How to Use

I have Very Long- 46", VERY thick hair with a natural wave. Even at the length its at it still has a slight- stubborn wave. Been using this product since I was about 12- just turned 40. I swear by it. Recently tried a different Biolage conditioner & it was a no- go. This is my 4ever ❤. I only wash 2 x's/week & use either a flat iron or beach waver type tool. (Iron gives me about 2 mote inches). Anyway I have a TON of reviews on here & HIGHLY recommend the Biolage conditioning balm to anyone w/hair like mine or stressed hair- chemically treated hair- hair that's very thirsty. (My hair is virgin). The pic is so bad of me but you can kinda see how nice the conditioning balm is. Its also nice because other than a lil bit of the Sugar Shine Spray- I don't use anything to protect against heat tools. The conditioning balm does it. I do use quite a bit & wish Ulta sold the largest size! 40oz I believe. I stopped buying from local store to build points- but do SO miss my huge tub.
I've used the large jar of this product before and thought it worked great. But this time, the tube was on sale and I'm not sure if it's a different product entirely, but it doesn't work as well. Its very thick, so you really have to work it with your hands before applying to your hair, and then, it doesnt go very far. I've found I have to work it in a few different times to get full coverage. Also, as soon as you rinse it out, it seems like my hair is no different. Still tangled and dry. The smell is great, but for the normal price, I dont think this is worth it!

I decided to try this after seeing this in a youtube video and it didn't disappoint. I really like how easy it was for me to comb through and detangle my hair after using this product. I did keep it on for about 20 minutes before rinsing.

I use both the shampoo and conditioner. My hair looks more dry, frizzy, and damaged than before I started using it. And for some reason the conditioning balm smells like an antibiotic (I can't remember the name, but its not a good smell). I will have no problem switching back to drugstore brands that worked perfectly fine for my hair. A significant amount of my hair has been falling out since I started using Biolage about a month ago. This may be unrelated to the products, but the fact that it started around the same time I started using the shampoo and conditioner tells me otherwise. "High end" hair products are such a scam.

I absolutely love this conditioning balm and use it almost exclusively. Its especially terrific for color treated hair.A little goes a long way but you can adjust to fit your hair needs. This is a gem in my hair care arsenal. I highly recommend it!

I have dry hair and scalp issues. This was recommended to me by my hair dresser. I've been using it for a while and it has helped with my dry scalp and has made my hair softer, though it does feel like it's harder for me to evenly spread it in my hair. I'll probably start combing it in to get better distribution.

This is what my stylist uses in her salon and recommends for dry hair.

I'm in love with this conditioner. Thick but not to much to where it doesn't wash out. I put a small amount on my towel dried hair as a leave in. My hair stylist recommended I do this. Try it you won't be disappointed.

I love everything about the conditioning balm, usually use once a week, leave hair soft & manageable especially in the summer months.

Used this on my hair, left it in for about 20 mins to gain extra moisture , and i washed it out and i was shocked. My hair was even more dry and brittle than it was before I was so disappointed

If you like this and have dry, frizzy, damaged hair, try the generic at sally. It's better. Cheaper.

My hair is very dry from over processing and my stylist said to absolutely purchase this product. Have only used twice, so giving it a chance. I use it for 5 minutes after I have already conditioned my hair as she instructed me to do. I have great hopes.

Love this product.

This product definitely quenches thirty hair. It does weigh the hair down a little, so I use it only once or twice a week.

I use this in place of regular conditioner and love it so far. Works great and doesn't weigh my hair down or make it greasy.

When I was in Cosmetology, we would do hair treatments and this was one of ingredients for to say. I would apply this a bowl with a mix of Scalpsync Conditioner, argan oil and olive oil. Heat it up for just 10-15 seconds. Mix it all up and apply first at mid shaft(3 inches away from scalp) to ends. Then go back and apply at your scalp. With Scalpsync conditioner, you'll feel the cooling which is so good. My hair maybe dry but my scalp is oily. Anyway, massage your scalp, or have a family member give you a scalp massage for at least 20-30min. After that leave it in your hair for the remaining time with a hair cap. Then wash it out with shampoo and conditioner. Simple as that! My hair at least for me and my friends, love this combination! Your hair will thank you. You can do this 2-3 times a week.

I wasn't hesitant but so happy I did! I was using Moroccan Oil products and it completely dried my hair and made my ends feeL crunchy. After one use of this conditioner, my hair is soft and shiny! And completely helped my ends!

I have used this product for years. I have long, wavy hair that can get frizzy and damaged if not well conditioned. This conditioner is what I use every time I wash my hair. When I swim i slick a bit of this on under a swim cap to protect my hair from chlorine as well. I am so happy with this product that I don't even try to find others. I use various shampoos and styling products, changing brands and types, but this is the conditioner I will always use.
