Most Helpful Positive Review Does the job perfectly This foundation/concealer works fantastically. It is a perfect skin tone match for me. I tried it on some age marks on my arm and it covered it perfectly. I like how smooth it went on and how easy it was to blend into my skin. I loved the smell of the butter and also the concealer did not rub off at all. It gave my skin a very soft texture. I am going to use this as a foundation when I am going out to dinner because I think it will look great. I am very pleased with the results I have seen when I did use this. I would recommend it.
Most Helpful Critical Review Too greasy! I absolutely LOVED The Healthy Foundation SPF 20. I'm over 40 and it was the only foundation that didn't cake on my face or make my skin look crepey. I assumed this foundation replaced it. I have combination skin but mostly oily so I was a little apprehensive about the "butter" making me look like I slathered bacon on my face. I don't like matte foundations bc again I have mature skin. Anyhoo when I applied it the foundation looked awesome and I had great coverage. I didn't even need to use much concealer. I didn't like the heavy scent but it goes away in a few minutes. Needless to say about 1-2 hrs in it started to separate in my oily t-zone and by about 4 hrs it was like I'd slathered bacon on my face! I'm very disappointed. PF had such a great product with HF20 so I'm not sure why they got rid of it for this. I think this would work well for very dry skin but not oily or combo.

If you loved their healthy foundation, then you're guaranteed to love this. It's basically the same foundation but with extra coverage. It sits beautifully on the skin. Highly recommended!!!

I was wondering if this would be a waste of time, but I was so wrong! It is a natural finish and very lightweight. The coverage is great without looking cakey. I am warm toned and the shade fair works well on my skin tone, but also leans neutral if you're worried. I do wish the shade range was more expansive, but I did read that there are more shades on the PF site. I would recommend!

Very nice glides on and has excellent coverage has a slight yellow tint to it to offset any discoloration. made my skin look softer and smoother hides my dark eye circles without looking like i tried to cover it up i think that's where the yellowish tint helps a lot. great for any age I'm 51 any usually when i use coverage i will get cakieness this goes on smooth and not powdery

Purchased this a few weeks ago and have now been using it for the past week. I have combo skin but it tends to be on the dryer side. This is a great medium coverage foundation that feels moisturizing. So far I am really enjoying it and have had no issues with it. It doesn't break up around my chin like my other foundations. I actually like it more than the new Elf cc cream.

I loved the light to medium was the right color for my complexion. I have no complaints of any of this brands products. The smell was so awesome, a lot of different butters , it makes you want to it for perfume, it's that great

I received this Butter Believe It! Foundation + Concealer this week. I have to say it's my new favorite foundation!! It goes on buttery smooth and has all day coverage. And I have to mention the scent is AMAZING!

I was excited that this foundation was a good match for my skin tone. I have olive tones and can not use anything with rose tint. Has great coverage and the sent of coconut was refreshing and surprising.

I received the Butter Believe It Foundation + Concealer from Try It Sampling free for a review. It is amazing how well the concealer worked on the dark spots under my eyes. I like that the concealer and the foundation are all in one. It saves time putting them on. It applies easily with no greasy or heavy feeling. I don't feel like I have any on because it's so lite. My skin feels soft and smooth. It doesn't cake up after wearing it for a while. It stays on all day. Its easy to wash off. The shade matches my skin very well it looks natural. It doesn't have a strong scent and the scent doesn't linger. The pump makes it very easy to dispense. I would recommend it.

I only had this product on my face for about 30 minutes before I had to remove it, and I had only applied to one side of my face. I would have taken it off sooner, but I was trying to see about oxidation, which I did not notice.
-What I feel is most important to mention is the smell, this product has a VERY strong coconut scent. Many people have sensitivities to scents so I feel this must be noted. While I don't particularly have these sensitivities, I do not enjoy coconut so I didn't enjoy this fragrance.
-This product felt very heavy on my face, almost to the point that my face felt stiff whenever I moved.
-This product also looked very cakey on the skin, there was no "sinking in" as you sometimes hear in foundation reviews and such, but it seemed more to just sit ON my skin.
-This product emphasized texture which is obviously unappealing.
-I also feel as though more shades need to be made to accomodate more people. I used Light to Medium and it was too dark, but any of the lighter shades looked too light.
Any good points? The pump was easy to use and the product was easy to apply and remove.

I love the way my skin looks using Butter Believe It! Foundation + Concealer. My skin is dry so I really have to moisturize before applying foundation. This product was medium coverage for me and went on smoothly. It smells amazing and lasted throughout the day.

