Most Helpful Positive Review Amazing.
Please don't ever discontinue this product in the Deep shade! I actually stocked up on this BB cream because it matches my skin perfectly, gives a nice natural dewy finish, feels light on the skin and has SPF. And it's so affordable! And it stays on in this hot and humid NJ weather.
Most Helpful Critical Review Too much sunscreen leaves face greasy
I got this on sale and I'm glad I did because even though the regular price is so cheap, I wouldn't be happy with this product. I pretty much only wear BB/CC creams on my face because I like my freckles to shine through and I live in Houston on top of having oily skin, so lots of product is not a great option for me. This product goes on the skin greasy feeling and just gets worse and melts off the skin and cakes in any blemishes I might have. It's so bad my mother in law asked if I forgot to put on makeup because my forehead was so shiny, prompting my boyfriend to scrape off the oil on my forehead with his credit card (it was nasty y'all). I think this product made my skin even more oily than it already is.

Coverage for the full day
LilyK from Spartanburg SC
Really love this BB cream. I applied a layer of this BB cream with a brush and then applied loose powder on top. I went a whole day without it melting off, it stayed on my face and looked great even at night, it covered all my red pimples and black heads throughout the full day without me needing to reapply. Really great product and good value.
nice by itself
suzy from NY
great coverage, great finish by itself, but when I put concealer and contour over it it seperates. when I put this over concealer and contour it's super patchy and ends up separating again. also smells terrible.

Not for my skin type, do your research before buying
Popcorn Ceiling from Boca Raton, FL
I know I have sensitive skin, but have used different products from this brand and loved them so decided to give it a try.
It was an absolute nightmare of a trial. First, the texture was very weird and "glue-y." It didn't blend very well because of this, although the amount of coverage (light to medium) was what I was looking for, it took an absurd amount of time it took to ensure it was even. After all, I'm using a Bb cream to smooth out my skin tone, not make it blotchy.
Despite the weird texture, I gave it a full week. My skin began to get really itchy and dry in certain patches and I broke out. It was nothing MAJOR , but I'm still a fan of having my face resemble a popcorn ceiling. I also noticed my face tended to look and feel oily by the end of the day, which was weird considering the dry patches. Also while my skins sensitive, ai've NEVR had a problem with dryness or oiliness before this, and usually get compliments on my complexion.
The coverage and color was fine, but overall this did not react well with my skin at all. If you have sensitive skin and are looking an affordable option, I'd suggest trying something else. The low price isn't worth the damage.
My Go To
KP from Royal Oak
This is my go to foundation. I have never had an issue with this. I have dry neutral tone skin. I do happen to luckily match the lightest shade. Not sure what other people are doing but I use an RT buffing brush with a few drops and it nearly covers everything! If I want full coverage I use a smaller amount for a thin layer. Then reapply thinly and I have not had any problems with this being cakey. Maybe people are applying too much too soon? Even when I don't use moisturizer beforehand I just make sure to apply thin amounts and I get pretty great coverage. Also it is just ever so slightly on the warm side for me. But it doesn't make me look like an orange which amazes me because I have never come across a warm toned foundation or one that oxidized to make me freak orange. I'm looking at you UD.

I REALLY wanted to like this!

I got the lightest 'tint' they offered and once I received the bottle I tested the color on my wrist and it was a decent match. Coming out of the bottle the cream is a bit more orange than expected, but once rubbed in on my wrist it blended good. (Shake bottle good or cream is a bit watery).
Once I put some on my face though the formula seemed 'thicker' and very hard to rub it. Almost like a glue consistency.
I really like 3/4 of the E.L.F products I have tried and I wanted to like this product, but it just did not work for me.

the lightest color was still too dark. just not that great.
The colors are different than the elf tinted moisturizer

I tried this product after using the ELF tinted moisturizer, but could not get a good color match for my skin.
It was okay

I ordered this in the lightest shade, but it was still too dark. Also it came out a little orange and didn't cover up anything. Wish it had a better shade range.
It's okay, but not great
Stevie from California
Bought this so I didnt have to constantly wear my foundation, and I really like ELF products. First couple applications were okay, but after a while it started to feel very heavy and sticky on my face. It also made me look WAY oilier than I am. Shade range isn't the greatest either.
Beat bb cream I've used
Abs from Usa
This is one of the few creams I can put on my skin that wont break me out. It honestly seems to help with my breakouts. I don't like to use heavy foundations because in a matter of hours I have new pimples forming (and I get quite a few cystic pimples too) so I try to stick to BB creams since they're lighter. I've honestly gone out with this stuff on and forgotten about it and didn't take it off before I go to sleep (I know gross, sorry) but when I wake up my skin is clearer the next morning??? Idk but its magic to me. I usually just use this and set it with some powder from rimmel london and I dont have to worry about new breakouts! Also I have skin thats on the oilier side especially around my t-zone
Detroit Beauty from Detroit MI
It was OK if you don't need super heavy coverage but didn't cover my problem areas as much as I would have liked.
Bretta from Wisconsin
A little harder to blend, but it looks great once you do get it.
Kat from Bremen, ky
Used this product for the first time and that's all it took. Put it on and it dried my face out terribly!! Never had dry patches ever! Not to mention after about 6 hours my face started itching and burning on my cheeks! Now I have acne and I haven't had break outs like this since I was in high school. You definately get what you pay for....
the best bb cream!
Jay from New York City, NY
This BB cream is amazing, it gives the skin a beautiful radiant glow after application. I love that it's not too thick and it's perfect for the summer, I used it all summer long & it looked absolutely beautiful. And paired with the elf bare sheer tint finishing powder your skin looks absolutely beautiful!
Hands Down Favorite Foundation
Shy Ann from Ohio
I use this foundation every time I need some thicker (but not too thick) coverage that primer and powder can't cover. It goes on easily and gives my skin a dewy look and evens my skin tone. I have sensitive skin, but this product doesn't irritate it in the slightest. A little goes a long way with this product. I use about a pea size bit (maybe a dime on bad breakout days), and that's all I need to cover my face. Otherwise it may feel thick. I have tried NYX, Covergirl, and everything in beween, but I have yet to find something I like more (or even just as much) as this BB Cream foundation.
My last option

This was one of my first facial application and at first it worked but over time it became patchy and emphasized the dry parts of my skin.
