I tend to be a budget-minded buyer, particularly when it comes to my cosmetics and skin care products. But, hard as I try, I cannot find any other eye cream to match the effect of Murad. The price is a splurge for me, but I use so little that I find it's worth it. The cream is light and soaks in quickly without the dried out or greasy feel some other eye creams can cause. It's gentle on my eyes as well. If you can splurge a bit, I highly recommend giving this a try.
I bought this product as I saw it recommended in several places. Although I adore other Murad products, this one doesn't perform any differently than a $10 drugstore version. Don't waste your money.

Need to return, doesn't work for me, it stings my skin. I purchased it for the SPF and am disappointed it didn't work.

this product is awesome. i use this remotely at NIGHT ONLY. This product contains retinol. if you use retinol during the day, and go in the sun IT WILL BURN. you're never supposed to use retinol during the day because of the sun. no matter if it's eye cream, or face moisturizer. never. but this product is amazing if you use it correctly :)

I used Clinique all about eyes for 20 years but after I tried this one I never went back. It's twice as much. But I love it .

I've been using for years & twice at day (am & pm) . I apply under eye & top lid for eye protection & fine lines.
A little eye cream goes a long way so you get a bang out of your buck.
I love Murad products!

I love this product! The brightening effects were clearly noticeable after a week. It evens out my skin tone and brightens better than any eye cream I've used yet.

I pretty much use Murad exclusively for all my skin care needs, save for a couple products on an irregular basis. I really needed an eye cream, so when this finally came on the market (yes, all those years ago...) I was ecstatic. Not only was it Murad which I generally trust and have been using for quite a few years now, but it was an eye cream that was missing in my regimen and it had spf! (My ghostly pale complexion needed a good eye cream with spf!) I bought it immediately and took it home, excited to try it out.
*insert Regan from The Exorcist voice* IT BUUUUUUUUURRRNNNNSSSS!
Seriously, I tried multiple times to love this product, but it makes my eyes water like no tomorrow, which eventually leads to my eyes burning. I still have it in my rather minimalist skin care collection hoping that one day I can actually tolerate it. (We didn't have an Ulta even remotely near us, so I wasn't going to take it back since the amount of money spent on gas for taking it back would have surpassed the amount of money I would get back.) Since that time, they've opened an Ulta roughly an hour away.
But yes, after all these years, the trauma of burning sensation/watery eyes stuck with me. So much so, that I don't understand how this product has such a decent overall rating.
I love (most) Murad products but this was a total absolute NO for me.

I've never returned a beauty product before but I had to return this product because it burned my eyes badly!

I have no complaints about this product. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but you pay for quality, and this little bottle lasts me approximately 4 months in the summer, and 6 months in the winter. So not bad for the results and protection you want. It soaks right in, and doesn't leave a film. I can put my eye makeup on almost immediately after application. It doesn't break me out, and I feel good about the SPF. I'm probably going to purchase another type of Murad eye cream for evening, since I like this so well.

good daytime eye cream, concealer goes over it well, will burn eyes if sweating or exercising
Julie from New Jersey
This cream is nice but it has dry clumps because of the dispenser. The product dries out at the spout so every time you use it you get a little dry clump.

Used daily delivers younger looking eye area

Love this thicker eye cream. It can be used all around eye and has Vit C and sunscreen in it! Eye area is where lines appear and having sunscreen is going to block out more aging sunrays.

Looks and smells like a thick sunscreen, left red bumpy sore blotches under my eyes, probably clogged the pores or allergic reaction

This product will irritate eyes if apply too close to the eyes to where it may get into the eyes
I applied product twice daily after washing face and I could feel my skin moisturized. I really liked this product.

just feels good on my skin

I bought this to try to combat my worsening dark circles. After about 2 weeks of twice-daily use, I didn't notice any difference whatsoever in dark circles. I have some dryness under my eyes and it did absolutely nothing to help moisturize. The skin was just as dry and flaky.
It might be better for people who don't have dryness or dark circles and just want to maintain their skin. But definitely not for me.

I have been using Murad products, It seems that I always go back to Murad after trying other products.
