As a woman who has hair loss due to a thyroid disorder, combined with hereditary male-pattern baldness, this product is an absolute must! Over the years I've tried dozens of these types of cover-up products. There are many other fibers on the market at a much higher cost. This one works just as well as any of those. As someone who's experienced with these products, here are my tips.
1) do not use it close to your face. Cover Your Gray makes a powder that I use around my hairline and a bit beyond, that doesn't travel down the face. Use that, and do the remainder of your hair with the fibers.
2) I've found that it doesn't adhere well to a just-washed scalp. Not to sound gross, but there has to be a bit of natural oil on your scalp. I wash my hair at night and by the morning I'm ready to use the fibers. The fibers will stay in place.
3) It's good to use a fine mist of hair spray to lock the fibers in place but it's not absolutely necessary.
4) Hail yeah, it's messy. For me, the mess is worth my self-confidence. I just leave cleaning wipes in my bathroom and take a few minutes to wipe everything down when I'm done.
I've used this product for years. Even my hairstylist has told me that it's totally undetectable. If you have hair loss and your self-esteem is taking a hit, try this out. I don't leave home without it!
I sprinkled this on my roots and found that it didn't adhere to my hair. The powder gradually fell onto my forehead, some settled onto my scalp but looked like dirt ( not like hair). I am going back to using the pressed powder called WOW.

I've been using it to cover up thinning spots and it works great. Just don't get it too close to your face or it will continue to gravitate down and you'll end up with black "ash" on your face. I recently lost a child so I am experiencing hair loss due to grief and this is coming in handy.

This product doesn't work. It only makes a mess and doesn't cover anything. It also comes with no directions

Covers your scalp not so much the greys

I use this product to cover areas of thin hair and bald spots. It's easy to use and stays put in hair. The price is great compared to toppix. I also like the medium brown shade better than toppix's. I have bought this product multiple times..

I've used Toppik for years. Found this & decided to try it. Works the same. Bigger bottle & low price.

Unfortunately, I have very fine and thinning hair in my crown area. It is so fine and thin, in fact that you can see my scalp through my hair. I found Topix, which I had been using for several years. However, I was in Ulta one day and discovered this, and not only is it 90% cheaper oh, it does the exact same thing! Don't waste your money on the expensive Brands, this will do the exact same thing if you are looking for scalp coverage if you have fine and thinning hair. I wouldn't be without it! It gives me so much more confidence knowing that someone cannot see my scalp

I have areas on the crown of my head where my hair is thinning due to cancer meds. With this product I just sprinkle it in the thin areas and suddenly you can't see my scalp through my hair anymore!!

I used as directed and my grays were not covered.

I bought this for my grey coverage. It did an awesome job with covering my greys in-between my salon visit while also filling my balding spots. This is a great product. I would give my highest recommendation.

I just go thru sections of my hair that are thinning and sprinkle some fibers to cover the scalp area and overlay it with hair. Just go lightly cause you can always add more.

Frankly, I was a sceptic, but sometimes when you have an issue or problem, you try anything. I had a small balding spot occuring at the side of my head and it became more prominent when I'd wear a ponytail. I'd seen numerous "fiber" fill-in hair products and thought it was worth a shot. It actually does work! No need for a brush-type applicator, I just sprinkled a bit over my spot and to my amazement, it didn't show anymore. I tried it on another couple places near the crown of my head .. and, bingo, thinning spot gone. I still don't get who this stuff works without showing and sticking to your scalp .. but, whatever .. it works! Price was the best one on the market and color worked great. WOW.

Great coverage for white hair and for thin hair. Also, at a great price.

I love this product so much. It looks very natural , the color ( I use medium brown) can mix with my reddish brown hair very beautifully and it does not leave any stain on my pillow and doesn't come off until you want to wash your hair. My husband has medium ash brown hair and the same color that I use, still matches his hair seamlessly. I used to use Toppik before, but this wonderful product definitely replaced it with much better result.

This product is amazing! It covers my thinning areas while looking natural. I have tried other brands, but, this is the best, least expensive product of its kind. I tried Topik and it looks unnatural, does not blend as easily and is much more expensive. Fill-in Fiber is a definite 10! Thank you, for coming to my rescue 😍

I usually would buy the Toppik hair fibers, but this works just as good and way less expensive. Not only that, the medium brown is the perfect color for me. Toppik's medium brown is more like a dark brown and the light brown is more for a dark blonde.

So easy to use. Great color match and price.... if you like Toppik brand this is an alternative for half the price...👍
