Most Helpful Positive Review I'm so accustomed to... I'm so accustomed to my original foundation already disappearing in just 4 hours. Not this one! This gave me the coverage I was looking for without feeling heavy or like I was wearing a mask. I was amazed that it held up so well even going into the heat! It reached 84 degrees today and with no a/c in the car, I would have thought my makeup would look awful by the time I reached home. Not at all! This foundation held well not just in the heat, but in spite of me sweating and my usual T-zone becoming oily. My T-zone was still FULLY covered in spite of my oiliness after 4 hours and in spite of the sweating! I was really blown away by this foundation!
Most Helpful Critical Review It's not colorstay whipped/Too drying/hated it I surely had high hopes for this foundation. I loved the colorstay whipped in a jar. This is nothing compared to it. I don't know what it is but I have tried this foundation 2 different days now. Waited 2 weeks and tried it again. It serverly dried out my face. It took me over a week to get back to normal and decided to try it again just in case was something else I used and sure enough I am back to chapped, dry skin again. Now I do have dry skin to begin with but this foundation is terrible. I have been looking over a year now for a new foundation and was so excited about this one, big let down... PLEASE bring whipped back please. :(

Looks so cakey on the skin.

Great coverage I have dry skin in the winter so I was hesitant to purchase because of the matte claims but ohhhh wooow was I wrong thank god I did purchase this foundation. It goes on so easy. It looks great and didn't stick to my dry patches. It looks amazing I will definitely be repurchasing this foundation. Holy grail in my opinion. I have tried my share of foundations trust me this one surprised me in a very good way.
Perfect color for fair-light olive skin 5
Olivia Z from Baltimore, MD
I've finally found my holy grail. I've had the hardest time finding a foundation match. I'm mixed race (half white, half Hispanic) and I have a fair-light olive skin tone which is IMPOSSIBLE to find a match, until now! I watched a YouTube video of a makeup artist who had the same skin tone and she tested a few different foundations to see which one matches the best, and she recommended this foundation in 150 (buff). It is absolute perfection. I've tried so many expensive foundations and none of them compare. I didn't have high expectations for the formula but was pleasantly surprised. It is a mousse, it goes on very soft and smooth and is just the perfect amount of coverage for me. It also stayed on under my mask! I used my porefection primer from benefit and the urban decay setting spray BEFORE I applied the foundation and it didn't budge! Normally, foundations wipe off after wearing a mask for any amount of time, but this one stayed, even on my nose! I'm in love!
New packaging 4

I've been using Revlon Full Cover for 2 years and always bought the 210 without any problems. But since the packaging changed earlier this year the color is not the same. With Covid it's a hassle since the stores do not allow to use testers to get the correct color. Can anyone please advise me as to which one is the replacement for 210.

I wear this every day and truly is the best coverage. It does all my imperfections.
Good coverage and match 5

A little goes a long way. Full coverage but not thick.
Incredible! 5
Deanna from Whiteville NC
I usually don't buy makeup from the drug store, but this actually does exactly what it says!
It gives a perfect coverage and it feels like I'm not wearing makeup! I'm also in love with Revlon's lipsticks and lipglosses... wearing the foundation in this pic...and..wearing the Full cover Foundation in Nude and lipstick in Violet Frenzy and my fave (which I hope you bring back...this color at least) Vigorous Violet liquid lipstick.

