Most Helpful Positive Review One of the better liquid liners! I've tried so many different eyeliners - liquids, kohls, pencils, gels, wet eyeshadows - from expensive and inexpensive brands. I love this eye liner! Whatever is used for the applicator is wonderful. It's not a felt tip, seems more like a bundle of fibers? But they don't separate (at least not yet. I've been using this every day for two weeks). I can create a thin line or press harder to create a thicker line. The color is good too (black). My gripe with this product - and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - is after I'm done with one eye, the amount of product on the applicator is diminished. I will shake it (it sounds like there are beads in the tube when you do this) and still have trouble getting product out. Since it's new, I still get enough product for both eyes, but I have a feeling as I use it more and more, I will have to wait a few minutes before I can use it on the other eye. That being said, I can create some of my best wings with this liner. Depending on the longevity of this product, I would buy again.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not for The Faint Hearted I
For starters this isn't a felt tip pen like the 'Eye Do Liquid Liner', the applicator is a plethora of thin bristles similar to a paint brush. This causes the tip to be quite flexible. This is actually good for both thin and thick application IF you know how to maneuver it, 9/10 you won't. Because these are hairs that separate when pressure is applied, you need a very light touch when using or else your line can end up looking "blocky". This pen is VERY precise and it is easy to make a mistake, if accidently gone off course with your line there is no fixing it past removing and starting over. The hairs can sometimes cause "extra lines" as you apply, or your line can look bumpy if your hand is too shaky. I find this pen easier for thin to thick Cat Eyes than Flicky/Winged liner, unless they are dramatic.
With that said because of the precision of the applicator your lines will be VERY SHARP and the formula is SUPER BLACK; best for Dramatic/Night looks. It is very liquidy and glides on (almost too) easily. I use a different liner and use this afterwards to clean it up if I feel my line isn't neat enough. If careful this is also really good for quick tightlining. The formula is NOT waterproof but it does not easily run on my oily eyelids, it does fade a little after 8 hours but with dignity; the line stays intact. I prefer my old liner methods as I prefer thin Wings on a daily basis but this isn't bad, just not the best.

i found this after researching eyeliners that are oily lid proof & reading some reviews on it.
over the years i've used the epic ink liner from nyx, as well as the flyliner from fenty. these were both great, but i found they flaked or smudged easily from the greasiness on my eyes that would happen throughout the day. or when i cried ahaha.
this eyeliner however, checks all my boxes! as mentioned previously, i have eyelids that get oily throughout the day, and monolids no less. i also work 12 hour shifts at a distribution center. i don't write reviews but i wanted to share my thoughts because this is a holy grail product! it lasts me all day when i'm running around pushing carts and lifting heavy boxes. even after coming to work crying one morning, i got asked later if my eyeliner was tattooed! because it didn't budge! i've been using it for months now and i haven't noticed a difference in my lashes, but it's fine by me!
tl;dr: this eyeliner is oily lid proof on asian monolids that cry often and sweat throughout long shifts of work!
Great all around 4

I got this in an post bag a year ago. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use and how smooth it went on. Fair enough price. I have a hard time wanting to dish out 20+ bucks on liquid eyeliners because I fee like there are so many out there that get the job done and are cheaper but this one def stands out to me. No flaking. Not very waterproof though so if you do get watery eyes then it may be risky. Aside from that no complaints.
It actually lasts! 5
Pores and Eyelids, solved by Ulta! from New Mexico
My eyelids are oily, especially since I put jojoba oil on them. Ha, ha. I've never found anything that stayed on my eyelids, even though reviews said it would--until this! I found this by searching for oily eyelid eye liner. So thank you reviewer that led me to this (it was someone's review that connected me to it). I'm still mastering the liquid eye liner technique, but it is getting easier! It really is a skill, and I haven't worn any eye liner forever either. I at first thought the slogan that if you can do liquid eyeliner you can do anything was strange, but now I get it, and it keeps one going when the first few tries look ridiculous. It's looking good now, and getting easier.
Seems dried out 4

I love the tip! It so easy to draw thin, precise lines and wings. It goes on black and stays all day. I didn't see any cracking of flaking off until after the 12hr mark. The only down side is the tip feel pretty dry. I had to put the cap back on and give it a good shake once or twice per eye, even with storing the pen vertically, tip side down. I hope it doesn't dry out too fast. I haven't used it long enough to see any benefit/conditioning of my lashes yet.
I can finally apply liquid! 5

I've never had luck with eyeliners like this until this brand. Now I usually have a twist up type liner on first. I use this for dramatic looks. I barely put it on and my eyes stand out!
Internal black eye 1
Cyn from Maryland
During application the liner became runny and went into my eye. It was the scariest thing, my entire eye turned black and burned. I took my contact off and the contact itself was black. My eye hurts and have a left side headache from it. I have been applying eyeliner for 24 years and have used a wide variety and this has never happened. Don't recommend for contact lens users, I don't recommend at all for this reason.
Thin color but holds well 3

I've been using Nyx Epic Ink liner but wanted to try to find something that smudged less. Decided to try this one. Had a lot of good reviews, bold black color and was a fine brush tip (instead of felt tip). Tried it and was rather disappointed. Some of the bad reviews for this loner were about thin ink. I was hoping I wouldn't think that once I tried it but I was very wrong. The ink is VERY thin with pigment and it doesn't improve if you go over the line more than once. The line bled slightly too, which sucks.
The plus side of this liner, it holds up very well and doesn't smudge near as much as what I'd been using. That I loved.
But...I want a bold solid line when I use eye liner. Not a thin pigment. I'll def use this until it's gone but I probably won't buy again.

