Comments about Tarte Chrome Paint Shadow Pot:

I love this product so much! I have Park Ave Princess (Coppery Bronze) and Top Yacht (Champagne) and these are both insanely beautiful. I think Park ave princess might be a little more "wet" looking which gives it an amazing appearance on the eyes. Top Yacht brightens up any look and its still very sparkly and pigmented, but I found that it has a bit more fallout so you might want to apply eye makeup before face when using these. I want all of the shades of this now because of the unique shine and staying power of these shadows. I apply these with my finger first, then go in with a brush and perfect/blend the edges. I haven't used a primer with these yet and they last very well.

Watch Out For Fallout

  • Highly Pigmented

Cons

  • Smudges or Flakes

Best Uses

Comments about Tarte Chrome Paint Shadow Pot:

I purchased Sun Drenched and while the color and payoff were beautiful, it did have some fallout onto my cheeks that couldn't be brushed away with setting powder. I would recommend doing your eye makeup first and then applying makeup to the rest of your face to avoid the glitter freckles. The product also has a chemical smell to it, but it is not noticeable once applied. Otherwise, it's a great product.

Doesn't last for more than an hour or so

The initial payoff is gorgeous, but not worth it as it only lasts for about an hour or so, even if you apply a primer or concealer first.

      Not long lasting

      By St80fgrace

      from NJ

Comments about Tarte Chrome Paint Shadow Pot:

I used this as an all over lid shade. I had primed my eyes with concealer and went in with my transition shades then put this on my lid. It was really beautiful at first but I didn't find it to be long lasting. It faded within maybe 3 hrs and it even made my lid so greasy which it usually isn't. I wanted to love this because steel the show is definitely the kind of color that speaks to me but I didn't. Take in mind my lids are very hooded and I do not have a lot of experience with cream shadows.

I have a light, neutral skin tone and I love frose and top yacht. They are perfect for a quick and easy summer eye look; pop some bronzer in your crease and use top yacht, or put a matte pink shadow in your crease with frose! So simple, but so pretty and put together.
