Most Helpful Positive Review Great for adult acne! I live in a humid place that my skin absolutely hates. I’ve tried everything to clear my adult acne and nothing ever worked. Until I tried Avene. I used the cleanance first but it left my skin feeling kind of dry and itchy, so I switched to what used to be Clean-AC, and within a couple weeks, I noticed a huge difference. My skin is healthier, clearer, and never feels dried out. I use this with the matching lotion during the day with a sunscreen, then paired with the Hydra gel cream at night. This is the absolute best, please never stop making this!

I thought my skin wouldn’t like the fragrance of these products because I have sensitive and very dry skin, but it actually soothes my redness and makes me face feel and look wonderful. Will be buying more soon!

Recommended by my dermatologist to help clear up my acne. It is a great product and has been especially helpful since I’ve had to wear an N95 mask at work all day that causes sweat and oils to build up. I do wish it was easier to find in stores, but otherwise it’s the best face wash I’ve found so far.

I do not have Acne, and never have that issue, but I love the Clean-Ac products for my mature, dehydrated skin. This cleanser and the moisturizer are so soothing and hydrating. It is a really good line for dehydrated, sensitive skin too.

My face skin is very sensitive to most products. I am like Goldilocks looking for skin care products. Previous to Avene I had been using Mary Kay Botanical Effects Cleanse Formula 2 (Normal Skin) - but, they discontinued it. Compared to Mary Kay I would say that this cleanser is better at actually cleaning my skin. Because it is a better cleanser I was nervous that with repeated uses it would also be drying. I have found that it is not-drying. My skin feels cleaner and not irritated. I like this product.

Makes my skin feel so soft and refreshed. I have used retinol products for years and they can be very irritating so Avene has really helped to calm my skin.

A year ago I started Isotretinoin treatments to clear my skin of cystic acne once and for all. As expected it dried my skin out and incredible amount. I knew I needed some sort of gentle wash to clean my skin every night, but every wash I tried just dried and irritated my skin even more until I found this. Contrary to all the other face washes my skin actually felt MORE mousturized after using this wash and was a game changer during my Isotretinoin journey. I still continue to use it even now that I am done the treatment. Best gentle face wash ever.

I am 32 years old, I have oily skin , mostly on my t zone, and I always have 1-2 bad breakouts. Whenever I think I got rid of them and my skin is clear....here comes another one. I bought this in Europe in a pharmacy and I just grabbed it off the shelf because I love Avene. It is a wonderful cleanser, calmed down my skin, got rid of breakouts. After I finished it I got the Cleanance one and I did not love it as much. I use retinol products, salycilic acid products and other acid/drying acne treatment products. This cleanser is the best !

I am age 66. I went to my dermatologist and she said I have rosacea. Ok. Well my skin has gone from oily to dry with breakouts. She recommended AC. It is a great wash and soothing cream. My skin no longer feels pulled or dry and scratchy! Highly recommend! And Im going to look into body creams!

I went to my dermatologist yesterday. I am 66 y.o. and have been seeing red blotches on my cheeks. Dry skin on face as well. She recommended the AC milk cleanser and soothing cream. I purchased at her office. I have to say, I felt and saw a difference after one use! My skin calmed down by nightfall and I used it again last night and this morning too. I love the fresh smell and my face is happier than its been in a long long time. Don't feel the tightness of my skin either! I highly recommend these products

I used to have oiler skin when younger and this was great. Now it's not so oily so this a bit dries me out, i prefer Extremely gentler cleanser better now, but if you are fighting with breakouts, this is a great cleanser.

I am 65 years old and I don't have acne and never did. I do have sensitive skin that is normal in oil production and even dry at times. I tried this cleanser when I was visiting my daughter and forgot my toiletries bag at home. Wow....It cleans so well without drying! Needless to say, I bought a bottle and have been using it ever since, and that was about 3 years ago. The Clean-Ac line is a hidden gem for many skin types.....it is not just for people undergoing acne treatments!
