Most Helpful Positive Review Best Powder for my Oily Skin!
I use the powder to set and sometimes bake under my eyes. The powder is lite weight and easy to apply. The packaging has a slide to close off the powder from spilling everywhere. Powder in general can be messy but I have minimal problems with this powder being messy since it comes out in small increments.
The powder is yellow but not Sacha Buttercup yellow where you will literally look yellow lol. It has a hint of yellow that truly brightens your under eyes. It does not leave me with a white cast and I even use it to sharpen my contour.
The powder price is great in my opinion but I use a combination of high end and drug store. This powder is truly my favorite powder. I've used Dermablend, Laura Mercir, Sacha Buttercup, Cody Airsprun, and the list continues. This powder does not dry out my under eye and when my oils starts coming through it does not budge.
Most Helpful Critical Review Disappointing
I've been wanting to try this product forever and waited until ulta was selling it because I dont shop anywhere else for my makeup. First of all, for the price it's extremely small but I get the markup value and I understand smaller brands may need to price it this way so I got it anyway. My biggest issue was that when I applied the setting powder it would look beautiful at first but then would break apart when I would apply setting spray. You could see the powder with little white specks and see it broken apart in patches on my face. I experimented trying it dusted on lightly and with baking under my eyes and jawline, I tired multiple different brands of setting sprays as well. I tried it with a few different foundations under. No matter which combination i used it was the same thing, as soon as I used setting spray you could see patches of powder all over my face. Even with paying attention to how I blend. It was sad because I really loved the packaging and wanted to like this product. It was also shocking because I couldn't find any other reviews reporting this issue but when I returned it at ulta, the cashier told me a lot of people report the same problem. I ended up exchanging it for the too faced powder and am so much happier with that powder. No issues at all.

I tried this product after hearing rave reviews, was so excited to try it. The price is high, but wouldn't mind if it was the best thing I've ever tried, and it wasnt... it looks good at first, but just a few hours into wearing it I see it separating and looking cakey. Does not set my makeup at all. I tried every way you can try it. With primer, without different foundations and techniques. Baking left me looking powdery and setting just left me oily and gross all day. Just didn't work for me
11/10 no regrets

This product works wonders, definitely worth the price! I have sensitive skin & was worried about breaking out but my skin is completely fine. Highly recommend!!
Not good for Under eyes
Sofia from Texas
I tried working with this powder to set my under eyes, I barely applied any powder and blended, baked one time, or applied with a beauty blender and buff out the powder it's absolutely awful for under eyes, it gets patchy and clings to dry/concealer, it works okay to carve out the cheeks and to reduce forehead shine but not for fine lines or if you need to set your liquids foundation/concealer. I have the oat shade.
Allergic reaction to ingredients
Powder from Hanford
The powder set really nice however it caused a really bad skin reaction and sever acne. If you're not allergic to talc then this is an amazing setting powder if not then It will break you out like crazy after one use. I really wanted to like this product because of all the rave reviews I heard but it did not sit well with my skin.

My skin is still a bit oily and I had heard good things about this product. I was skeptical because I've tried so many and the price on this scared me. I love this powder! I don't have to touch up later in the day when I use it. I definitely want to try more of their products.
Beware shady brand
Hfeather from Columbus, oh
purchased the "eyescream paint job" brush set 4 months ago in August when it first released, have barely used them, washed them twice and the 2nd time I washed them one of the brushes started to fall apart. all of the bristles came out. emailed customer service and they said they wouldn't do anything about it since I purchased 4 months ago. so beauty Bakerie, you're telling me a brush set purchased FOUR months ago should fall apart in that time frame??? that's how much your products are worth? I didn't ask for money back, I didn't even want a whole new brush set, just the one that broke after very limited use. I didn't even get an "I'm sorry our product broke in such a short time" just a "well you're out of luck goodbye". beware of this brands customer service and policies. I was an avid fan of beauty Bakerie for years and have so many of their products. I will no longer be purchasing anything from them after I use up all of my remaining products. just for the pure fact of their customer service and "policies" are garbage and they seem to not care at all about their customers.

