Most Helpful Positive Review It's Clinique. It won't break you out. It's Great! This is good for all types of skin types. You don't need much. Find the type that fits your needs.
Most Helpful Critical Review It's Ok but not for me right now I bought this product to try a Clinique foundation and try to find a foundation I like with SPF for the summer. I have combination skin and with the cold weather it's been a little more dry than normal. This helped after 1 day of use and then I need to switch because it was a little to oily after that. This foundation sits on my skin. If I have to blow my nose, the foundation wipes off my nose completely with a tissue. This would work best for my skin on occasion...on those days when my skin needs a bit more hydration.

Very happy with this. Doesn't feel heavy or dry, makes my face look fresh, the glow is flattering. Had no trouble covering some minor red spots and making some dark spots way less pronounced. Happy, happy, happy.

I have leukemia and going through chemo. It has made my skin dry and dull especially my facial skin. Bought this from the advice of a YouTuber touting good foundations for dry skin. Used moisturizer and a smoothing primer first. As soon as I applied the foundation, my skin looked totally revitalized! Lightly powdered and used a dewy setting spray. The coverage is light to moderate. I spot conceal trouble areas. Don't like a complete heavy or cakey foundation look. In the hospital, I got lots of compliments of how good my skin looked. That's says a lot about this foundation. Definitely will buy again.
I love this foundation 5
Amy from United States
I really love this foundation. It's lightweight enough that it looks very natural, but it seems to be easily buildable if you need extra coverage. It lasts all day and doesn't change color or oxidize when I wear it. It adds a glow my skin but doesn't look oily or shiny
I have used the original version of Even Better foundation for 8 years. I was thrilled when this version was offered by Ulta as a birthday gift. I ordered the same color that I wear in the regular version (Alabaster) and it matches perfectly. I will definitely buy this version, Even Better Glow, again!
Absolutely love this foundation! 4

For years have used L'Oreal True Match, which I still highly recommend. For a pricier pick, though, this is amazing. I have dry skin, and this blends beautifully, and seems to sink into my skin. The result is skin that looks natural, but better. I do set it with powder, especially the T-Zone. CN-52 is my color, there are so many choices it would be tough not to find a shade that matches perfectly for you. Pricey, like I said. More than $30 for one ounce. And I really don't need the sunscreen. But a good choice for 50+ with dry skin.
I don't understand the glowing reviews! 1
maggiemae from Houston, TX
Maybe it's my skin that's the problem, but I really don't understand all the positive reviews for this product. I bought it earlier this year and have nearly finished it, and, no matter what I try, I cannot get the product to work with my skin. I should have returned it after the first few tries, but I kept thinking that I just needed to get a different moisturizer, or primer, or apply it with a different brush. I'm finally giving up. No matter what I try, this product just sits on my skin, and it makes it progressively dryer throughout the day. [For reference, I have sensitive combination skin, and the product dries out my cheeks and leaves streaks on my nose and forehead.] Would not recommend.
My favorite! 5

I feel like I've tried every foundation that the influencers have recommended over the years. This is one that I just tried randomly once and it is the best. It looks very natural with light to medium coverage. it's so easy and looks beautiful. Don't be scared of the "glow" aspect. It's just naturally beautiful.
I've found my forever foundation! 5

This conceals, highlights...but not in a fake way, and doesn't cake u at all! I've deff found my forever foundation!
Amazing finish, feels light and has a soft glow 5
Stephanie from Phoenixville, PA
I'm usually a full coverage girl, but this feels so light and still covers what I need. I use a little concealer and it's perfect. Gives a soft glow and makes me look and feel refreshed. My new go-to for sure. I have dry skin and some days I don't even moisturize or prime before putting this on and it still looks great. Definitely impressed, my favorite foundation Clinique has ever made.
AMAZING but make sure to set 4
Audrey from New York
Looked amazing and natural on my skin! However it does crease a lot if u don't set specific spots. I'll obviously see my smile lines, under eyes, but I will also do my forehead because I have forehead wrinkles lol and it doesn't look good if I don't set it
This is great but I wish they had more shades! 4

