Stay flawless on-the-go! Mamonde's Brightening Cover Watery Cushion Foundation SPF 50 is infused with narcissus extract that provides buildable coverage for an even, glowing and hydrated finish. Suitable for all skin types. This breathable liquid foundation glides on water-light, yet delivers a natural and luminous finish that lasts. All in a portable compact with puff applicator.

The narcissus bulb stores ample moisture inside itself throughout winter, allowing its flower to flourish in early summer. Once bloomed, narcissus' flowers are able to powerfully circulate hydration between multiple flower heads. Mamonde has unlocked these floral mysteries, using them to help formulate this make-up that helps moisturize skin, creating the look of a more supple and hydrated complexion.
Open inner lid. Gently press and twist puff into cushion for desired amount. Then pat puff onto skin, building additional coverage where needed. Always close inner cover completely after use to prolong the hydrating formula.

Comments about Mamonde Brightening Cover Watery Cushion:

This product has lasted through a 4 hour car ride to New York, New York's humid weather while sight seeing, and the 4 hour ride back with a nap. i was sweating, i have an oily t-zone and dry patches near my mouth with a few acne spots.

It has a nice medium coverage with a radiant matte finish (very skin like and sets well by itself). I purchased both the shades Beige and Caramel, since I am right in between these shades I apply caramel to the outer perimeter of my face and beige everywhere else. For reference I am in the Fenty shade 190-220 depending on the season.

this cushion looks like skin, is breathable and light and can be built up to a solid medium coverage. i recommend applying it the way the instructions recommend; use a "pat and roll" technique. place the little applicator on your face, pat where you want coverage, roll it off then go to the next section and repeat, adding more product as necessary. i have had this product since march (the beige, just purchased the caramel shade this week) and I have quite a bit left.

This foundation is also the only Korean cushion that has darker shades and doesn't appear ashy despite the spf.

    pros:
    stays through sweat and hummidity
good on both oily and dry skin
    natural finish
    compact, easy to carry
comes with refill, easy to replace

    cons:
refill without the compact is not sold on Ulta
even though there is a variety of colors, there should be more shades for POC make up wearers.
i had to mix two shades, so i paid double.

It looks so beautiful on my skin. It looks so natural but it does have a good coverage , covers my redness and spots, it's light to medium coverage but you can build it up . It's feels so good and moisturizing on the skin. It has a slight dewy look which makes your skin look so healthy.
    My fave everyday foundation ❤️

Comments about Mamonde Brightening Cover Watery Cushion:

The initial Korean shades do not match up to these, in case you were looking for an exact match. Luckily, it seems like more Korean brands are trying to adjust their shade offerings when coming to the US market. I cant comment on the deeper shades in regards to undertones, but I'll talk about 21 Ivory

I actually have oily skin (lol), and light skin with yellow undertones. NARS tinted moisturizer in Finland/Sheer glow in Gobi and MAC NC15-20. The ivory shade is NOT super yellow but more neutral. Haven't seen oxidation yet but I use mattifying primer (innisfree no sebum) and setting powder (innisfree no sebum loose). I try to adjust the tone to a softer yellow with a finishing dusting of hourglass ambient lightning in diffused (or, use banana powder lol). It feels sticky but sets well. Can't say it's long-wearing but wears gracefully. Also, comes with a refill! The case itself has a nice weight and feels sturdy. Glittery too.

I'd like to see increased offerings of shades, both in regards to shade undertones and depths. I'll still be on the hunt for the perfect yellow toned cushion ... Getting there. I can only speak for fair to light skin people, but not all of us are these pinky pale people lol

Also would like to see the oily skin version of this!

I apply the cushion in 23 in store and the color look great but once I when outside my face had a really noticeable pink tone to it. Always check the color under natural light other than that I really like the foundation.

Comments about Mamonde Brightening Cover Watery Cushion:

I recently got into Korean makeup and wanted to try a cushion foundation! I have extremely sensitive skin and redness during the day. This cushion really surprised me. It blends smoothly with the little puff given and you get a refill! This cushion covered my redness and lasted about 6 hours. The only problem I had was that it did settle into all my fine lines on my forehead, under my eyes, into my large pores and the foundation does easily rub off. I really enjoy this natural looking foundation! You just need to use a good primer, powder, and resist touching your face.

Best Cushion EVER! And Other product recommendations!

        By The Holy-Grail Snail Chik

        from USA

Comments about Mamonde Brightening Cover Watery Cushion:

I know that this is going to be a long review, and that I talk about a few different products here...
But I do that because I know that when I personally read a review that makes other product comparisons and recommendations, that it makes me really happy and can sometimes help relieve me of some of the guesswork involved in trying to find similar products to try out.

