It's never been easier to create any line style ranging from slender to full, thanks to an extremely fine felt-tip point and easy grip handle. The waterproof and smudge-proof formula delivers unstoppable, stunning intensity in one stroke.
Extreme fine felt-tip point creates three line styles. Use the very tip for a slender, extremely thin line or hold pen at a slight angle to create a thicker line.

Comments about Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Eyeliner:

I bought thia eyeliner simply to practice getting the perfect cat eye, and I was disappointed. While it is easy to apply, the liner does not stay on and will come off if you rub/touch your eyes or get water on it. Besides that, the color is bad. At first it was good, nice and rich, but after the third day I noticed color didn't come out of the tip. After the first week it stopped working, only delivering a thin, patchy line of greyish color. (I bought it in black!) I wouldn't recommend this.

Comments about Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Eyeliner:

I don't understand why everyone keeps saying it's a dupe for the Stila liquid liner... IT'S NOT! It barely has any pigment. Returned.

      gets the job done

Comments about Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Eyeliner:

This eyeliner is okay, it's not pigmented takes a few more swipes to make it stand out. The applicator isn't a brush, it's more like a sponge or felt type. It says it's waterproof but nope. It's smudges after awhile of having it on ( if you have oily skin)

      applicator

Comments about Milani Eye Tech Extreme Liquid Eyeliner:

This eyeliner works, but it's not waterproof ( even though it says so). The "fine tip point" is what it says, however it's not a brush. It's more like a sponge or felt type of applicator, doesn't really gives you that sharp pointy wing eyeliner look. Plus, not that pigmented. Takes a few more applications to give you a more darker looking eyeliner.
