I have been using this for years. Precise application the tip is so fine it goes exactly where you want it to. Dab a bit of color stay eye shadow over the top and I guarantee it will stay until you remove it!
I was applying this and a tear came out of my eye and the entire thing smudged everywhere. It ran down my face and got in my eyes. I swear you would have thought I was in a horror movie, crying black tears. I must say though that it was very easy removal, no need for make up remover and before my face turned into a freak show, the color was actually very nice.

This is a great eye pen! I use this when I wear top liner instead of bottom. It glides easily and it's easy to use over other makeup! No smudging is a big plus!!

Not bad, I prefer matte and this is shiny when it dries. Also cracks on me a bit at end of day. But for the price better than some.

This eye pen is really handy for people who aren't experts in doing liner for their lids. Can dry out at times but continues to work well if the tip is wet slightly with water

This eyeliner works like I have expected every other one designed like this to, but this one actually did. I'm not sure what people are talking about dry and bad color, that is exactly why I buy this one is because it is never dry and makes my mornings go 1000xs smoother. This eyeliner makes me look like a make-up pro. I highly suggest buying this. And I say buy it now, because everytime revlon comes out with a product this good it never lasts.

The tip gets all dried up after you use it. Like I would do one eye and notice when I do the other eye it gets dry and looks terrible. I have to press it really hard to get any product out. It's aweful. But it was cheap soooo I mean you get what you pay for.

Could only get product out of the base and couldn't get it to the tip which was hard like product had been dried on it and was extremely hard and jagged. Won't try again.

it dried super ugly and super weird tip and couldn't even wear for more than 2.5 hours out.. the product failed me twice and i'm just not willing to try it again..

I'm terrible at liquid liner so I got this to practice with. I was so surprised when I was able to do a perfect line the first time! The pigment is super deep so you only need one pass. It doesn't smug and the formula is very smooth. Doesn't catch on lid at all for a perfect line.

Super dry and turns out a really faded color, more or a grey than black. Comes out super spacey to. Cant get a clean line or a full line without gaps in liner , kinda applies like an old lipstick that hasn't had a lid on it for months.

i bought this about a year ago and i use it daily. when my seasonal depression hit i was sobbing daily and i could just move on with my day with this eyeliner still slapped onto my face. fantastic especially for my emotionally unstable people!!

hands down. worst product I have ever used. it was soooo dry. couldn't even complete one eye without the entire thing drying up and becoming unusable. very disappointed.

It's long-lasting for sure, considering it's impossible to take off without rubbing your eyelids off. Maybe I got a bad batch or something, but whenever I tried to apply this product the formula was not very opaque and it turned this weird light gray as opposed to "blackest black".

I bought this once and I thought it okay, lasted through a work day and then started to fade. Then when I bought it the second time the tip was absolutely dry and didnt work at all. I thought okay, maybe it was just a bad one.. bought a second one.. same thing, its was so dry.. no liquid was coming out. Won't be buying any Revlon eyeliners anymore!! Waste of money.

Goes on smoothly if you have a steady hand. I'm still working on that. I got it in a beauty box, so not sure of the price product value but I like it and would buy again.

I always love me some revlon and honestly never had a bad experience with any products and this was just as great as I thought it would be..it was so easy to apply and just glided on my eye.. I had no smearing and stayed in place all night long!!! This will be a part of my makeup collection for years to come!!!

This was my first time trying a drug store brand, which at the time I thought wasnt bad. So I gave it a three due to it didnt stay on long. I liked the darkness of the color.

This has been my favorite liquid eyeliner pen for 8 + years. I have tried several other brands, but none have compared to this one. The pencil glides on and deposits an even layer of color with one swipe. Lasts much longer when not using it over eyeshadow. Would definitely recommend!!!!
