Cleansers are too harsh for my sensitive aging skin, as are tissues and irritating cleansing wipes. It is difficult for me to find a product that doesn't strip my skin or cause flaking and dryness. After a bit of research, I decided to try these cloths. They are truly a gamechanger for my daily routine.
This product is easy to use, extremely soft, and the perfect gray color to camouflage the staining from makeup removal. Simply wet the cloth with warm water, and gently buff away your makeup. Amazing results in just a few swipes, with no irritation. In my case, I do not use waterproof mascara; so I cannot speak to the effectiveness of removal in that instance. But my non-waterproof mascara came right off without pulling out delicate lashes. The cloths allow for just the right amount of cleansing and exfoliation without aggravating your skin. After use, I rinse the cloth well and let it air dry. You can reuse the cloth several times before dropping it into the washer. Also- it is best to wash the cloths in the washer before the first use, and to not use fabric softener. Trust me- this material is very soft and gentle on skin- not at all like other microfiber products.
Since using these cloths for makeup removal, I am finding my skin to be much less dry; with no flaky under eye patches. I find my makeup application to be smoother, and my need for moisturizer lessened. Excellent option for us gals with rosacea or sensitive skin. Ditch the irritating cleansing wipes and facial tissue- your skin will thank you.
When I first saw these makeup remover towels and the glowing reviews I thought they sounded pretty awesome. I almost bought a couple of sets for gifts but first decided to buy just one for myself to try out first. Well... I followed the directions and washed them before first use and then gave it a try. For starters I wear very little makeup to begin with and seldom wear mascara. I used my cloth on a day with no mascara and the little makeup I had on. I soaked the cloth in warm water and washed my face multiple times while rinsing and squeezing out in between. I first thought it appeared to work. But to test my results I then washed my face with my Olay Cleansing cloth. Wow... I may as well have used a wash cloth soaked in warm water. All my makeup showed up on my Olay makeup cleanser cloth. I can't even imagine someone trying to remove a lot of makeup plus mascara with these things. As my review headline states.. these cloths are a joke.. an expensive one. I'm glad I didn't buy more. They are soft. I'll give it that much but that's all. Looks like I'll be using these as regular bath washcloths.
Don't waste your money on these... they do not work

It's okay. My old makeup remover cloth took off makeup with just water. With this one, I tried to wipe off some swatches of lipgloss on the back of my hand and it actually got stuck. Once I used my cleansing oil, it helped but I would have liked it to work without it.

I will NEVER buy makeup remover wipes again! It was so easy to remove all of my makeup and didn't take long at all!

Definitely buying more!! This took off all my makeup including mascara! Which disposable makeup wipes NEVER did! All it took was soaking this with warm water! Highly recommend!! I'll never use anything else

This wipe literally removes every ounce of makeup from my face. Normally I would use a wipe and still have some residual when washing my face then drying, but with this I have never seen any makeup left over in my face. It is a bit hard to get water proof mascara. I would just recommend using an oil based cleaner for that.

I use this to remove my makeup. A little face wash and warm water. It removes makeup better then any cloth I've tried so far.

I got this as a free gift with purchase and was so excited to try it. It is nothing like the Makeup Eraser cloth; it simply didn't work. I'll stick to micellar water

Bought these to get free shipping on an order and waited a long time before I tried using them. Fell in love immediately because of how easy it is to get the job done. I save money on make up remover, cleanser and micellar water because of these. I also have oily skin and it worked to refresh my face in the middle of an "oily" day. Highly recommend.

I love this towel!!!! It removes my eye make up so well without any soap or oil. And so so soft as well! I exclusively use this to take my make up off!

I bought this product on a whim. Ulta was having a buy two get one free sale on their brand. I am so glad I threw this in my basket!
When I wear make up, I wear a full face. When it's time to take the makeup off, I use a bazillion cotton rounds and 1/3 a cup of miceller water and I will still have to go back the next day around my eyes. Not to mention, it takes forever to remove the makeup.
This cloth is so simple! I wet my face, apply my CeraVe Hydrating Cream to Foam Makeup-removing Cleaneser and wipe it off with the cloth...and its gone!