I really love this foundation! I was using the original Even Better which is great too but I heard so many good things about the Glow version that I HAD to try it! Unfortunately, I am very fair (I am WN01-Flax in the original Even Better Makeup) and they just don't have a shade for me in the Glow version when I am at my fairest. Now that we are headed into summer and I've gotten a little sun, WN04-Bone is working well for me in this! It is SO glowy, looks like I have nothing on my skin but gives me just enough coverage that my skin looks even and healthy! I wish I could call it my holy grail but I'm going to have to go back to something else in the winter if I can't get a lighter shade!
Soooo good 5
Destiny from PA
Just recently tried this, I used to use the regular even better, but this one is way better. It's so natural looking it looks like I don't even have makeup on & it matches my skin tone perfectly.
Best foundation I've tried in years 5
Amethyst from South Carolina
Skin issues: Texture, large pores, oily t-zone, dry patches on cheeks in winter, occasional cystic acne
I normally wear BB creams/tinted moisturizers, but I needed something with more coverage for times that I had bad breakouts or was going to be on stage. I was after a foundation that wouldn't stick to dry patches or emphasize texture, so one day I went to Ulta with my skin prepped for makeup (but no foundation on) and swatched close to a dozen foundations. I didn't even check prices, just tried as many as I could that claimed to be dewy and/or for combo skin. This foundation easily won! I i also was looking for how easy they were to apply - many foundations need brushes or damp beauty blenders but this one looks great just applied with fingers! The only other foundation I've tried in recent memory that was similar (not really in consistency, but in ease of applicability and coverage) was the Estée Lauder double wear nude, which cost about $15 more and seems to be discontinued anyway? If you have any skin issues similar to mine, please give this one a try!
My FAVE 5
Carrie from Houston
Blends beautifully with a damp sponge. Light coverage but makes the skin look so pretty. Plays well with lots of different concealers and powders. I keep going back to this no matter what else I use. Such a good deal for the price too! I'll buy again and again.
Favorite - go to foundation 5
S from PA
This is my go to foundation. I've tried many, many others, but this is my go to. My skin is more of on the dry side (other than my t zone). I use the Physicians Formula loose powder over it or sometimes the Colorstay pressed powder & bye bye under eye for my concealer.
THE ONE 5
Kimi from Connecticut
This is the best foundation i've ever used on myself. I usually struggle w a foundation that is a perfect color match and doesn't make my face look flaky. It's lightweight enough to not cover my freckles, but also buildable to cover my redness. It also gives me the most amazing glow. I can't get over how much I love this foundation.
Too dry and cakey. Ugh!!! 1
Clinique user... from Wisconsin
It's too dry and cakey even after applying with heavy amts of moisturizer . Does not spread well. It's awful stuff. Moisture surge tinted foundation was the best. I prefer a transparent and dewy look vs looking like I dipped my face in a vat of flour. Even better foundation is horrible stuff. I've been making my own by putting in some moisture surge in a small container along with that even better stuff.
Finally a foundation that isn't cakey at the end of the day 5
Kdub from Cleveland Ohio
Been looking for a foundation that lasts and doesn't cake up at the end of the day. Spent 100s on trying to foundation that doesn't look like horrible mid day or after a long day. This is it finally. Doesn't cling to wrinkles or dry patches. Extremely happy I finally find an amazing foundation that light.
Feels amazing going on. Beautiful finish. 5
Katie from Ny
First time trying a Clinique foundation. This feels absolutely amazing going on. It feels so silky. It blends right into my skin and leaves a beautiful natural finish. I always take a picture of my foundations in portrait mode to see how the finish looks and I am pleased with this one. I did set it with setting powder to help it last throughout the day. I will absolutely be purchasing this again.
Great Product 5
