Cleansers are too harsh for my sensitive aging skin, as are tissues and irritating cleansing wipes. It is difficult for me to find a product that doesn't strip my skin or cause flaking and dryness. After a bit of research, I decided to try these cloths. They are truly a gamechanger for my daily routine.
This product is easy to use, extremely soft, and the perfect gray color to camouflage the staining from makeup removal. Simply wet the cloth with warm water, and gently buff away your makeup. Amazing results in just a few swipes, with no irritation. In my case, I do not use waterproof mascara; so I cannot speak to the effectiveness of removal in that instance. But my non-waterproof mascara came right off without pulling out delicate lashes. The cloths allow for just the right amount of cleansing and exfoliation without aggravating your skin. After use, I rinse the cloth well and let it air dry. You can reuse the cloth several times before dropping it into the washer. Also- it is best to wash the cloths in the washer before the first use, and to not use fabric softener. Trust me- this material is very soft and gentle on skin- not at all like other microfiber products.
Since using these cloths for makeup removal, I am finding my skin to be much less dry; with no flaky under eye patches. I find my makeup application to be smoother, and my need for moisturizer lessened. Excellent option for us gals with rosacea or sensitive skin. Ditch the irritating cleansing wipes and facial tissue- your skin will thank you.
When I first saw these makeup remover towels and the glowing reviews I thought they sounded pretty awesome. I almost bought a couple of sets for gifts but first decided to buy just one for myself to try out first. Well... I followed the directions and washed them before first use and then gave it a try. For starters I wear very little makeup to begin with and seldom wear mascara. I used my cloth on a day with no mascara and the little makeup I had on. I soaked the cloth in warm water and washed my face multiple times while rinsing and squeezing out in between. I first thought it appeared to work. But to test my results I then washed my face with my Olay Cleansing cloth. Wow... I may as well have used a wash cloth soaked in warm water. All my makeup showed up on my Olay makeup cleanser cloth. I can't even imagine someone trying to remove a lot of makeup plus mascara with these things. As my review headline states.. these cloths are a joke.. an expensive one. I'm glad I didn't buy more. They are soft. I'll give it that much but that's all. Looks like I'll be using these as regular bath washcloths.
Don't waste your money on these... they do not work

I loved how gentle it was on my skin. I used to use cotton pads soaked in micellar water or makeup removing wipes and felt like they were too harsh on my eyes. I used this towel with my micellar water and my makeup came off easily and was gentle on my eyes. wish the size were a little bigger though but it is travel friendly.

It takes a lot of scrubbing.

Hardly ever wear makeup but when I do, I have the hardest time removing mascara. This makeup remover towel works so well and is not harsh on my eyes or lashes. Paired with a good makeup removing solution it's the best. The best part about it is that all the makeup washes off easily too.

I use it to remove my make up at night. I love that it does such a thorough job. I am kind of weirded out by the way the cloth feels. Its like it slips against my skin. Feels like I'm rubbing my face with a piece of plastic or rubbery cloth.

I love these! I got my first one in a GWP. Used it, loved it, ordered more for myself and as Christmas gifts.

Ok. I was skeptical. And then I tried it! Holy moley! No soap, no scrubbing. Took everything off! I immediately gave one to a friend and my family are getting them for Christmas. Who knew?!?!?

Love this product! It works great and is very delicate and fluffy awesome for someone with sensitive skin as well. It would be cool if it had a fluffy side and a more exfoliating side.

Works just like the MakeUp Eraser towel. Except these are cheaper!

It's alright. Not irreplaceable tho. I think I'm still gonna use my wipes & micellar water. I just washed these after I used them & the makeup didn't full come off 🤷🏽♀️ I wish I can upload a pic of it. It's not terrible if you use it for light makeup or a no makeup makeup look but not for a full beat.

