I have had this pillow for 10 months. I was very excited to try this pillow. The design for side sleeping is ideal with the arc to support the head but not scrunch the face. Unfortunately, for me, this pillow is much too hard. I have used memory foam pillows exclusively for nearly 20 years. This is the hardest pillow I have ever used. It is uncomfortable and hurts my neck. Additionally, I rarely sleep on my back, but when I try with this pillow, it slides backward and I am constantly needing to reposition it so that my entire head is on the pillow. The pillow cost a lot of money, so I still use it, but now as a leg pillow. I only purchased the pillow because I had a coupon and points built up for $ off, but I wish I had never bought it. As a side note, the pillow case itself washes well.
Love this pillow

When I first got this I have to admit it took a little bit to get used to. I used it once and said it away but when I tried it again I found I loved it. It's so small it seems like it wouldn't be comfortable but that's just the opposite. I do sleep on my back more. But when I occasionally sleep back in my side it's a very comfortable fit. I agree I don't wake up with the face creases are used to have with my gel pillow. I haven't washed the pillowcase yet so I can't speak about how well it washes up?
Don't regret, but wouldn't repurchase

Bought this because I was in need of a new pillow and thought I'd splurge on this one. After the first nights use I woke up slightly stiff. Didn't think it was pillow. After about a week I decided I was gonna use my hubby's pillow while he was out with his friends and I woke up in less pain.
I've found that this works best for me as I'm lounging or taking a nap. I use this as I browse the internet on my phone until I go to bed. For a full night's, rest I prefer a traditional pillow.
Can't you just use a regular neck pillow

It looks like a regular neck pillow would do whatever this is doing
So worth it.

The first thing you will notice is your face just isn't as puffy in the morning. The second thing is sleeping more on your back. It's nice and firm. It does need to be broken in like anything else. I use a regular pillow case over it. It's a Norwex pillow case which mean't keep my skin clean.
This pillow works

So this pillow takes a bit to get used to. The bottom line is if you want to avoid wrinkles while you sleep, sleep on your back. I am a side sleeper and always will be. This pillow accommodates both sleeping styles. Since buying this pillow I have no sleep creases on my face when I wake up. I love the shape (once used to it) and the satin pillow case is very high quality. This is a FIRM pillow and for me I love that. If you are a soft, fluffy pillow person this will be a difficult adjustment. I feel this works well. I actually ordered a second one for travel. Worth it!
An Estheticians Dream pillow! Realistically!
Esthetician20 from Beach, FL
Being an Esthetician for over 20 years and trying myself to sleep on my back or on a satin pillowcase ending up on my side sliding off the pillow!! This works! And is comfortable but you have to play with it and you WILL FIND a position that works or rather, learn to revolve the pillow around your position instead of "adapting" to the pillow. It will work and won't pull the skin if you think of it like your arm. Lol
Not a one size fits all!

This pillow is pretty firm/hard, it needs getting used to. The biggest problem with the pillow is the design. You can't have a short neck. Your neck needs to be pretty long for it to rest properly like the image displayed. It's probably easier to just get a silk pillow case.

This product does help prevent wrinkles and fine lines in the face while you sleep. The pillowcases are a soft higher quality satin. However, the memory foam is as hard as it comes. They need to use a softer memory foam. This pillow does retain its shape too well but I often find myself having neck cramps due to how hard this pillow is. Get the standard non memory foam version. It is just way too hard, and this is coming from someone who has another memory foam pillow.