Shirl Girl from New Orleans atea
I purchased this make-up about a week ago and absolutely love it. It provides good coverage and leaves a healthy, slightly dewy glow on your skin. It matches my skin perfectly.
Matches my skin PERFECTLY! 5
Mariah from Washington
I didn't think much about this product when I first bought it. But the match on my skin is nearly impeccable! It really has a night natural finish to the look, as well ask keeps my skin very hydrated throughout the day. I would recommend this to anyone with dryer skin during the winter. it also does have very nice coverage. I always tend to look for a medium coverage foundation since I do prefer coverage, but not a whole lot to where it looks caked on. But this foundation is absolutely natural and completes the "no makeup" makeup look.
I think I've found 'The One' 5
Izzy from Dalton, Ga
This foundation is great. I've been looking for a foundation that covers well, however also looks like skin. This works so well on my dry skin and it looks so natural. I haven't worn Clinique in about 15 years. Well I guess I'm back.
NOT FOR ACNE-PRONE SKIN 2
Regina from Augusta, GA
I didn't mind this foundation, but it wasn't the best. It oxidized and the shade range is pretty bad since I'm pretty pale. However, it was lightweight and made my skin look awesome! It didn't sink into my pores and didn't enhance dryness or anything. However, the worst part: acne. Not even wearing it for about 2 hours, I had put some on my chin to see if I liked it, and it was left on for around 2 hours before I took it off. Around 6 hours later, I noticed I had developed 2 pimples on my chin. I looked up the ingredients, seemed like nothing would break me out... EXCEPT MICA. This is the devil's ingredient to clog pores. I'm so tired of products saying they are non-acnegenic/comedogenic when they contain mica!!!! Please people, if you get acne easily STAY AWAY!
Hoping It'll Hold for the Next Decade 5
SaraC from San Diego
I mix the product with a darker color from the regular Even Better collection. I like a very natural non-make up look & this is perfect. I find I get just enough "glow" if I mix the lighter shade (e.g. CN40) with the darker shade from the other line (e.g. CN52) but can manage the depth of color to mimic the amount of sun my skin gets throughout the year. I also can never find one shade that matches perfectly anyway, so I've accepted the need for two. I had very oily acne-prone skin in my twenties (used shiseido & prescriptives...god, I'm sad prescriptives is gone) to more combination but prone to break out in my thirties (bare minerals, Dior, ugh so many didn't work out) & now am here needing more moisture than I needed before -- but not too much. What I thought was irritation with my other foundation was lack of moisture. A new problem foe me, but okay! This foundation fits ALL my requirements & I hope I can wear it into my fifties...
Impressed 5

Wasn't sure how I would feel about this foundation. I usually use IT cosmetics cc cream, but had forgot it on vacation. Borrowed this from my sister instead and WOW I am thoroughly impressed. Does not feel like foundation at all. Very light and sheer, evens out skin tone. All I need is this and concealer on some trouble areas and I'm out the door. Not cakey at all!
New Holy Grail??? 5
Gabi from California
Wowowow I've never been so blown away by a product. Very few products work well with my finicky, problematic combination skin and I've been on the lookout for something that won't cling to my dry patches but also won't make me feel like a grease-slick at the end of the day. I was a little concerned at first because this is apparently a "light-reflecting" foundation, but honestly the finish is much less dewy and more... just like your skin. I'm amazed at how seamlessly it blends into the skin (using my fingers!) and how light weight it feels, while still covering up most of my redness. It's definitely light coverage and I didn't find it builds to anything more than that, but paired with my concealer it's perfect for me for day to day. I wore it for 10 hours one day, hiking another day, to concert another day where I was dancing and sweating, and it still looked great. It gives such a beautiful radiance once your natural oils show through. It's everything I've been wanting in a natural, daily foundation. 10/10 would recommend.
