, and I appreciate that propolis extract is the first ingredient, which might also explain why the texture is thicker than most other toners. It's closer to an essence, and takes a few minutes to fully absorb into the skin. I do experience some foaming if I rub it in too much, so I recommend patting it into the skin to prevent that from happening. Overall, a good essence and excellent first step in any skincare routine.
LOVE this toner!!😍 5

i love cosrx but.... 2
glittercactusflower from AZ
this is my first cosrx toner and i bought it along with the matching serum and cream. the serum and cream are super hydrating and non irritating but this toner does not agree with my skin. it dries me out and burns badly, i have no idea why because all the ingredients check out but im returning this. every single time I have used it my skin turns red and patchy and it takes about a week to recover. the consistensy seems lovely too, its just not right for me but might work for others.
amazing! 5
suga93 from usa
In my opinion, this product applies and performs more similarly to an essence than a toner, therefore I usually end up using it in addition to a different toner. Semantics aside, this stuff is fantastic. I've been using it for the past two weeks, and my skin is noticeably more hydrated and glowy. Would definitely recommend.
Hydrates and nourishes skin 5
Libra beauty 619 from CA
This is more like an essence than a toner. Feels good on the skin , hydrated, makes skin feel calmed and takes away any irritation or dryness. I also used it with the propolis serum, and cream. The three together I recommend. But even buy itself this product is a good one.