This did not work with my routine at all. Any time I used it, it clung to areas I applied it too and I could not blend it out. I was stuck with splotches all over my face. I was also not a fan of the design. I hate having to shake the powder out the small section on the top, it gets everywhere. I wanted to support a smaller brand but I was really disappointed

Love this product!
So bad for under eyes
S from Cal
I bought this because many people love this powder. I do have dryer under eyes but the creasing with this product is crazy. I use the hydrating elf camo concealer and the Juvias place concealer (best concealer ever) and it suck to both of them. It created that crusty look and took off the inner corners of the concealer. It just makes me look dry and old
I ould give this product 0 stars if I could!

I use the Cassava to set my cheeks and nose area as those are my problem areas for redness. I LOVE it! No regrets on this purchase at all.
Didn't Perform Well For Me
Rye from Washington, DC
I bought this product to bake with and sadly it was a NO for me. It didn't set my makeup well and looked bad after a few hours. I tried using this off and on for a month but it's not for me.
Perfect Translucent Powder
CKS from Alabama
Its so hard to find a good translucent setting powder these days. This one is perfect! Its comes in cute packaging and I like the bakery theme. Long wearing powder that keeps makeup in place and doesn't add unnecessary color (if you don't want it).
my favorite powder for years
ally from tampa
this is the absolute best translucent setting powder you will ever find. i've used it for years and it SETS but blurs my skin perfectly. i live in florida btw so this has been tested in all the humidity lol it's great, you need it
Blends out terribly
SRJ from Florida
I was looking for a backup for my Laura Mercier powder so I tried this. I clearly got the wrong color but besides that it blended out terribly. It literally looked like I smeared coal dust on my face. Absolutely awful product.
Abbyrodr from CA
I was blown away by this. Other setting powders I've used have so much kickback im usually coughing. I love the packaging when you can control how much you want to use. Flawless application over foundation. Smooth.
Great all over powder
Cutie from Tennessee
I set it on after primer and it does not crease. It feels skin like.
Fine and smoothing powder
Naturalmakeuplover from Burtonsville, MD
I love this powder. This is the first time I got it to try it out and it's amazing! My face is dry but it does get oily on my T zone and this powder keeps my face matte for 12hrs (that's the longest time I've had it on). You should get it, it blurs everything.
Cara from Chicago
This is a great product. I'm sure there's a dupe out there somewhere but I've tried multiple and all have failed. So might as well spend the extra money and use it without any issues.

No need to find another!
Do not buy
LB from Santa cruz
This gave me angry acne! I haven't been allergic to a product in so long but my skin did NOT like the ingredients in this at all. After checking the ingredients i realized the main ingredient is talc! Should've checked before buying. My face is blistering. It's so so bad :(
Lauren from Massachusetts
I was excited to try this powder, and it is truly worth the hype. It is so smoothing and oil controlling without looking dry or cakey. I also love how the packaging comes with a stopper. A little powder goes a long way so it will last a while too. I highly highly recommend this powder!
Lilly Ann from Lafayette, Louisiana
I work in prestige cosmetics and this is the best setting powder that I've used. It gives a nice, matte and natural finish. This is great for oily skin. i bought this in chestnut and it really gives a nice tone without the orange or red look. This is a must buy!
Makeup Game Changer!
Komuroa from Atlanta, Georgia
I use this powder in the shade rice to set my undereye concealer and to bake my face, let me just tell you how much this has FOREVER changed my makeup game! I always struggled with finding the perfect baking powder that wouldn't settle in my creases, wasn't too heavy, didn't cause flashback, and didn't make my skin have a negative reaction. This powder keeps me set all day!! This is my new holy grail and I would highly recommend it to anyone who feels like they haven't found their perfect powder!