*** Product bought with my own money ***
Application method : dry puff/damp sponge.
PROS :
- lightweight, easy-to-carry squeeze tube,
- sensual, buttery smooth texture that melts upon contact with skin and blends like butter,
- natural non-powdery finish with a lit-from-within glow,
- remains as fresh as just applied throughout the day,
- doesn't have any darker dry-down, nor any darkening throughout the day,
- resists creasing from sweat and natural oils (as long as it's set with powder),
- no added fragrance (except the orchid extract but it's not noticeable at all).
CONS :
- non-matte finish (unlike what Revlon claims),
- not smell-free (it smells like gasoline, just like MAC's Studio Fix Fluid),
- very slow setting speed (powder is needed to freeze the foundation in place),
- not transfer-proof even after setting,
- sheer-to-light coverage in one stretched layer,
- cakey finish if too much product is applied,
- very drying/dehydrating,
- ridiculously poor shade range.
COMMENTS :
When Colorstay Whipped Foundation was discontinued and replaced with Colorstay Full Cover foundation, I didn't try it immediately because I had other favourites at that moment but I kept in mind that I had to put my hands on it (as I loved the whipped one).
It has been said/written very often that both foundations had the same formula (except for a few tweaks) and same results, and that's mostly true as I find in this foundation what I loved in the whipped one.
As always from Revlon, and as I did with the whipped one, I used the shade 150 Buff wich is a good match for my very pale skin with yellow undertones. This shade is slightly darker than the same shade in the liquid range (for oily skin), and slightly too dark for my skintone but, due to the lack of coverage, it still matches my skintone (the palest shade being pink based, this one is a no-go for me).
This is now in an easy-to-carry lightweight squeeze tube, and I freaking love that : in addition to being waaaay less bulky/heavy/breakable than the old glass jar, this also better protects the product from drying over time (the old packaging made the foundation loosing its fluffiness and becoming thicker, more difficult to blend, once I was halfway to the bottom). One added bonus is the amount of product you get : while the old jar contained only 23.7 ml, the new tube contains the regular 30 ml amount for about the same price.
The consistency remains the same : sensual, buttery smooth, its texture looks like a marshmallow-y balm which glides like a dream, stretches almost without limits, and meshes like a second skin. I used to think the old one should have been labelled "Primer-Inside", the new one is actually labelled as containing a built-in primer.
The coverage seems weaker than before, I only get a sheer-to-light coverage with one stretched layer (even Revlon Photoready Candid has more coverage with the same amount of product used). But I don't want to build it up as I find it to look cakey when too much product is applied, so I stick on that light natural coverage. It's so far from being a full coverage foundation that I think Revlon simply put this label on the tube just to increase sales.
I used to apply the old one with a kabuki brush (either a round or flat top one), but as my skin is way more sentitive than ever before, I gave up on brushes for foundation application. It works with a damp sponge as long as you swipe it before bouncing (the thicker the layer, the more coverage you get but the cakier the finish). I also use a dry puff (same type as Tati's Blendiful but a much less overpriced dupe), with my swipe & bounce method and it works perfectly.
The setting speed is really slow, allowing lots of playtime for blending it to perfection, but it still has the potential to settle into fine lines until it's set so don't hesitate to freeze it in place with a translucent powder immediately after application on textured/movable areas. It has an oily feeling to begin with as well as a tacky feeling, and transfers onto everything so use a puff to set it otherwise it will coat and glue together the bristles of your powder brush.
Once it's well blended, well set, it doesn't move anymore (but don't touch it too much because it still transfers), doesn't slide off because of sweat or natural oils, and controls shine pretty well without the very strong matte-sometimes-chalky finish some oil controlling foundations can have, the finish is super-smooth with a natural non-powdery finish and a lit-from-within glow, it blurs pores and fine lines nicely without looking fake or powdery.
But it's NOT matte at all !!! Don't get me wrong, the finish is gorgeous but it's nothing alike to the matte finish claimed by Revlon, so claiming it's matte is misleading.
The major downside is it's very drying/dehydrating (more than the Colorstay Whipped was, the sodium hyauronate has been removed from the formula), my skin flakes if I wear it more than two days in a row, so prepare to moisturize heavier than usual.
I also add a picture comparing the ingredient lists of the discontinued Colorstay Whipped vs the Colorstay Full Cover (all ingredients in red are common to both formulas, the ones in black are not).
Let's expand the currently poor shade range to be more inclusive, especially towards deep shades (and I'd like to see a true yellow based shade as pale as ivory) and everything will be even better.
A Must Have 5
Noonoo from Sacramento, CA
Ok, I'll first begin with a little rant about how this foundation got a one-star rating. For all the young women and women alike, you MUST have a great skincare regime otherwise, NONE of the foundation in the world will fit your liking.
This is the BEST foundation I've come across having used Estee Lauder, IT Cosmetics, YSL, Chanel, Urban Decay. It's so great that I even slept in it and woke up with flawless looking skin! And I know what you're thinking: that's crazy, everyone including my mother told me to always wash my face before bedtime. True. BUT, if you have the proper skincare routine, nothing will break you out (unless you overindulge in chocolate).
Anyway. This is a super soft, superior- coverage-control, no- powder- needed foundation.
Every girl and woman needs to start washing her face in the morning, exfoliating as NEEDED, followed by a serum before any moisturizer. That's the secret.
Love this foundation 5
Jen 40 from undisclosed
I bought this foundation by accident. I was looking for a concealer for my eyes. I wear only Powder because of my oily skin. I have never found a foundation that would last all day and not look heavy and most of all look natural with full coverage. This foundation does all that. I use the 200 nude and I love it . Thank you Revlon.
Not as good as whipped in a jar 1
Daisy from Clifton Park, NY
Bring back the whipped in a jar. This is not as good
NOT Full Coverage 4
Reviewer444 from Michigan
I purchased this product because I have some imperfections on my face and I needed a full coverage makeup. I really do like the texture and consistency of this makeup and it looks very natural on my mature (50+) skin, but full coverage it is not. They claim that it is "buildable" for more coverage, but I find that applying more only generates the same results, which is medium coverage. Overall, I do like this product and will continue to use it, but I would recommend something else if you're looking for full-coverage.
Colour has changed! 1
glenlan64 from Australia
After purchasing the Sand Beige colour for some years, I was really disappointed to start using my new tube, only to end up looking like I had a really cheap, orange, fake tan. The colour is not even close to the past colour - which matched my skin tone perfectly, and which I was happy with. A waste of money, and I now cannot use this. Will now change brands.
Love it .... 5
Jo from Boca Raton, Fl
This makeup (for me) is wonderful - I apply with sponge or brush - very lightly - silky and covers flawlessly and looks natural - I love it and it is affordable . I do not use any power to set - just pat with damp sponge and ready to go.
Love Revlon 5

