Comments about Dermadoctor DD Cream Dermatologically Defining BB Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 30:

I was sucked into the description about blending with all skin types. Wrong, I am incredibly fair and looked like I had applied a self tanning lotion. I imagine eople who have a medium skin tone might enjoy this but fair and dark should probably stay away. Great for people with sensitive skin!

    Very Disappointing Product

    By Lex

Comments about Dermadoctor DD Cream Dermatologically Defining BB Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 30:

I normally love and recommend all of the Dermadoctor products I have tried. This one was terrible for me. The "skin color ph adjusting formula" made my skin turn out orange-y and 4 shades darker than my pro. matched foundation. This product was neither moisturizing nor balancing. It exacerbated the hyperpigmentation and melasma appearance on my face. Really surprised this one made it out of the lab! And even got 4 stars! No!

Comments about Dermadoctor DD Cream Dermatologically Defining BB Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 30:

I have hyper pigmentation on my cheeks and forehead from my marathon training during the summer (yes I used sunblock). If you don't know what that is, it means I have dark splotches on my face. This is something that will go away over time on its own but it can be a little annoying. I enjoy a natural look and don't use much make up or products in my day to day activities. That being said, I am also dating again and want to look my best. I have been using this to speed up the healing process and it has been working wonderfully. It doesn't make the hyper pigmentation go away, but it blends and makes it less noticeable. The darker pigmentation is already gone on my cheeks and the bit on my forehead is not as dark anymore. It also create this pretty natural glow on the rest of my face. Definitely a must buy!

Comments about Dermadoctor DD Cream Dermatologically Defining BB Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 30:

I like it but I don't love it. I feel like, a minute or two after applying, it looks very tan on me... I am usually a light to medium, yellow undertone foundation/bb cream user, and I felt like my face was a lot more tan than my body. When first applying you don't notice much coverage, but once the color starts to pop up, coverage appears. I would say it has a light to medium coverage. It feels a little thick to apply with a brush or a beauty blender, the best way is fingers for sure. when the color starts to appear you can see where you didn't apply well. I have oily skin and I wear a CoverFX setting powder with it; after 4 hours my skin was a little oily - not terribly oily though.

I used to use the DD cream when it was in the silver container. It was not white, but had a color to it. Is this the same product?

We've switched to new packaging since you last used DD cream, but the formulation/ingredients for this product are the same.

Would you still use moisturizer prior to this product? Will it react the same as without moisturizer? Just do not want to get greasy....

This product provides hydrating benefits, but those with dry skin types may still prefer to layer DD Cream over moisturizer for added hydration. DD Cream features a lightweight formula with no greasy feel.
