How to Use

Shake before use. Adults and children 6 years and older: Rinse with two teaspoons (10mL) prior to brushing to achieve whitening by removing surface stains. For best results, we recommend rinsing twice a day, morning and night. Do not swallow. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

I gave up commercially made mouthwash and toothpaste because of the additives in them and went for products that were effective without the additives. I found that my teeth actually look brighter without needing to apply a bleaching application, because I was removing the coating of plaque film off my teeth. This tastes great and doesn't burn in my mouth and I can tolerate it for the full gargle time without having to spit it out before completion.