        Anyways...
I cannot believe how natural this looks! I am extremely fair, and always have to order the lightest shade that any brand makes in any product that I ever try or use (It has always been that way and probably always will be that way XD!! ). So, as usual, I ordered the lightest shade in this cushion, which was 'Porcelain', and the colour was PERFECTION.
And for reference, even though I am extremely fair, I am one of those people with yellow undertones (From what I have learned that is somewhat rare), Which explains why I have always had trouble finding colours that match my skin tone.
Well, at least NOW I understand why when I would buy light colored products in the past, why they would look like dirt on my face! It's because they were for pink undertones!
        Ha - who knew?!!
Anyways, I do have oily skin, and use to have enlarged pores. However, I have noticed that since I began wearing this product, my skin has become noticeably softer to the touch, my skin doesn't get near as oily as it use to, and it is so smooth looking (no more pore issues!), and I have not had a break out at all with this product. Which if I were to give you a little bit of my skin history, I had chronic acne for YEARS.
        IT. WAS. A. NIGHTMARE.
I had to put on so much make up, that I looked like I had cake on my face, and you could still see the acne bumps all over my face. So, even though I was able to cover my acne, the texture of my face looked really weird.
When I discovered Korean skincare my entire life changed. Now that I Care for my skin with the Korean skin care routine, and also only exclusively use Korean cosmetic products, I have not had acne in years.
They put really bad stuff in American cosmetics - let's just put it that way!
I'm serious, all I changed was what are used to wash my face how are used what are used and the products that I used, meaning, I removed 100% of the American skin care products from my routine and I stopped using 100% of the expensive 'good quality' American cosmetics that I was using (all top dollar), and 100% began using Korean skincare (I will add, though, that the Korean skincare routine was the most crucial change! If you've never heard of it then please Google it).
        Anyways...
If I had to recommend another cushion product (just in case this one doesn't work out for you, and you want to try something else that's good quality), I would recommend the cushion made by 'Pony Effect' called 'Everlasting cushion foundation', in which I wear the shade 'Fair'. And I will also recommend one more product (not a cushion): Lioele Dollish Veil Vita BB (I use the Georgians Purple one...it changes colour to match your skin tone on your face and literally corrects you skin tone to perfection and doesn't even look like something is on your face. Some people use it as a base, but it's so amazing that I just use it by itself and put my Tony Moly CatsWink powder (shade #1) over the top (this is also the same powder that I use to set the Mamonde cushion). I like the Inissfree finishing powder also, but for SOME REASON unbeknown to me, it gives me a headache. So I quit using it recently.
The other Mamonde product that I recommend, is their 'Floral Hydro Cream'.
It actually has the same exact sent and from the looks and results of it, the same ingredients as well. So not only does it pair well with the Mamonde Cusion, but you can also get the benefits from wearing the cushion during the day, and then at night you can get the benefits from the cream! I mean — COME ON!!!
You can't lose with this brand! Please try it - you will NOT regret it!

If I had any comments to give about the coverage that it provides, I would have to say that it more enhances your skins natural appearance, by balancing the colour..
And though it does have a medium-ish coverage to it, you could probably put less on it for light coverage, or build it to high coverage if you wanted to or needed to.
But it looks like part of my skin, that sometimes I don't even use concealer under my eyes because it just does such a good job at evening out my skin tone, and here is a bonus - It doesn't crease under my eyes! And hats hard for me to find in a product :)♥️

        Not the best.

        By Jaime

        from Florida

Comments about Mamonde Brightening Cover Watery Cushion:

I liked this product at first. It gives a medium coverage with a nice dewy finish. However, it does not wear well through out the day. The product broke apart really bad around my mouth and forehead. I tried it multiple times with and without primer and still did the same thing. I had to return this product sadly.

Comments about Mamonde Brightening Cover Watery Cushion:

I have super pale, sensitive, acne prone and super oily skin. A lot of times people automatically assume that if you have acne prone and/or oily skin you want a full coverage matte finish. I'm a light coverage/color correct with concealer kind of girl. I want my foundations to look like skin and let it breathe. I love this foundation because it does not irritate my sensitive acne prone skin, it gives the perfect buildable coverage (you can even layer on later in the day and it still looks skin like-no caking),the "porcelain" color is actually spot on for my neutral undertone super pale skin, and stays on beautifully! It doesn't give a matte finish, but with a good primer, it looks satin and stayed on my skin well all day (no breaking up after a few hour). After a long search for a lightweight, skin like, light-medium coverage that lasted on my skin and doesn't irritate it, I finally found the one! It's definitely made me look more into Korean beauty!

Comments about Mamonde Brightening Cover Watery Cushion:

I was excited to use this cushion foundation since it came in more color shades than normal Korea foundation does. However, I still could not find my perfect shade. I have a slight tanner warm skin tone than a typical Asian has. I tried both beige and caramel but they were both two extreme colors for my skin. Beige gave a white cast...turn me into snow white. Caramel was too tan for me. I wish they had a shade in between those two...and I can't mixed them since the foundation is soaked into the cushion. Want to love it but can't.