I love this!!! 5
Kelly from Buffalo, NY
I recently started using this foundation and I absolutely adore it. It's lightweight, silky and buildable. It doesn't cake up and it gives me all day wear. I have acne prone skin and I love that it gives me the coverage I've been looking for. I went back to the store and bought 3 more in different shades for every season.
Absolutely horrible 1
Gina from Rochester, N.y
I was forced to buy because my usual brand was no longer available. I have used this foundation for over 20 years. I am being for to shop another brand. I don't feel its smooth enough and it doesn't last
Bring back the original whipped Creme in a jar 1
Ari from Sydney, Australia
The original Colorstay Whipped Creme in the glass jar was the best foundation I've ever used. This is not the same; this newer foundation is very drying & does not give the even coverage. Revlon Australia insist that this new version is exactly the same but it isn't. I know the glass jar was problematic so replace the original product with a similar jar but in plastic. It can still look good the jar is attractive. Other suggestion (no company does this) is to provide a small sample tube attached to each purchase. This can be placed in a small handbag or makeup bag for special occasions. Great selling point.
Good nearly full coverage drugstore foundation 4
Jeanie from Indianapolis, IN
Overall, I'm pleased with the product, given the price. I normally use Estee Lauder Double Wear, but the Ulta I went to didn't carry EL, and I did not want to pay $40+ for a foundation I did not love. It went on very nicely. I use a flat topped foundation brush, and it gave a good finish. It is nearly full coverage. The formula is a little too creamy, so that when it will transfer a good amount throughout the day. Would be nice to have more color options. I got lucky and what I picked matched well.
DISGUSTING 3

Smells horrible and is ver patchy.
Revlon - PLEASE NEVER STOP MAKING THIS PRODUCT!! :D 5
guitargrl89 from California
I have Rosacea and I have tried over 15 different make up brands and types, NONE of them ever live up to their claim or their available shades don't match mine. I figured I would just have to settle with something awful, and I have, until this product!
It is simply AMAZING!! It literally lasts for 24 hours! I wore it all day, even slept in it, and wore it all day the next day and NO ONE could tell the difference...not even me!!
What's more, I have extremely oily skin, and it doesn't even phase this stuff!! I wear glasses and face masks, it doesn't budge!! I absolutely LOVE this stuff! You pay a fraction of the cost of what this foundation is worth! Thank you, Revlon for taking the necessary steps into making such an incredible product as this one!! You guys are my hero!! :D
I hope this product lasts for many, many years to come, as I will forever use this foundation! I'll also be telling every person I know or meet about it!
Thanks again, Revlon!! ;)
Don't waste your money!!! 1
Erica from Washington, pa
This is by far the worst foundation I have ever tried! It's a gross muddy feeling! It hard to cover your face because it doesn't stick to it. I started breaking out after using it for two days!
Pleasantly Surprised! 5
Sallie the Chaos Coordinator from Sherman, IL
With COVID going on, I am not involved in as many meetings or really going anywhere. I felt as if I was wasting my foundation (my go-to is Estee Lauder and it can be pricey). I wanted to try a "drugstore" brand to see if I could find something comparable in coverage but far less in cost. Honestly I was not expecting great things (my friend have called me a makeup snob, lol). HOWEVER, this foundation is WONDERFUL! The coverage is fantastic, it goes on smooth and blends so well. I will absolutely be adding this to my makeup collection.
My holy grail foundation 5
Maya from Texas
I would give this stuff 10 stars if I could. I am somebody who deals with oily, acne prone, sensitive skin and let me tell you this stuff hasn't made me break out once! I also deal with acne scars. This foundation isn't full coverage but it gives my skin a flawless finish that looks natural. Literally lasts ALL DAY. I've worn this for more than 12 hours and still looked good! Definitely recommend!!