I swear by makeup removing towels and started out by using the name brand Makeup Eraser. I've tried many different brands and found that these work just as well! they're much softer than the name brand and gentler on skin. I use them for cleaning brushes after use, wiping away fallout from eye show, and of course removing makeup.

This cloth is great for home use or travel. No longer ruining and staining washcloths.

I got one of these in one of those amazing sampler bags promotion from Ulta and was blown away by the quality. I tried many brands and these so far are the best makeup-removing cloths ever! Super soft and very effective.

I use this for cleaning my eye shadow brushes when switching between products. I use it dry and it cleans the brush right off, no sparkles or pigment left behind. Not even fine shimmers left behind. It's also good for cleaning up fallout on the face. The super soft cloth picks up all the stray glitter or smudgy shadow. When using it wet I don't think it removes all makeup off the face very well, but I use thick sunscreen and waterproof mascara and liner. That's a tall order anyhow, even with a good cleanser.

i absolutely love these towels i got two packs because they had buy one get one fifty percent off and i'm so glad i got two because it removes all of my makeup even the waterproof mascara and eyeliner! i was expecting it to not work with my waterproof makeup but it surprisingly did

I loved how gentle it was on my skin. I used to use cotton pads soaked in micellar water or makeup removing wipes and felt like they were too harsh on my eyes. I used this towel with my micellar water and my makeup came off easily and was gentle on my eyes. wish the size were a little bigger though but it is travel friendly.

It takes a lot of scrubbing.

Hardly ever wear makeup but when I do, I have the hardest time removing mascara. This makeup remover towel works so well and is not harsh on my eyes or lashes. Paired with a good makeup removing solution it's the best. The best part about it is that all the makeup washes off easily too.
Kristi from New Mexico
I use it to remove my make up at night. I love that it does such a thorough job. I am kind of weirded out by the way the cloth feels. Its like it slips against my skin. Feels like I'm rubbing my face with a piece of plastic or rubbery cloth.

I love these! I got my first one in a GWP. Used it, loved it, ordered more for myself and as Christmas gifts.
Kmitchs from Lewisburg PA
Ok. I was skeptical. And then I tried it! Holy moley! No soap, no scrubbing. Took everything off! I immediately gave one to a friend and my family are getting them for Christmas. Who knew?!?!?
Sianna from South Carolina
Love this product! It works great and is very delicate and fluffy awesome for someone with sensitive skin as well. It would be cool if it had a fluffy side and a more exfoliating side.
Cari from Missouri
Works just like the MakeUp Eraser towel. Except these are cheaper!
Sammie Ali from California
It's alright. Not irreplaceable tho. I think I'm still gonna use my wipes & micellar water. I just washed these after I used them & the makeup didn't full come off 🤷🏽♀️ I wish I can upload a pic of it. It's not terrible if you use it for light makeup or a no makeup makeup look but not for a full beat.

The moment of instant jealousy we all immediately declared for not being able to instant swipe our makeup off? We demanded to know what makeup remover was on her sleeve and never got an answer? Well this is it, this is what her sleeve was made of. I couldn't believe that with just warm water and light circles and rubbing everything came off! even my stubborn eyeliner & mascara that seem to cling for dear life when I used makeup remover or miclear water. I'll never go back to that stuff again, not to mention these are reusable, and all I have to do is toss them in the wash on gentle with some dreft.
Sara from IL
This was my first time trying one of these makeup remover cloths. Took off makeup pretty well although I had to do a little more rubbing on eye makeup and was worried it was too rough on the delicate skin around eyes.
My dark eye makeup washed easily off in the regular load of towels. I'm not sure this will completely replace my eye makeup remover pads, but I will continue to use.
