Most Helpful Positive Review More than I could have ever hoped for!!!
This PSA is coming from the girl who does ALL the face masks, has tried ALL of those extractor tools, & is pretty much obsessed with washing my face: YOUR SKIN ISNT AS CLEAN AS YOU THINK
When I received this Dermaflash in the mail I thought, 'lol I literally use that black head strip every other night. Theres nothing left for this to get.' & here I am slightly disgusted but satisfied at all of the gunk that came off of my nose in just a few minutes. All you do is wet your face with warm water & let this magic machine do what it does best: CLEAN or they call it extracting but that icky. Lol My fave part is that there's no pulling or hurting your face in the process Just some vibration.
Most Helpful Critical Review Great tool if used properly!
I was a bit hesitant at first when I recieved this skin care tool because I know the risks that come along with any skin care device that can be used at home. The packaging and design of the dermapore device is very sleek and nice! When it came to using this device, it took more than one attempt to correctly do so. When using the pore extractor side, you need to have your face steamed in hot water to open up your pores. Doing this will make the entire process easier! I did see a lot of whiteheads slowly extract from my forehead & afterwards my skin felt very clear. The biggest concern with the extractor side is that if you put too much pressure on your face you may end up doing more damage than good. Overall, a good skin care device, but handle with caution!

What I was Hoping for
Olivea from Las Vegas, NV.
I was a little concerned about the mixed reviews of this product. It seemed like it was either 5 stars or 1 star with nothing in between. I think the low ratings are people who aren't using it correctly. I have blackheads on my nose that I can never seem to get rid of. I've used SO MANY scrubs, strip, etc and nothing seems to actually clean all my pores. BUT this actually does work. When you get right out of the shower or wash your face really well with warm water (enough to open up your pore) You need something to help the machine glide across your face so I use a cheap moisturizer or my personal favorite, Aloe Vera gel! This little machine is great for blackheads!!! I use it maybe 1-2 times a week and my pores have reduced and my skin is nearly flawless. NO REGERTS. :)
Dead, didn't even last 6 months.
Aschwell from Lorena, TX
It was great, worked exactly how I'd expect. Until it died, won't charge, won't turn on. It's not even 6 months old, and I probably didn't even use it 5 times! Not what I'd expect from this company.
mmmm it's okay

i bought this in may during quarantine and quite honestly yes it does remove SOME black heads but it's not all that.. they praise it to be so much more. average product. use a good cleanser and exfoliator and that should take care of that.
Techluze from New Jersey
I purchased this product based upon many positive reviews. What did I miss? Either the product I bought was defective OR this product is simply not motion intense enuff to remove anything much less blackheads? I don't get it.
Returned it in one day

I really like this, it does what it says as far as extracting goes. I'm not sure if it works for people with really bad acne. I honestly don't have much acne but I bought a microscope to see what my skin looked like. Once I saw the oil and nasty stuff I found this device. The infuser part I'm not sure how well it works. The few times I have tried it I've had the extractor mode on and backwards. Once I go to turn it off it continues to vibrate and realize my error. 🙄
Not worth it!

Decided to try this out. After all, it's a vibrating extractor; sounds very promising that it'll actually extract and keep your face clean. Nope. It was a waste of money. While the "vibration" was decent, it didn't do much. And the vibration is actually more of a slight pulsating feeling. Also don't think it helped AT ALL when using the serum infuser mode. I'm glad it works well for some, but for me it didn't do what I wanted. Returned it asap.

I am a 30 yr old male who has dealt with pesky blackheads on my nose for 15 years. I've used masks, cleaners and everything else. The dermapore eliminates these blackheads in under three minutes. No mess, no clean and no dried out skin. This thing rules.

The bad reviews on here are user error. Research before you use. I don't normally write reviews, but I waited for this to come in stock and then in stores for a long time while saving my points. I got it for free after going on a haul and adding $200* to my basket, but I would have paid full price for this. It made a HUGE difference in my skin after just one use. The amount of sebum that came out of my face was disgusting! I don't have bad skin, but I certainly had some clogged pores. Hoping to see my pores shrink too.

My friends and I are all obsessed with this ultrasonic tool!! I have good skin but as an adult I noticed bumps deep under the surface that created lots of texture. this is the only thing that I've used that will gradually being those bumps to the surface. it's also perfect for blackheads. sometimes I'll use my finger along with the scraper to push stubborn gunk out. I feel like I get to satisfy the "picker" in me while being way more gentle on my skin. my pores have also become noticably tighter. after adding this to my skin regimen I notice my skin retains moisture better. there are some cheaper versions online that work just as well. I like the shape of this one because it's identical to the kind my esthetician used.

Not sure why I decided to try this, but it isn't worth it in my opinion. It essentially just vibrates on your skin.
Waste of money

Overall waste of money, doesn't pick up much when extracting, infusion mode does nothing special
Moe from TN
I ordered this kind of skeptical because of some of the reviews. However, I used it once and could tell a HUGE difference. I dont normally leave reviews but I absolutely love this neat little tool!!!! I work in a factory and have crazy oily skin and I was needing something like this for awhile!!!

I love using this to clean out my pores! It's easy to use. I don't really use it for the serum infusion. Make sure that you follow directions and don't use it on dry skin. The vibrations take a little getting used to but once you get the hang of it your good.

I could not live without this tool! Extremely effective.

Works great. Use with wet skin like after a shower.

I just got this and it is terrible - very little vibration so does extract pores as advertised. It is so bad, so disappointed as totally useless.
it works, but...
shelia from tx
its hard to keep your skin wet. also i recommend that you make sure that your skin is clean and pores are open. it really worked better for me doing it like that. i think it helped me to not be so mean to my skin. i have large pores that really fill up and i was always picking at my face and by using this tool, my skin is less red and not irritated. so im sure its less damaging than using your fingers.
Difficult to use
Anfela from Ocala, Fl
I am not a fan. It's a tad to difficult for me. I suspect this would be great for those who battle visible raised pimples/blackheads.
It does nothing
laura from NC
It doesnt hurt in extraction mode if your face is wet enough. No skin comes off, no sebaceous filaments. I hoped it helped millia I have on my forehead but it didnt. the serum enhancer mode only works well if the serum/cream stays moist on the skin long enough.
Love this!!!! Best ever

It did what I wanted
mikichan66 from Dallas, TX
Got this to use on my nose, because I thought it would mush more gentle than what I did. It's not bad 🤔 However I cannot get past the frequency noise/ringing when I put it on my face, it hurts my ears 😭
making me not want to use it all that much. This is not a needed product. I'm glad I got it on sale, gave it a shot, and will be using it only for my nose (seriously... my ears...)
GlitterMomma from Kennewick, WA
At first I didn't see much results but kept trying on later days. The best so far was after my shower and spraying my face with a small travel water pump sprayer bottle. A lot of junk came out of my pores. You definitely have to face the metal edge downward. I believe the instructions state at a 45 degree angle. I wasn't wearing makeup as often when I first tried it but since then I am, so I think it is much more beneficial to my skin in that case. I use it on my nose and chin and upper cheek areas so far. The creases under around the nose. I wanted this to replace me squeezing my pores and when I use the metal pore hand tool pusher thingy. I have old scarring from years of acne scars and squeezing. This could potentially prevent that for someone (younger) who does not yet have that skin damage.
