Most Helpful Positive Review Great matte shadows My daughter gave me the custom palette with all matte shadows. I have been searching, most palettes include to many sparkly shades which are not flattering on mature skin. I love this shadow, nice velvet texture, rich color, lasts all day, very little creasing. My only complaint is not enough light colors, especially no matte ivory that would have made this palette perfect.
Most Helpful Critical Review Swatches Nicely, but Doesn't Show Up on Lids I was really excited to try these shadows and not necessarily need to apply a primer first. I purchased/created my own palette (one star for that) after swatching numerous colors on my hand in the store. The colors swatched beautifully (a second star for that).
I purchased 24KT Stilettos, Glitz Factor, Wild Nights, No Faux, Cool Caviar, and Star Treatment. The shadows were easy to clip into the palette case, which is very nice by the way. I didn't care for the brush, which is typical for me with brushes that come with palettes.
I found the colors lacked pigmentation when used on their own, which defeated the purpose of buying primer-infused shadows. Even with using primer (Urban Decay Original Primer Potion) I had to pack the shadow on. It took me 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes, to do a very simple look using only two colors. The look was pretty but it took too much time.
I returned the shadows and palette the next day for several reasons: 1) shadows are primer-infused and don't show up with using a primer, 2) color has to be packed on and it takes too much time and, 3) there was too much fallout for my liking.
If you're into natural looks these shadows may work for you.
If you like having color on your lids, these shadows will likely not work for you.

Jetsetter is a great matte greige eyeshadow that's neutral-leaning-cool. It's perfect for a crease/transition shade depending on your skin tone, and also works well as a contour shade for cool fairer skin tones since it's a true shadow color without any warmth or orange undertones. The only con is, as with all Buxom singles, it's very difficult to remove the metal pan from the plastic case, and the single shadow compact is sold separately, so it's not great if you like magnetic palettes or depotting.

Jetsetter has been a multitasker for me this past year. It works well n the brows and the lids. Is not too dark. I use it in my crease, on my brows, to line my eyes. I use it to tone down an eye shadow that is too bright or dark. By just applying a thin veil. It is a cool toned brown.

I bought 6 of these singles as part of a promotion where the eyeshadow was 50% off if you purchased the empty palette. GRANTED: I did color select online which may be the difference. But, I do not love these at all. The pigment and feel of these eyeshadows are child quality at best. It could be just me and my preference, but all 6 shades felt dull and costume like all at once which was weird (I purchased nude and natural shades with one darker purple and one darker brown). The quality just was not there for me and none of the colors complemented my Natural undertone coloring. I gave the entire thing to my 6 year old to play with

I love this eyeshadows! I recently made a very neutral palette out of the singles, and I am in love! I don't know why more people don't talk about them! Maybe they need to do more advertising or send things to you tubers? Idk! But if you're hesitating on buying these, don't hesitate! They're ah-maz-ing. My only complaint is that I wish they had more metallic shades. Most of they're metallic shades, in my opinion, are either too light or too dark for my skin tone, or they're not the right tone. They're bright golds seem a bit yellowy for me.

Absolutely the most beautifully textured and beautifully blending eyeshadow I've ever used (prefer it to UD and Anastasia). Depth of pigment is comparable to UD. And no fallout whatsoever. Love love love it.

This was a present for myself! I bought six different colors of these Buxom shadows and had never tried or used them before. It was definitely an investment, but well worth it. Each pan of shadow is large enough to use 1 end of the pan for mixing colors and the other to use the pure color alone. The pans fit perfectly and securely in the Buxom case. The shadows are silky and soft feeling going on your eye, and blend easily on your eyelid. The colors are wonderful and saturated. They wear longer than any other shadow I've tried. Overall, EXCELLENT!

I bought this along with the jet setter- I am posting what I shared about it here with this because these two work great together. This is the most natural looking cream shadow I have ever used. I am in my 50's and have been applying makeup since the 7th grade. This works wonderful by itself or with the jet setter. Here is my other info on Buxom shadow......
I have ordered so many eyeshadows described as griege or taupe to have them show up and be brown, red brown, or gray. This is a true taupe/griege color. I love Buxom lip stick, gloss, and balm. This is my first purchase of eyeshadow. I love this- for me it is not as intense as some I have used which I like. The color is buildable and easy to work with. It is super easy to blend. After apply I could skip the blender brush and it would look great. Use the blender for a natural look. My next purchase will be the build your own palette- now that I have worked with the product I want to check out more colors. If you have a tough time making intense shadows work for you jump over to Buxom. If you have a daughter that wants to start wearing shadows these are an awesome place to start.
