Cool Committee Jelly Face Primer is a simple primer that adds a bit of shimmer to your face. It holds my face powered wonderfully. I have oily sentive skin that breaks out. I have not broke out using the primer nor I have gotten overly clog pores. I sometimes skip moisturizer when I use this. I only use one pump. It gives my face a wakeup looking kick when I'm tried. It blurs ok. It is not a glittler primer or a dewy primer. It has more of a shimmer. I don't use a highlighter when I use
this primer. I only thing I wish is that it actually had a COOL feeling on my face after applied. I love when products have a cooling feeling on my face. since I have sensitive skin, the cooling helps with my redness and make my skin feel comfortable. If it had a COOL feeling I would have given it 5 stars.
I like this primer, but only with my more matte foundations. The primer has a watery, silky texture that can potentially cause some separation in some foundations; making this an unreliable primer. So sad because I love the ingredients and my sensitive skin doesn't react or become too red. And it is also a green tint, bonus for those of us with rosacea.

I love this primer sets your foundation real well and it gives you that cool sensation.

I got this because I needed a water-based primer for a water-based foundation. It felt cool when applying and made my makeup stay on fairly well. However, that's all the good stuff I actually have to say about the product. This primer's 2nd ingredient is Ethylhexyl Palmitate, which is HIGHLY COMEDOGENIC. The day after I used it, I BROKE OUT. Will definitely pay more attention to the ingredients list next time.

It doesn't go on as smoothly as I would like and kind of balls up while applying.

I am really liking this product it has a lot of hydrading properties in it. I would absolutely buy this again! Adding in the Green Tea helps replenish the dry skin with the added hydrating properties.

I liked that the product was lightweight and seemed to disappear on your skin, but I didn't realize when I picked it up in store that it was sparkly. After you apply the sparkle doesn't remain on your face, but your hands are full of sparkle. It's just not something I enjoyed

It's okay. I've been using this for a little over two weeks. I've noticed that when I rub it in some of the product create flakes that end up in my hair. Also, I did manage to break out in concentrated spots.

It's nice, not as pore filling as I thought it would be though. Make sure you shake the bottle well before use or the primer might separate!

I swatched it in store and liked how smooth it made my hand, the same kind of feel that the Tatcha Silk Canvas did so i was really hoping for liquid dupe of that since this advertised it has silk extract. It turned out okay on the skin, nothing life changing but after a couple days of use I noticed huge pimples concentrated in a couple areas of my face. I normally have acne but its never like how i broke out after using this primer. do not do not do not buy if you are acne prone.

I didn't know what to expect with this primer and I have tried it twice. Once I used this on half of my face and another primer on the other half and they both held up well with my combo/oily skin. The 2nd time I made the mistake of putting it on before my moisturizer, but it still held my makeup in place throughout the day without me having to do a lot of blotting. I love the way that it makes my skin feel as well.

I don't really notice a difference whether it does anything for my makeup or not. I have dry skin, not sensitive or acne prone. I will continue to use it, but I probably wouldn't repurchase.

First time using it, broke out in two different places. Yuck.
