I like this zinc oxide-based sunscreen because it smells delicious...like bananas. Other zinc sunscreens smell gross and go on thicker. Sun Bum spreads so easily & rubs in nicely.
This will protect you from the sun, but it is NOT a straight zone oxide sunblock. There are several chemical sunscreens in it as well. For those of us who prefer natural, mineral sunblock, it feels like false advertising.

This stuff actually goes on clear, smells great, and doesn't taste weird. My family of 4 goes through about 5-6 of these every summer.
Very heavy from Michigan
It was every heavy and took a while to rub in, but it was overall a good sunscreen.

Took this with me for a week's vacation in Mazatlan. It worked well and kept my face and ears from getting sunburned. It's a little greasy, but didn't cause any acne. I didn't apply makeup after using it, so I can't speak to how it works under foundation.

I am a loyal Sunbum customer but have to leave this review. I surf a lot and always heard Sunbum products are safe (chemical free) on your skin as well as environmentally friendly for our reefs. This is really upsetting for a product like this and a company i love so much. Sunbum please make a TRUE CHEMICAL FREE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY MINERAL SUNSCREEN!

To be honest, I really didn't have a problem with this sunscreen. It didn't make me break out and I was able to rub it in fast unlike other zinc sunscreens that really take awhile to rub in.

This Clear Zinc is so misleading as it contains all the chemicals known to kill the reefs and cause hormone disruption. It has just a very small proportion of zinc in it.
I feel so upset with companies like that, so we must read the ingredient list for any single product otherwise we're causing damage to our own health and the environment.

I was looking for a good zinc sunscreen. I bought this but returned it bc it felt like an oil slick on my face. Yuck 🤢 I exchanged it for the new Neutragina Zinc 50 . This is a good product that dries matte and has a much higher Zinc content.

I've started using a chemical peel, so i needed some good sun protection. I came across this on ULTA's website went in store and brought this product, so far i'm really liking it

I'm on day 3 of full sun in Florida, and no burn. My toddler granddaughter is also using this. On in the morning and lasts all day!

I normally wear SPF 80+ or more in non zinc sunscreens, but this doesn't let me get burned! Sheer enough to wear every day, the white smooths out and doesn't give a ghostly cast. I like the tub because it doesn't explode in my beach bag like a tube or is too hot to touch like the spray can. MUCH SMALLER than the picture lets on, but you do get alot if you're just wearing it on your face every day. A little goes a long way.
