Most Helpful Positive Review Love this product with the exception of one thing This product works wonders and it does it quick. The only thing I don't like about it, is the residue it leaves after putting it on. The texture is soft at first, but becomes grainy after putting it on. It disappears after while, but initially, it feels like something is wrong. I will say that my blemishes disappear within 24-48 hours of use, no exaggeration.
Most Helpful Critical Review Worst Product Kiehls Offers I own more than 15 different Kiehls products. The avocado eye treatment, the ultra cleanser, the crema du corps lotion, etc. I love them. And I loved the old blemish treatment so I thought I'd try this new one. It didn't work for me in the weeks I've been using it, and there is noticeable residue after use so it's often impractical to wear under make up, etc. The last blemish treatment was great (worked and always was unnoticeable) please keep it and lose this new one!

Not what I expected. Straight trash a waste of money. The one they had before the blue herbal spot treatment I believe it was call was the best I'd ever tried and then they have this disappointing product.

I got this a while ago and have been waiting to try it on my problematic acne skin. I followed the instruction and applied it carefully. After 3 days, the acne still hasn't gone away and it's very frustrating. The cream dried out after a few minutes and it did nothing to help my acne. I thought this would be my solution of avoiding popping pimples but it did work as expected.

I bought this two years ago, and it has been my go-to for any major breakouts. The trick is to apply a blob onto the spot, and leave it there, like a masque. It is not sightly, but it will greatly reduce the inflammation, and hasten the progress of the pimple. I wore it all day during remote learning, looked weird to my students, but by evening it had all but cleared up, and I was ready to meet the in-laws.

I am so grateful for this product. I get hormonal cystic acne monthly and dabbing this on my spots clears them up quicker than any other product I've tried. Most acid based products like salicylic stop working after awhile and I was skeptical to try this sulfur based one but so glad I did. I recommend to anyone who normal acne treatments stop working for after a few months,

this stuff work AMAZING on tiny little white heads that seem to pop up out of nowhere and usually has them gone overnight for me! slightly drying but that's to be expected and since it's such a tiny spot it's not that big of a deal. in that sense this stuff works great and I'll keep repurchasing it for that purpose!
however, if you have more severe peep under the skin pimples like I also do, sulfur is gonna do nothing for them except dry it out and potentially make it worse! STAY AWAY!
I wish they'd put on the packaging or directions the type of acne this product is best for bc not all pimples are the same!

I put this spot treatment on a forming pimple after my toner and serums and before my moisturizer. Perfect for when you have a special event the next day and you feel a pimple starting to form. I love this product and I will continue to buy it! It also lasts a really long time and a little goes a long way.

I have used this product for over 4 years and have never even thought of using anything else, It helps get rid of pimples and even potential pimples. When I see the beginnings of a pimple sprouting I immediately put a dab of this on the spot and poof It's gone overnight. I legit recommend it to everyone.

Whenever I have huge pimples I just leave this on overnight and I find that the pimple immediately shrinks the next day! Absolute dream!

Someone else said this makes their breakouts worse and I agree. The treatment is very mild so it will not work quick or for large pimples. It also smells like sulfur which would be fine if it worked!

I am 27 years old & have acne since I can remember and have tried many, many products. I have combo skin. I had a great experience using this, I even bought another tube once I ran out. I noticed a huge improvement and a lot, lot less pimples. I know everyone's skin is different but I wanted to share that this worked great for me.

I use this almost every night and when I put it on a pimple or zit, the next morning a lot less visible. It?s not the best acne treatment but it seems to do the job.

I've tried a number of different spot treatments over the years & this is by far the best. I apply to treatment in the morning & by the time night rolls around, my pimple has shrunk significantly. I very rarely need to use this more than two-three days in a row tops.