I've been using this eyeliner 2-3 years and it's no joke💕 highly recommend
I was a Stila girl... until I tried this!! 5
Mom of Preemies from Chicagoland, IL
Love how easily it glides on and and stays on. The color is great, the brush allows for thin or thick lines. I also noticed that I did not have to buy it as often - perhaps more liner in the pencil than my past brand? I was a Stila liquid eyeliner girl for years until I tried this. Worst part is that it is FB only available online.
Wish I found sooner 5
Blaise from NYS
Love the color, it's hard to find a deep color with a brush applicator that doesn't break the bank. So worth it. Last all day and night. No eye irritation. Can do fine details with this.
I would buy this again... 5

On upper eyelids to make eyes look bigger. My eyelashes are growing thinner and seemingly shorter as I get older so my eyes need all the help they can get.
Never going back.. 5
Addie from Los Angeles
I've tried it all.. and by far, this is my favorite. Some stay long formulas are super harsh and hard to remove, but this one comes off with basic face washing yet stays on all day, the brush is PERFECT and I never had an issue with it drying out. I've been using it for almost two weeks straight with thick wings daily and even went swimming with it on! I've noticed since I've started using it my lashes seem stronger and I dont notice as much thinning (I wear false lashes daily) but it's too early to tell with that.. but I really like the formula, and definitely buying again.
It lasts!!! 5

This eyeliner lasted a five mile run in a torrential downpour of rain. Unbelievable!
Color is transparent 1

I bought this to try a new eye liner brand and chose this one since it had great reviews. Maybe i got a defect but it is so watery and not solid on my eye lids. Will not purchase again.
Leaky and runny 1
MeeksMaster from San Diego
Upon opening the top was cracked. Figured it was just a tiny leak and that the eyeliner would still work the same. It came out really really liquid, the texture of pure water. Normally my liquid eyeliners are indeed liquid, but this was so much runnier and wouldn't dry. It just sat on my eye, wet and runny. When it started to dry down, which it never did completely, it was patchy and spread apart. Very disappointing.
Absolutely love this 5

This eyeliner is perfect. I do not normally use any eye products but decided to try something new. This was definitely a perfect pick.
Pigment wont mix- bad batch 1
Barlie from Antioch, CA
I have been using this eyeliner for 2 years & love it...until this last order. I purchased 4 & the pigment has either settled or there is very little. You cant even make a solid line, its all watery. I shook each one for a week. Every time I thought about it I would shake it a lot hoping the pigment had just settled. No luck, all 4 are useless. I'm hoping to exchange them with the in-store stock. Hopefully this was a bad batch & not a product change.
Love it! 4
Patty from Tennessee
The first time I tried this brand was in an Ipsy bag and loved how it works. I used up that one I liked it enough to buy it. It really stays on well, doesn't smudge. Definitely will buy again!
So liquidy... 1
Autumn from Missouri
This is so liquidy that if you have any fine lines at all the it will find them and seep into them. Will not create a straight line. Is not as dark black as other eyeliners. Will never purchase again. Should have stuck yo my normal eyeliner, but caught this one on sale.
Love this liner so much! 5
Shannen from Bethlehem, PA
This is a great it last all day and has a great tip to make a great cat eye.
Terrible color payoff 2
Midgetcl from NYC
Watery color, not a dark solid black as advertised no matter how much I shake it first. I don't mind the brush tip but without pigment it's like what's the point? Got it on sale but still a waste of money and can't currently return to a physical store and don't want to spend money to ship it back.
My go to liquid eyeliner 5
Baba from Bristol, TN
It dries quickly and stays on all day.
I would buy again 3
JD from San Marcos, CA
The flow is much better than the eye do liner. A little shiny for my taste but nice and dark. Lasted all day and after a nap. Had just a hint of smudge under eye by the end of the day. I like the consistency so that it doesn't leave chunks on eyelashes. This will be my night out liner.
Amazing! 5
Gina from Las Vegas, NV
I've tried almost every eyeliner on the market. I don't know if I just have oily eyelids or if I don't use enough translucent powder to set my makeup. Every eyeliner always smudged my under eye area about halfway through the day. This eyeliner lasted all day. I created a cat eye liner and it didn't budge. Will definitely repurchase after it dries out!
Doesn't Last 1
Lkitt from Wilkes-Barre
I got this a bit ago. I used it just a few days before it dried out. The formulation was great. Maybe I just got an old one.
