Supporting the Trans community has been a huge part of Andrew Fitzsimons’ brand mission and purpose in life. Through our partnership with LGBTQ+ centers around the world, including the Los Angeles TransWellness Center and the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre, we will support the community via beauty product donations for transgender or non-conforming people in need, raise awareness or fundraise where help is needed, as well as offer pronoun training workshops for store associates.

We believe everyone deserves an equal chance at a blue sky future. Currently, the LGBTQ+ community is one of the leading communities to struggle with mental health. We want to help change that. As part of our partnership with the Hetrick-Martin Institute, we've committed to provide funding to cover the cost of a full-time counselor on HMI's staff, offer professional expertise from fresh leaders to HMI’s staff and donate 1,000+ fresh products to HMI's pantry that provides everyday essentials to all members.

L’ANZA has partnered with Operation Underground Railroad, Rise Coalition, It’s a Penalty and CAST LA to eradicate human trafficking and support survivors. Through salon cut-a-thons, run/walk events, charity auctions, partner donations and more, we’ve raised over $25,000 in cash and product support. Recognizing the signs of human trafficking is an important step to stopping the cycle. L’ANZA uses its social platforms to raise awareness as well as creates branding tools to help professionals and clients recognize the signs of exploitation.
