Most Helpful Positive Review PERFECT FOR HEADACHES OR SENSITIVE SCALP These are a great alternative to a traditional elastic hair tie if you suffer from headaches or that sensation of your scalp hurting from having your hair up all the time. They are easier to use than I expected. They hold my hair securely and don't get tangled around my hair. My hair isn't really thick or fine, is wavy/curly and goes right below my shoulder blades. The only downside to these that I can think of is that you have to do a tighter/neater bun to use these instead of a fuller/messier bun. But I may just need to experiment with them more. I was so impressed by these that I actually wrote a review - something I don't usually do. DEFINITELY TRY THESE IF YOU SUFFER FROM HEADACHES OR THE "HAIR HURTS".
Side note to the makers: I would love to see the gold tones in a matte finish instead of shiny.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not impressed I had high hopes for these based on other reviews but they do not work for my hair. I have long and very thick hair...I still need bobby pins and my buns do not stay for long at all. Hair ties and bobby pins work better for me since I don't have to constantly redo my hair.

I have been growing my hair out since the pandemic. It has gotten quite long and my hair is thick. I was using bobby pins to keep my hair buns up. So many bobby pins, that would fall out, my bun would fall out. I saw these and thought why not give them a try. These are amazing! I used to have to use about a dozen bobby pins, I only have to use two or three (depending on the style of the bun) of these and my hair stays in place and they don't come out. I encourage anyone with long hair to try these!

I have waist length fine, straight hair (due to Covid, much longer than usual). I can put it up and away with TWO pins! Soooo easy to do a messy bun. For a tighter one, three is the perfect number of pins. I bought another 3-pack in case they wear out, but so far so good! Sturdy as heck. Enjoy these!
I love these! 5

They don't get stuck in your hair and hold perfectly.
stop buying and losing all those bobby pins!! 5

whenever id try an updo, i would EASILY use at least 10 straight bobby pins, and of course lose them in the process. also all the hassle with them bending over itself or not securing right makes them my enemy! but these things are the cooler cousin of regular bobby pins. they secure so nicely and 3 is the perfect amount to hold up a nice bun. they don't fall out and they can even keep my hair up without a hair tie! i don't know why i haven't tried these earlier, but i'm so glad i found them anyways!!

They Actually Work! 5

I was skeptical about these. I have long, thin hair and have trouble getting it to stay in place. These little tools actually work! Keeps my hair in place.
The best innovation for hair buns ever! 5

I want to just say that I have thick, long (up to my butt) south asian hair. Because of the pandemic being home alot means always keeping it in a bun or a high pony tail away from my face. My scalp would literally hurt from tying my hair too tight (in pony tails) or with too many scruntchies/elastic hair ties and bobby pins (in a bun). My migraines would worsen from all the stress on my hair and scalp. I was a little skeptical at first but I thought might as well try it out since its highly rated yet cheap. THIS IS A GOD SEND! I literally have to use only 2 twisties and I'm all set for the day. Easy to twist into your bun and to untwist out when removing without any hair pulling. My thick hair stays in place without any added strain on my scalp. People, you have to invest in this! Best product ever!
I wish I had found these sooner 5

I am so excited to have found these! I have very thick, heavy, long hair that is hard to keep up in a bun or pony tail. I was looking for long Bobby pins and found these. I love them and wear almost daily. My hair never moves all day. I am going to buy many more.
Love these!!! So easy 5

I have been growing my hair out for over a year. Long but I am not a great stylist. These made it so easy to make a pretty bun

I had doubts on getting these twisters to work on my thick long hair. No other claimed hair accessories have worked before and i have no patience for using bun maker which requires lots of bobby bins for me because of my hair weight. OMG these twisters are a complete surprise. Took me less than a minute to get my bun up and tight and intact!!! No pins no hairbands. Buying two more packs already!!

I just bought these with the bun form made by Kitsch. PLEASE if you are skeptical give these a try. I literally just made the easiest, fastest, most fabulous looking bun in seconds. I have very long, fine hair that slips easily out of pony tails. I get horrible headaches from ponytails and normally have two secure my hair with clips on top of my head to keep it from giving me a headache any other way. These are fantastic! I can barely feel my hair up there and the bun form is in as well! Best money I have ever spent
A must have! 5

I am always looking for ways to keep my very long hair up and away from my face, especially in the hot weather. I have a lot of hair, but it's fine and silky, and slips out of ponys and buns very easily.
I bought these on a whim a few months ago and I haven't stopped using them since. I can't believe how well they work. I gather my waist-length hair, twist it up into a bun, and secure with two of these puppies and my hair is good to go until I take it down. No headache, no slipping, no nonsense. I still can't believe it.
I'm buying more today because I live in fear theyll discontinue them and I'll be lost without them forever. I love these things!

Best product for long hair!!! 5
Happy Hair from Evans, GA
I was skeptical about this product because my hair is extremely long (to the top of my butt) and I have not had any luck finding something that could secure it without using millions of them! Maybe not millions, but I need to use 5-6 hair ties to secure my hair in a high ponytail. Forget anything that requires bobby-pins. Then I bought these twisted pins. I was able to secure ALL of my hair in a bun with ONE pin!!!! I am beyond impressed with this product and will recommend to all of my friends. I will be a customer for life!

These pins are incredible, I have no idea how they work but they do!! I have very think, straight hair that usually requires 5 or 6 bun bins plus hairnet to hold even a half up bun, these three pins can hold the same bun by themselves all day. A+

I've been using these for a few years now. I love them because they don't pull my hair like hair ties do. I do have to use two with my thick-ish, long hair. I can do a tight bun or a loose romantic bun with them.
