Most Helpful Positive Review Love! I've loved this product! I just recently cut my hair in a short bob and this brush is the only one I need! It smooths my hair nicely while drying and adds the volume I need! My hair doesn't get stuck, or catch on anything like it has with previous Conair products I have purchased and used. I was unsure how I felt about the price but 6 months in, this brush is going strong and it's my most used brush that I purchased out of all the sizes I snagged! I have a smaller one as well that is mostly good for stubborn hairs around the hairline and the shorter hairs near the neckline. 10/10 will repurchase an Olivia Garden product again for all of my brush needs!
Most Helpful Critical Review Wanted to like it I bought this hoping I could get away with a cheaper brush (versus my typical Drybar brushes).
PROS: softer bristles, nice handle, long barrel, no cracks that snag hair, held heat well, produced pretty curls. CONS: the tip of the barrel doesn't have a rubber coating so it will burn you if you touch it, but worse is that my hair felt really dry and brittle after I used it. The barrel felt kind of sticky against my hair—like it didn't glide through easily— and I felt like it was damaging it big time after one use. I noted this barrel is ceramic COATED and not solid ceramic like Drybar brushes, so maybe that's the problem? I don't know, but I'm going back to Drybar and spending the extra $15.

I needed a medium size brush, this is so perfect; I use while drying/ styling my hair and gets the job done quickly
Nice brush...it seems a bit "long" however. 4

I like the brush basically. However, the bristle part is a bit LONG....cut off about a half-inch or more and I'd like it better....same for the handle. It is just a bit unwieldy.
That said, this was recommended by my stylist to cut down blow dry time. My hair is going silver naturally, and heat can yellow that. So, any reduction in heat is a good thing.

Best Styling Brush I've Used 5

I have shoulder length thick hair and I use two different size brushes to get the job done. The extra length in the barrel makes all the difference. As a side note, I've never been burned by this brush. I'm not even sure how that's possible if you're aiming the dryer to the bristles and not the tip. There are a lot of metal tipped brushes out there so I guess you all need to be careful if that's an issue.
Anyway, buy the brush, it's worth it, especially for thick, coarse, long, wavy, frizzy types of hair. You'll be pleasantly surprised how the longer barrel not only saves time but actually makes flipping, curling, or straightening easier.
Great brush, but be aware - the metal tip will burn you! 1

I purchased this brush from my local Ulta store recently. The brush itself works great, however please be careful - the tip of this brush is made out of cheap metal and it gets EXTREMELY hot after a few seconds of use. I ended up with a quarter-sized blister/burn on my neck from this brush. You'd expect this from a curling iron, but not a hairbrush that's made to touch your scalp. :(
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this brush! 5

I love this bright . The extra length makes it faster to dry / style your hair.
Best brush ever! 5

Best styling brush I ever had! Gentle and won't break hair.
Size is perfect if you have abundant hair and want to minimize the amount of time spent on blow drying.
