This is sea salt spray, therefore it should be used carefully. As a person with naturally wavy hair, I use it on my damp hair and run my fingers through it- since it is thick. It untangles my hair when I do this, then I let it air dry and I love it.

Like everyone else says it comes out in a steam and it turns into a comedic production trying to get it to hit your hair right as opposed to the wall, your face, your neck, etc. I played with the product for a while and once I got it distributed in my hair and scrunched it and styled it a bit I thought it looked alright but getting to that place was just way too stressful. Will most likely return. I'd give it 2.5 stars. If they'd fix the nozzle I'd probably give it a 4..

I really like this line of product, but the Sea Salt Spray, not so much. Like the others mentioned, it comes out in a stream, and left my hair sticky and clumpy when it dried. I couldn't even get my fingers through it. After a bit, it got frizzy. The only pro, it smells really good. I ended up giving it to a coworker, who didn't like it either. A shame, it's quite pricey.

I've been on the hunt for a sea salt spray that gives me beachy waves but doesn't make my hair impossible to brush out. So far I've been left stumped. I love the Bumble & Bumble Sea Salt spray because it does give me the look I'm going for but OMG trying to brush your hair after about yanks it all out. So on the search I went, I tried the Verb Sea Salt spray and it barely gave me any waves and was kind of sticky, so I returned it. I've heard really good things about the Alterna Caviar line and saw that they had a sea salt spray so thought I'd give it a chance. I tried it once and said nope!!! The spray nozzle is TERRIBLE!!! It comes out in a stream instead of a spray (got the whole side of my face). Trying to get it to go evenly on my hair was a fiasco. Once I got the product on my hair and scrunched it I did get some good beachy waves. But they didn't last, I felt like I kept having to scrunch my hair throughout the day (hello rats nest). Which in the end kept making my hands super tacky feeling. This product had the back of my neck all sticky. I had to take a witch hazel wipe and wipe the side of my face & my upper shoulders before I left the house because of the crazy stream it came out in. All in all I was super bummed that this didn't work.

I can't put my finger on it, but there's something else to this product beyond the sea salt component.... I wanted to love it, because I love the caviar line, but I just liked it. I dislike the spray, it comes out in a stream versus a mist so you wind up with way more product in your hair than you want. And whatever the "extra" thing that I can't identify is, it makes your hair kind of tacky feeling. Almost greasy/waxy.
