I'm on my third bottle of this. I love it. Its sprays more evenly on my face than any other setting spray I've used before. And it makes my makeup last all day. Its mattifying but not to the point that it cancels out highlight. This is my go to setting spray.
I was looking for a setting spray and decided to try this one as I love the mascara pacifica makes.
I guess they all cant be winners.
1. The scent is a little off putting...like its gone bad.
2. When i used this (3 seperate foundations) it just broke up my foundation. It was either all in disgusting patches or it looked like it was melting off my face. It looked horrible.
If this worked for you that is awesome...it just looked like i was hot garbage.

Mama this is garbage. It made my foundation look shiny and strange like it was breaking apart and it managed to emphasize my pores and texture. I love Pacifica but this was a miss :(

I have oily skin and have tried several brands to keep makeup in place. This (used with the cherry mattifying primer) is the best setting spray I've used. A couple big differentiators IMO are that 1) the spray pump puts out a really uniform mist (no stray droplets that make splotches in your foundation) and 2) it doesn't dry out my skin. Those of us with oily skin know all about the vicious cycle of trying to control oil only to dry out skin and make it produce more oil...not an issue with this setting spray!

This product is great. Only complaint is that it comes out more in a concentrated squirt than a fine mist.

I love the concept of this, but I wasn't in love at all with the strong artificial cherry scent. I know it's supposed to have a scent, but I find that Pacifica's scents are usually so much nicer and more subtle. Beyond that, this is a nice setting spray. A nice fine spray. I wouldn't call it mattifying, though.

I have super oily skin and no matter what i use After 3-4 hours my skin is shiny and oily. This setting spray prolongs my makeup for a full 8-9 hour work day

I like the formula however I am not a fan of the spray nozzle. I will be transferring the contents to my smashbox setting spray bottle once that is gone. I might still re-purchse, I just hope they make some changes to the spray nozzle in the future. (it deposits way too big of droplets on the skin to the point that it's visible after drying down)
Sad it didn't work from Columbus
I wanted to use this a few months before reviewing. This doesn't work :/ I have combo skin (oily T Zone) so I was excited since it's supposed to be matte. I feel like it actually made my T Zone worse! I tried it with different foundations, primers, and powders: didn't work. Also the smell was...distracting. Pacifica usually smells natural or natural-like. This smelled really artificial. AND the smell stayed quite a while. I found myself wishing for it to dissipate. I will not repurchase.

I love all of their setting sprays. For some reason I just don't reach for this one like I do the others? For whatever reason...it may be the smell isn't my favorite? As far as setting makeup and it's function it does a nice job!

This Setting Spray works very well for me. One of my Favorites.

I am not sure if the bottle I purchased is defective but the nozzle doesn't spray evenly. It comes out in a sideways stream and doesn't have a fine mist spray . The nozzle also began to leak all over my hand. The scent is pleasant. The formula left my face sticky and shiny. However, my makeup lasted all day. I just wished the nozzle worked better.

This is my favorite makeup setting spray so far. Before this I used the the classic Urban Decay All Nighter spray, which worked well but spending over $30 on a spray seemed silly to me. This one is much more affordable and smells way better (cherries) for similar results. Its lasted a long time for being only 2 oz, as well.

I don't mind the scent one bit, the mister is fine, but a little TOO fine, sets the makeup well but I find it doesn't really leave me matte after like 5 hours.

Smells like pickle juice mixed with cherry snow cone syrup. Can't say it works amazing but it's not terrible. The smell is what keeps me away. I'd rather use the Pineapple Flower spray from this brand which smells delicious!

The actual spray nozzle is great you can literally get your whole face in 1 spray and make the most of ur product. I am not into setting sprays but this one caught my attention will definitely purchase again. I love it! Feels very clean and fresh compared to other setting sprays I've used.

I really enjoy this setting spray! It smells just like cherries and sets your makeup without drying your skin (thank you, hyaluronic acid!). It's also a lot less pricey than some other popular setting sprays and it does just as good of a job. I highly recommend!

this works especially compared to the crystal dew spray in the same brand. there is a big difference between the two. keeps makeup matte. not a magical remedy for your oil glands to all of a sudden not produce oil. I mean if you find that potion lmk

I really like this and find it comparable to Tarte's setting spray. It's not Mac Fix Plus, but its an affordable go-to. It does NOT mattify your foundation. If your foundation is already matte, it will stay that way, i.e, it is not going to add glow/shiny that exaggerates texture. I find it blurs my acne scars and skin texture. It absolutely touch up with it a couple of times a day, which I prefer over using powder and it "refreshes" my makeup, which is a huge plus. I do not find it drying on my combo skin and do not have a reaction to the spray, unlike extended uses of All Nighter, etc. I have extremely sensitive skin and have no problems with this. And I can tell on days I don't use it (unless I use MAC F+) because my pores and skin texture are way more visible. Looking at the ingredients, its not going to be a long hold or a matte finish because it doesn't have alcohol. But to me, it makes my makeup and skin look better.

I have insanely oily skin and nothing lasted on it until I started using this. I cried, got stuck outside in the pouring rain, and was sweating all while using this and my make up still looked like it was fresh. The only downside is the medicine smell. But, for the hold, I can look past that.

This was horrible! Makes your skin shiny almost metallic looking and the matte effect only last a little bit. I threw it away.
