Most Helpful Positive Review Prevented me from having to shave my head I have severely bleach damaged hair from a color-stripping gone wrong. It was to the point where I seriously thought I was going to have to shave my head. One use of this and the Caviar Anti-Aging Bond Repair Leave-In Protein Cream and my hair feels like it's already most of the way back to normal. I didn't believe the reviews when I initially read them because they felt hyperbolic, but this stuff works like a miracle. Definitely worth the price, even though it's steep.
The smell might be a little perfumey for some (reminds me of Pureology Strength Cure) but it's not too bad after washout. Highly, highly, highly recommend for insanely damaged hair.
Most Helpful Critical Review As an individual... As an individual product, I found this to be underwhelming. Especially considering the price. My hair felt dry and limp after using and I couldn't see a huge difference either. However, if you mix this with one of their serums, the whole outcome changes. I tried this combined with the color hold serum and the difference was noticable. My hair was soft, silky and had a beautiful shine to it that it didn't have with this product alone. So if you're going to splurge on this item, don't do it without also buying a serum.

Hair was still dry after several uses. Regular conditioner worked better. Returning it. Price too high for something that does not work

I bleached my hair for the first time(s) and it became sticky and gummy underneath. After doing some investigation since I had no idea it shouldn't have felt like that, I decided on this and the redken shampoo for bleached hair. I woke up the next morning after using them and my hair was no longer crunchy, sticky, or gummy. It was beautiful. My rating would be higher but the price is so steep I'd probably look for a dupe.

This will be my 2nd time using this product. ITS AMAZING . I have platinum blonde hair and this product has come through to keep my hair super healthy. However, bad experience with the customer service. I asked the lady at the door if I can grab something I forgot to add to my cart and charge it at the pick up station and she said yeah it's fine. When I show up with my item at pick up Julia was very unprofessional and did not help me at all and said I had to stand in line since she had to way of charging me on any register (line was horrific and long) I had no choice but to stand in the long line. Long story short u ended up being charged by her after all and made me wait longer than I anticipated . Not sure if this is protocol at Ulta but being misinformed by employees is not okay.

I loooove love this product! I've seen such a big difference in my hair! I tried to stray off and try a new mask because of the price but I didn't like it and ended up getting this mask again.

I use a product daily that I really like, but started having some sensitivity issues due to the product, so needed to switch things up. I was skeptical about this product due to mixed reviews, but this product works amazingly well! After one use, my fine hair was not breaking off and the 1 x use created much stronger hair. I do mix my shampoos with Caviar's moisture shampoo which gives it the right amount of moisture, since protein can dry out your hair. I absolutely recommend this product for anyone who is struggling with brittle hair due to hormonal changes, thyroid issues, or just damage from styling with hot tools.

Made my hair really soft and felt stronger. I have bleached, dry, and frizzy hair and this helped my hair so much. I would definitely repurchase this product since it works for me. Also smells pretty good so that's a plus!

Loved the smell of this stuff. Does feel like your hair is being weighed down initially..but afterwards oh man. My overall hair health is seriously better. Its shinier, softer, easier to maintain. And I have crazy frizzy curly hair. So im fan!

I have been using this product as directed for around a month now. I wanted to be able to fully give it a chance before I made a decision on weather it was worth it or not. I had just recently cut and styled my hair so I can't speak on repairing properties (which is why I gave 4 stars) but I can say that this mask is excellent for detangling and making hair soft and smooth. I had a wedding and had gotten a hairstyle that was extremely teased. Using this mask allowed me to be able to stick a comb through my hair and comb out my hair and curls with extreme ease. I def would recommend this product.

I wasnt crazy about this hair masque.i definitely have a lot more that I would consider better quality. It left my hair feeling very waxy after washing out. Definitely didn't feel more hydrated. I received this product free from influenster for testing purposes.

I recieved this as a gift for my honest review. This mask is wonderful. I saw results after just one use! My hair has been in an amazing shape after using this. I was skeptical about it at first because I've tried many hair masque and it just doesn't live up to my expectations and what it promise. This masque is thick so that's a great sign, it means it's more concentrated and more beneficial for my hair. Used it and now I'm in love and it smells amazing too.

How did I not know about this?! It smells amazing, the packaging is perfect and it really works on my hair. I have tried other hair masks that only work once and then nothing however this masque is amazing, I've been using it for 2.5 weeks now and it still makes my hair feel amazingly soft.

I have long blonde hair for about 12 years and always looking for products that will help it to maintain healthy. This mask have thick consistency like butter, smells salon-fresh. Really enjoy this masque for my hair. Leaves my hair feeling soft & easy to style. Doesn't weigh my hair down at all. Nice scent but not too strong. Will definitely keep using this and repurchase in the future!
