It has a slightly strong floral scent and I love how it glides smoothly under eyes and doesn't leave a sticky feeling. It might leave a little white cast at first but it's easy to blend it in. I didn't feel much of the moisturizing effect though. But the tiny sparkles helps to show a subtle brightening effect. It's great to use before under eye concealer because it does have an illuminating effect that helps minimize appearance of dark circles.Most Helpful Critical ReviewHad High Hopes..Completely thrown by this product.. For myself, who just recently noticed darker circles, and fine lines under my eyes- I purchased this as I was lead to believe it was more of a brightening balm that would plump up my undereyes, thus making them appear more moisturized and supple. Basically, didn't do anything. The applicator is also so wide and firm that you can not apply it to necessary spots, and where you can apply you have to use a little pressure because the product is like a clay stick.