I bought this foundation today and tried it at home in the sameday ;) I have dry skin and in winter season it becomes terrible...I prefer medium coverage foundation with natural finish...so this new foundation took my attention and I want to say that it works amazing on dry skin, I don't feel foundation at all...skin is smooth because foundation works like serum !!! Highly recommend it specially for winter.

I love this foundation!! I hope physician formula keeps it. It gives my skin such a healthy glow. I have normal/ oily skin. Right now I only seem to get oily on my forehead. I can say this will be my go to foundation. It does last a long time. It does have a faint butter bronzer scent. It's really faint not over powering at all. I will repurchase & have recommended it to ppl already.

This finish and durability is fantastic. There is more shade range at the physicians formula website. Not sure why ulta doesn't have them all. Smells just like their butter bronzer..

I read all of the reviews before purchasing this foundation and was concerned because of all the bad reviews. I was using the healthy foundation but needed to find a new favorite because of it being discontinued.
I will say I loveeeee the smell!!!! If you use the other butter products you know what I'm talking about. It's a light tropical scent, although.....I do understand people being sensitive to smells especially when it's on your face- I don't think you would like this foundation.
It goes on silky and smooth, I love the consistency, I did not have trouble with it setting into any fine lines (I'm 33).
I took in consideration the people who said it didn't wear well, so I used my Dr Jart Tiger grass correcting treatment as my base then used my physicians formula loose mineral powder to set and viola!!!! Worked like a charm, I had it on from 8am-10pm and I only had to use blotting powder once in the day.
I also love full coverage, and I was able to get a buildable medium to full coverage.
( I was LN4 and the new "light" was perfect)

I have PF's NF Sheer Line Of Defense Foundation SPF 30 and I love it. It has very good medium coverage (sheer? nope) and it does not make my face look like dry cracked concrete. I'm in my late 60s, very few wrinkles (mainly on my forehead), and my once oily skin has turned normal to dry in winter (yes, there are advantages to old age). However, I noticed that most foundations for mature skin are grease in a bottle. Why? Not all elderly ladies are dry and wrinkled like walnuts. There are those of us who do not need to baste our face with grease. So when I saw this I decided to try it.
Let me tell you, I simply LOVE this foundation. The coverage is excellent w/o being cakey. It is creamy and spreads like a dream. I put it on my clean dry face, no primers or anything else, to see how it functions on its own. And it works beautifully. Smooths out my skin, does a good job of blurring my pores and my fine wrinkles. I set it with a dusting of powder (I'm a setting powder girl) and I have a nice youthful looking face. No dryness, no creppy skin. As the hours pass my skin gets that glowy-but-not-greasy look that we all like so much. This is surely a win win win product for me and I hope PF never discontinues it (why do companies discontinue their best products? Why? WHY?)
Oh, BTW. Yes, you guys at PF need to come up with more shades. I got the Fair to Light and it's a bit on the pink side for me, but nothing my setting powder can't correct. So if you could come up with more warm /yellow based and dark colors you would really have the product of the year here.

I bought this two days ago and used it for the first time today and got on here just to write a review. My skin is beyond dry. I have to take a prescription diuretic and that plus the cold, dry winter air-it's a recipe for disaster. My foundation has been looking horrible lately because my skin just flakes no matter how much product I use to moisturize. This foundation does NOT ADHERE TO DRY PATCHES and does not emphasize my texture or make me look like I have dandruff on my face. I cannot get enough of this! It does not look greasy on me at all.

I got the second lightest shade "fair to light" which in other brands would typically be a shade too light for me, but this seemed perfect! Love the smell! Doesn't linger. Coverage is medium. I set mine with a powder and it lasted perfectly all day! Definitely going to be one of my new go to drugstore foundations! I recommend! Only thing is physicians formula needs to expand there shade range! I know they have a couple more shades on there site versus here but still. Do better!!

What's weird is I have major sensory issues and cannot stand the vast majority of scents, and I love the smell of this! It has amazing coverage and it's so buttery soft. My skin is extremely dry due to being on chemo for almost four years now + living in the frozen tundra that is West Michigan right now. I have eczema too. This would be too much for someone whose skin isn't decidedly dry. I was very skeptical about a foundation + concealer but I literally threw my concealer away. Really high-quality makeup at a great price point. Ulta should carry all shades like other stores do - this does come in darker shades.

At this point a launch of four LIGHT shades is unacceptable even for drugstore brands. Don't launch a product without at least 12- 15 shades with a spectrum of shades. Do better physicians formula.
