Most Helpful Positive Review Nice-ish, Cheap Neons
The product is affordable and, as it is difficult to find good neon colors without shopping high end makeup, this palette is definitely worth it. The matte colors in this palette are great and pretty pigmented, but also have a lot of fallout (especially the pressed pigments Vaycay, Adventure, and Tweet) so I would recommend doing your eyes first if you plan on using this palette for any dramatic neon look with them. Some of the pressed pigments also stain the lid, and probably won't work super well for sensitive eye-makeup wearers (they are listed as not to be worn on the eyes because of FDA requirements if you are in the U.S.). The shimmers Hot Tropic and Fiesta are kinda meh IMO because they don't have a lot of color and the shimmer is basically translucent with a lot of glitter in it. The two chunky glitters, Love Birds and Rio are not eye safe at all because the glitter pieces are so big and can scratch the cornea, but are pretty colors and would look nice on the cheek or neck for a rainbow or festival look. If you have sensitive eyes or are averse to fallout this product may not be for you, but if you want some fun neons to play with, this is an affordable and pigmented product.
Most Helpful Critical Review Lackluster
Let me say this , & I have to leave a review because I feel that other people should know about this palette . It's exciting when you get it and looks nice and everything but listen the shadows are just not it . I never leave reviews for stuff but I had to for this. The formula of these shadows is similar to that of the elf eyeshadow. Looks much more pigmented in the pan than on the eyelids. The shades will not build up on top of each other well at all. The shade you put on top of another one will just blend away. The mattes are so so chalky. The glitters are terrible imo. The colourpop glitters are much nicer. So yeah I was not impressed unfortunatley. I do like the mirror in the palette and the overall look of it but on the eyes not so much. So just be warned before you buy ..... it was very ehhhhhh for me . I would pass you can get much more pigmented shadows from colourpop , profusion maybe I never tried their shadows before though

this pallette has great colors. like other people said use a primer first (I always do anyway). The colors are bold and bright and pretty
The Mattes are incredible, the shimmers/glitters.......

I bought this on a whim for some fun colors and every time I pick up this palette I'm obsessed! The glitters are worthless but there's only two, and the shimmers are ok! But this palette is absolutely worth it for the price point for the mattes 😌

I use the urban decay primer potion in eden, and the colors on this palette are super bright and blendable. I was looking for a more professional looking eyeshadow and this was it.
I would buy again

Beautiful colors! Good value! Cruelty free! Bought to make my Halloween makeup and works great! The only thing is that you need to use an eye primer if you want bold colors!
works really well for me

This palette works really well for me. I have a light skin tone and my eyelids are not particularly oily or dry; I use a primer, color correct my eyes and then pat this on and I get very good color payoff and no fallout. It also blends nicely for me with a fluffy brush. I wish I could add pictures and slow how vibrant the yellow was on me.
I haven't done much with the two pressed glitter shades or the creamy shimmer ones, but this is a very fun, bright, mostly matte patient palette.
I can imagine, though, that for different skin tones and types your mileage may vary, so that's why I included info about my skin in case that's helpful!
As colorful as my soul

I'm no shadow guru. Went years practically without it. But, I've been energized by the bold looks I've been seeing since last year. These colors POP on fair skin. Some of the hues are pretty intense. Only complaint is that the large glitter ones (2) fall off onto my cheeks, but it may just be my technique (or lack thereof). Packaging is absolutely gorgeous.
I would buy this product again

I love eyebrows. This palette was a good price to do with all my other palettes. I love bright colors and this had everything I wanted
Preci from California
The matte shadows are chalky across all colors so does not work well for dark skin tones. There are 2 pressed glitters that i do not care about. the cream to powder formula lack pigmentation. This might be a passable first color palette for someone just getting into using bright colors but otherwise it is a pass. The packaging is good though.
Not the best Forever Flawless Palette
HD28 from Missouri
I got this palette because the colors looked beautiful but when I used the matte colors in this palette they just weren't pigmented. I'm glad I bought 2 other Forever Flawless palettes (that I love) when I bought this one. Birds of Paradise just wasn't a great palette.

Gorgeous!!! absolutely love the colors and how effortlessly it applys
Beautiful colors with little to no fallout!
Niji from Greensboro, North Carolina
I am in love with this line of eyeshadow. This particular palette has bright and vibrant colors, great for the eye that pops. The powder is so fine they feel more like a creme, yet can still apply as a powder. The fallout is minimal, and more so from falling off your brush than your lid. I cannot say enough great things about this palette, or this company! 10*'s!
Assortment of colors

Disappointed in the lack of pigmentation. The yellow looked like some type of nude on me
Super cute & Love the colors! It's worth it!!!
Sianny from usa
I love this palette. I used "Pretty Vulgar" eyeshadow primer and these colors Popped! I would add photos if I could!
I noticed some people said it doesn't last but im wondering if its the brushes you're using or the primer? I have fair skin and every color on this palette comes to life on my lids! I absolutely love it! The colors lasted all day too and it was totally worth it for the price.
Love love LOVE IT !

I went out on a limb when I got this and wasn't really expecting it to become a new favorite. The pigments are amazing, it goes on so smooth. I went to Niagra Falls on like a 100 degree day and it held up, I still had my eye makeup on.
valeria55 from Houston
Beautiful colors, but the color payoff kinda sucks, it does take a while to build up the color which still ends up not being that intense. I would say the purples and pinks are the best, the rest not so much.
Randi from Strasburg,VA
This is 2 of 3 pallettes I own now and I'm so in love with all 3!! Well worth the money lots of colors to choose from!
