its ok

Comments about ULTA Brow Powder Duo:

i thought it could be a dupe for the abh brow powder, but this is a much thicker and chalkier powder.
it blends out ok with a spoolie but takes some effort

Poor pigmentation, pulls 'warm' on my brows

Comments about ULTA Brow Powder Duo:

I was really excited when I saw Ulta's new brow powders, and the dark brown seemed like a perfect match for my eyebrows. Dark Brown looked like a dupe for Anastasia's Chocolate powder. BUT - it is not.

The Ulta powder pulls quite a bit warmer/lighter than it looks in the package. It would be better if this was listed as 'medium brown' and a shade in-between this and espresso (dark grey/black - no idea why it's called 'espresso' when it's not brown) was created.

It was very unflattering on my brows.

Works well and blends easily

Comments about ULTA Brow Powder Duo:

I got this in Taupe and I love it. I use it along with the Ulta Taupe Brow Pomade and it helps make my brows look not so waxy/wet (which makes them look too drawn on, in my opinion)
It doesn't take much powder at all, and I expect this to last me a good while!

  • Q:

I'm trying to find a shade similar to ABH Chocolate for my dark brown eyebrows. From the swatches, the Auburn shade look like a very similar dark brown. But the shade name indicates it should be reddish. Espresso looks black/gray, and medium brown has a blond shade which looks too light. Help?

      A:

Dark Brown is likely the most similar shade to ABH's Chocolate, but we'd recommend testing it in person at your nearest Ulta Beauty store to be sure it's the right shade for you!