Full disclosure - I only added this to my cart to get up to a certain amount to get a free gift. I was expecting to try it twice and then return it, because spot treatments like this basically never work on me. By day 3 of using this, I knew I had found a keeper! This stuff must be formulated with witchcraft, because it zaps basically any pimple I put it on. Whiteheads? Gone. Angry pimple under the skin that hasn't formed a head? Calmed down with the first treatment, gone the next day with twice daily application. Weird red spot that I thought might be a pimple? Poof, like magic! This stuff even reduces the number of whiteheads I get in the crevices around my nose.
It doesn't smell great because of the sulfur, but I can deal with the smell because it's so darned effective. And this tube is going to last forever based on the tiny amount I use for an application.

I am taking a targeted chemotherapy drug called Tarceva. An unfortunate side effect of this drug is an acne-like rash. This product works extremely well clearing up my skin. I apply it at night under moisturizer and wake up with noticeably clearer skin. The scent of this product is very slight in fact I don't really notice any scent at all so I am surprised by some of the other reviews complaining about the scent. I am so glad I found this product and only wish it came in a larger size!

I have tried many skincare brands before for my acne skin , but nothing work wonderful like this acne treatment. I gave it a try with the Blue Herbal Toner to clear my skin before applying this product on my acne. Believe or not, my skin is so much better just a week after I use this one since the acne dried up and is washed away in just like 3 days. Never before I feel this much confident about my skin. Plus, I'm also using the Brightening collection to treat the post acne hyperpigmentation. I love this and definitely use it again

I bought this product for big while. I was use old version of treatment. Which is fomula really quick clear my skin and sence is ok. For this new formula i love it as well. I am trying to finish this treatment but only thing i can?t take it anymore is about sence. It?s smell really strong chemical. I wishes, your guys could improve sence with it.

This new acne treatment that is replacing the old formula is not worth it. First of it doesn?t do what it describes and the smell of the product is not pleasant. I recently purchased the acne treatment to replace the discontinued Acne Blemish Treatment,and have been disappointed with the results.

My 13 year old uses this and it works great. I notice how she will get a pimple (sometimes a pretty big one) and within a few days, it's almost gone. I'm pretty amazed at how well this works. The only complaint is the price. Otherwise, for my daughter, it works wonders. She has very sensitive skin so all the store bought acne products causes her face to turn beet red and makes her skin itchy. This is the only thing that doesn't do that.

I have struggled with my acne for over 2 years and finally realized that the salicylic acid treatments were actually making my face worse. Then I found this sulfur based acne spot treatment and it is LIFE CHANGING! It cleared up my stubborn, cystic acne almost overnight and within a week I was breakout free. Seriously, this stuff works so great for people like me who salicylic acid doesn?t work. I would highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with their acne.

this stuff is amazing I had deep rooted acne that has been reoccurring in the same spots over and over again. I would think it?s gone and it would come back again. But after using this product it completely went away. Maybe I have super dry skin but this stuff is super drying and you must use moisturizer or more acne will appear! overall super amazing though love the results my skin has never been so clear

I love this stuff! I was skeptical because I was a user of the older version of this, the daily acne treatment, and it was just okay, I never felt it did anything. Then I tried this stuff and it's AMAZING. Yah, it's a little stinky but, I know the sulfur is doing it's thing. I apply it to my deep cystic pimples when I feel the pain of them coming on and it quells them immediately. They never blow up to be anywhere near as bad as they normally get and honestly I have never had that experience with ANY acne treatment. I use it day and night but really like leaving a thick layer on a spot as an overnight treatment. I also like pairing it with the acne lotion. I hope they keep making this stuff and if they don't, I'll definitely keep looking for something with the same ingredients because this stuff is amazeballs. Also I don't understand all the hate for it... the scent, or maybe people don't like change? I say definitely try it unless you can't get over weird smells.

You should have never changed the formula! I used the prior formula for well I ver 10 years - my go to product the help manage my adult acne. The new formula is gritty, the sulfur smell is offensive, it does not blend well and it doesn't work to treat my acne. Such a huge disappointment after so many years.
