Most Helpful Positive Review The ONE and ONLY Stipple Brush!!! Must Have
I am a licensed Cosmetologist, and this is a must for your basic tools. I use it for the blush and bronzer.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not Much Bigger than the "Small Stipple Brush"
I have the elf "Small Stipple Brush" and decided to order the Beautifully Bare stipple brush expecting it to actually be bigger. The Beautifully Bare stipple brush is a lot shorter than the small stipple brush, just with a wider handle. The only major difference between the two is the Beautifully Bare stipple brush is a little more dense than the small one. While it was better at applying foundation than the small stipple brush, I feel like it was a waste to order it since they are so similar.

I believe that E.L.F. brushes are just as nice and easy to use as premium brushes. They have a great selection so there's no reason to pay for premium brushes.
one of my favourites!

have had for over a year and its in perfect shape... absolutely love it for applying cream products!
Great brush!!! A STEAL for the price!!!
Bonnie from Orlando, Florida
I have owned the ELF small stipple brush that I use mostly for cream blush for years, but I wanted something slightly bigger. I decided to try this one out even though I knew that it was a travel brush (~4in. from brush tip to end of handle). This brush head (~1in.) is slightly larger than the small stipple brush, but smaller than the large stipple brush. It is much softer than the ELF small stipple brush and better quality in the "cut" that makes the brush into a stipple. I have not used it with foundation, but for me, it is perfect to blend out cream blush (used with Nars The Multiple, Colourpop, and Ulta's too cheeky stick) and cream bronzer/contour (Chanel soleil tan and LA girl Pro conceal in Toast) seamlessly. The handle is what makes this brush into a travel brush, so if you are ok with having a shorter thicker handle... then this is a great brush to have in you collection. I really like it, use it every time I wear makeup, and will definitely bring it with when I travel again.

A lot of people say this brush has left streaks while applying foundation, and I've noticed that's the case when you apply a bunch of product at one time. What i like to do to keep from doing that is I build up the products and work little by little. Absolutely love this brush. Totally recommend!
Good brush, just not for me
Shelbs from Florida
I thought I could use this brush for my foundation but it just left a bunch of streaks, so I switched to sponge application.
AA from San Francisco, CA
Purchased this in hopes to use for my blush but it's way too small. I don't know why I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. It's travel size but it doesn't say anywhere in the description so it's very misleading.
one of my favorites!

best brush for applying cream blush and highlight!
Bristles felt sharp
Yvette from Texas
This was my first stipple brush and for cream blush it works great. I stipple a bit on and then lightly blend. I tried the stippling with foundation and the bristles felt too sharp. Bottom line, great for cream blush, bronzer, and highlighter in small areas but not comfortable for all over foundation.

This is soooo tiny! Thought this was the bigger stipple brush but no. If your looking for a large stipple brush this isn't it. It looks like a travel size brush. Will be returning.
Gets the job done
PhoenixFlame from undisclosed
I've had this for a little over a month now and I love it. The only negative thing I could say is that sometimes it sheds, but honestly, it's not a lot and not often. Other than that, it's great for everyday use.
Great for cream blush and highlighter
Breeze from Greenville, SC
This is a smaller brush than I would use for foundation- but it is the best brush for cream blush and highlighter. I have over 100 brushes and could easily use something different, but I use this every day for applying cream blush - it's fantastic with blushes like the Flower Beauty, Colourpop, etc. ones.
Awesome stipple brush

Love this and use it with the primer infused blush. Gives a perfect amount of color for layering.
A good buy

I really like E.L.F but I'll be honest, their brushes can be a hit and miss. This one is a hit!. Although it is smaller than I was expecting, it does the job and does it well. I haven't experienced any shedding and I've washed it.

I usually use the ELF professional flat top powder foundation brush to stipple and buff liquid foundation, but thought I'd try this brush made specifically for stippling, and was disappointed. The brush is too soft and doesn't stipple or buff correctly, wastes foundation, and leaves streaks. I recommend the ELF POWDER flat top brush for liquid foundation.
Not for textured or aging skin
SwatchMeGlam from Jacksonville, Florida
I can imagine if my skin were not deeply scarred from acne as a teenager and damaged from tanning bed overuse in my late teens and early twenties, this brush could be useable. But with my textured skin, I look super dry after application. My pores are huge, the coverage is very light, and the overall feeling of the brush on my skin was uncomfortable. I love elf but this was not a win for me.
Awesome brush, wish they made a bigger version too!
ginkgogrl from seattle
I cannot believe how useful this little guy is and it never (hardly ever!) sheds. Blends amazingly, so now I wish I could find one as cheap but still well made as this one--just in a bigger size. Then I would use it for all over foundation application, since this one's just a tad small for that...but I have done it and it still worked for that too!

Great for foundation; small but doesn't affect how brush works; amazing price :)
Love this brush! You should buy it!
Jamie from Ga
This stipple brush is my first one but now my favorite for foundation application. It applies smoothly and even without streaks. It blends well and I prefer it over sponges or other foundation brushes.
Cathy m. from NYC
I love elf, but this should be categorized as a travel size brush. I️ts so small! I returned it Because i was looking for a bigger, fluffy stipple brush for blush. But elf brushes are great. Just the size of this one was not what I️ was looking for.

Wanted to love this but it literally does nothing. Moves product around and doesn't deposit it
I liked it
LisetteG from Saint Paul MN
I really liked this product, very smooth on my face.
I would not recommend ...
mckenna589 from Undisclosed
I would not recommend this brush. I have gotten so many elf brushes and this would have to be my least favorite. It sheds a lot. It did blend my make-up smoothly though I would just have rather spent my money on another great brush from elf.
Great brush for travel ...
tara123 from Undisclosed
Great brush for travel because it has a shorter handle than the average brush. I also have elf's small stipple brush and find they perform the same. The only difference I find is the length of the handle. I use this to apply cream blush and cream highlighter and it works beautifully. Stipple brushes can be a little tricky to use if they are new to you.
Not my favorite brush
Miss Johnson from Georgia
This brush is so small I wanted it for foundation application but I will say it applies cream blush well, so I guess I will be using it for that.
Nice try but no
omaha18 from erie, pa
Let me start by saying I absolutely love elf brushes, but this is definitely a pass for me. It is very short, around half the size of their other brushes and the actual bristle part is barely bigger than the small stipple brush. I wanted to to blend my cheek products after laying them on but it barely covers a third of my cheek. As soon as I took it out of the packaging it started shedding (around 5 or 6 bristles just fell out) and that has never happened with the studio brushes. Its also more expensive than the studio ones and I'm not sure why.
Id say pass on this brush, but totally check out the studio brushes. Especially the flawless concealer brush. I have 3 of those suckers that is use to set my underage and its my absolute favorite bender brush for shadow. It gives me a flawlessly blended look every time.
