Comments about Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo For Brunettes:

This is very effective for absorbing oil/grease, but my hair is very dark brown and this color does not match mine. The color of the product is a much lighter brown and made my roots a slightly different color than my natural, dark brown hair. I would recommend just sticking with the original drybar dry shampoo rather than the color tinted one for this reason.

Comments about Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo For Brunettes:

This dry shampoo just makes your hair feel dirty. It does not absorb oil like regular dry shampoo. The color comes off on your hands and pillow case. The smell is so strong. It's really pretty horrible. I had high hopes for this product because I hate how normal dry shampoo leaves a white residue, but I really just dread using it. The best dry shampoo I have found is by Monat, I'll stick with that.

Do not touch your hair once you've sprayed this on your head. I was excited that this product came available for brunettes, but when I used it the brown dye comes off on my hands.

It doesn't absorb oil, it just sits on the hair making it feel dry. It's impossible to get out without washing and rewashing your hair.

Comments about Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo For Brunettes:

The price put me off since there's a lot of cheaper ones out there but I really wanted to try it since it was tinted. I love this one since it works so well at covering grey hair between colorings without a lot of effort. I like the smell but if you wear perfume a lot you may want to skip since people compliment me on my 'perfume' when I use this. As a dry shampoo it works well but remember it is tinted so use it lightly. I still love Batisse (which does have a tinted one as well but not nearly as good) and will use it when I don't need a touch-up but when I do this is the product to get.

I enjoyed using the original formula but it left a white hue on my hair, so I thought this would be the best solution. NOPE!! This stuff dries your hair out and makes it all grungy and brittle feeling, guessing it's because of the added coloring. Do not recommend! Stick with the original formula!!

I have tried every dry shampoo! I don't have hair that tends to get greasy easily so I would expect most dry shampoos to work....WRONG! Bastiste, Dove, Monat, and not your mothers all left my hair feeling heavy and still greasy. Dry bar absorbs the oil and looks as if I have no product in my hair! I love it, I will never buy any other dry shampoo.

IMO, better than "Joico Tint Shots" which I've found to be sticky and hard to control application. This product is powdery. Appreciate the aerosol and ease with which I can brush into my hair after applying; it looks natural.

Comments about Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo For Brunettes:

I absolutely love this product. I've tried probably 10 different dry shampoos and all of them leave my hair just as oily/dirty looking as before if not worse. This is the only one ive tried that I've said wow. Yes if you arnt careful you can get brown in places and yes if you run your fingers through your hair you'll get brown on them. It's tinted duh that's going to happen the same way if you sprinkle pigment on your scalp. Think of it as using clip in extensions and saying you can feel them in you run your fingers on your scalp. The smell is strong but very salon like that's the best way I can describe it. If you don't like the brown just buy the one without the tint to it. It's that easy but I love the tint it's amazing.