The moment of instant jealousy we all immediately declared for not being able to instant swipe our makeup off? We demanded to know what makeup remover was on her sleeve and never got an answer? Well this is it, this is what her sleeve was made of. I couldn't believe that with just warm water and light circles and rubbing everything came off! even my stubborn eyeliner & mascara that seem to cling for dear life when I used makeup remover or miclear water. I'll never go back to that stuff again, not to mention these are reusable, and all I have to do is toss them in the wash on gentle with some dreft.

This was my first time trying one of these makeup remover cloths. Took off makeup pretty well although I had to do a little more rubbing on eye makeup and was worried it was too rough on the delicate skin around eyes.
My dark eye makeup washed easily off in the regular load of towels. I'm not sure this will completely replace my eye makeup remover pads, but I will continue to use.

This is a super quick and harmless way to remove all my makeup! I use a lot of different products in my eyes, some water proof and some not, this takes them all off!! I am amazed every time I use it!!!

What in the makeup sorcery even are these?? I have sensitive skin and rosacea, but I still love to pile on my makeup every day. I've never used a remover that successfully takes off liner, waterproof mascara, and every bit of product on my face without leaving me with some uncomfortable irritation for at least few minutes....this cloth was so soft and gentle that I had no irritation at all. I am so impressed, honestly.

These work really well without cleaners or chemicals. Rinse and reuse then wash after a few uses. Even though you have to rub to get eye makeup off you probably shouldn't be anyway. A gentle eye makeup remover would be better. But if you rub enough, it will take eye makeup off. So, I still gave these clothes 5 stars. I plan on getting more. These would make a nice gift for someone who appreciates sustainability and clean skin. I don't think I'll go back to anything else. I'm sold.

I was amazed how great this worked!

They remove me make up so easily.

These are awesome! They work great with just water, however I like to rub a little cleansing balm on my face before I use it. I get an extra clean but not striped feeling after using it!
And it really gets rid of all of my makeup!

so soft and work great!

I had purchased the small cloths that fit over your fingers for eye makeup removal, and I LOVED them, but cleaning my whole face with them was hard. I love the bigger cloths because it's easier and faster. I use Take The Day Off Balm by Clinique with it, and it rinses right out of the washcloth, along with every stitch of makeup. I get several uses before I toss it in the washer. Always hang dry, if you use a dryer sheet in the dryer, it will damage the microfiber properties that make this a make up removing powerhouse.

I had to try this after reading the reviews and yes...it works as directed. Just warm water and this little blanket (it's fuzzy like a blanket) takes off everything. Even my mascara that usually requires: eye makeup remover, oil based wash, eye makeup remover on a Q-tip - process to get everything off. This does with just water. I don't know who accidentally decided to use a wet blanket one day to wash their face and discovered this magical process but yes honey yes - thank you. I usually swipe my face first the rinse it, and re-wet it, leaving a decent about of water in it to do my eyes so I'm not pulling and tugging on delicate eye area - but YES! This is getting everything off and making my evening routine so much easier! LOVE THIS THING! I will never be without it ever again.

It gets the job done

I love Simple makeup removing wipes, but I'll only use those when traveling/not at home now because these take off my waterproof mascara, lash glue etc. in just a few swipes. Start lightly because this little washcloth is so soft but the tugging scares me haha It never leaves my eyes red or anything so I think it's just a personal fear after using remover wipes that removed my real lashes before! I'll be buying these as gifts and already recommended them to my drag friends—who have already come back to say these are better than Makeup Eraser in both effectiveness and more travel friendly.

These work well to remove makeup but they really irritate my skin, particularly the eye area. Granted I do have sensitive skin but I can't use these to remove eye makeup or my eyes get itchy and raw, which doesn't happen when I use my regular micellar water on a cotton round. I'd recommend them if you have normal skin but if you have very sensitive skin they may not work for you.

I'm traveling for the next 3 weeks and wanted to pack the minimal amount of cosmetic products. I decided not to pack a cleansing balm + makeup wipes + micellar water to take off my makeup. I tested these out for a week, and I'm in love!
